The employees are straight forward and to the point. The oil change was timely. However, when I went to pick up my car, after hours, the battery was dead. I'm not sure what happened but I thought to myself 'I just dropped it for a simple oil change.' I have been using Portas for years and overall it's been a good experience. My whole family has been going there for years too with no complaints.

First time bringing my 27 year old truck to these guys,thanks to my neighbor,not only were they very courteous to me,they answered all of my questions and they even cut me a break after realizing i was short on funds.Portas is definitely the place u want to take your vehicle to if you're in need of service for your vehicle.Thanks so mich,Mike and Dave,i will surely bring all of my vehicles to you in the future for any needs.

I have been bringing my car to Porta's for a long time and they have been great. When other places said I needed to have expensive work done I would take it to Porta's for an estimate and they would tell me I didn't need to have that work done. I've been going here for years, and will continue to bring my vehicles to them as long as they're in business. Honest and dependable, with fair prices and good work. No matter how weird the problem is (and I've brought a Chevy Cobalt to them with some really goofy, intermittent issues), they don't just throw random parts at it, hoping it fixes the problem and charging you a fortune in the meantime for parts you didn't need and didn't help; they keep digging until they find the root cause and are sure what the fix will be. I 100% trust them with everything from my Ford Raptor to my Chevy Cobalt. I can't speak highly enough of Portas Car Care.Services: Tires, Brakes

I have been going to portas for years, they are not only very reasonable, they are the most honest mechanics i have ever used. I brought my suv in for a issue and they found other things wrong. They showed me exactly what it was. I wont go any place else. They are the best !!! We had an awful experience at Ourisman. Took our 2nd car to Porta's for an oil change and realized that there are still good people in the automotive industry. Mike is the man! Grateful to have found a solid shop in the neighborhood.
