Always straight to the point, usually tells me about what I m looking to spend based off what I tell them I need done. Most of the time they ll tell me about how long it ll take and when I ll be able to get my car back without me having to ask. Everyone there is very polite and friendly. Very respectful! Never had any issues when I go there. My first choice when I have to go to a shop. If they have multiple parts they ll tell me what they have and what the cost of each part is and they ll give me a recommendation of what they think would be best based off my car and budget. All around great service

My car suddenly wouldn t start today - a Sunday, also St. Patrick s day - and these guys were one of the only places open. I was able to have my car towed straight over. They got me back on the road same day, in time to get home for St. Pat s dinner :) They were so quick, and Rob was great. Super friendly and explained everything. If you re in a pinch, they did a great job!

I arrived 5 minutes late for a scheduled 12:00pm appointment where I was to stay at the store while the work was done. Upon arrival I was asked for my name and keys, that's pretty normal. Then I was asked which tire was being replaced. I scheduled the appointment for 4 tires. You should know this. Then I was told they only had 2 tires and they could get the other 2 tires within 2 hours and have me out by 5pm. You had hours before the appointment to get the tires there. What's the purpose of setting the appointment if you're not equipped to provide the services? Seriously,5 hours to change 4 tires. And the place was empty. I wonder why. I'll spend my money elsewhere and I hope everyone sees this. Never going here or any other Mr Liar again. The only reason I'm giving a star is because you have to give at least 1 to post a comment.

I had a tire that I purchased under warranty at a different location. (Route 40) I had no clue where the receipt was and the system isn't really connected from location to location. I had been trying to get this tire replaced for months at the original location and they never made time to help the countless times I came for the replacement. This particular morning my tire went completely flat. I was at work near the northpoint rd location.Brian, John, and the staff worked with me to find the right store to get the receipt faxed over so that they could help me. It was a lot, but they kept trying and hung in there with me! They were busy that morning but they made me feel like I was a priority and that they were there to help. Having a flat is stressful! They got me a new tire and back on the road in a few hours. This shop has something that's missing these days, great customer service and it has a "family owned" feeling even if it's not! I'll be coming here from now on. You guys are THE BEST!!

Rob was outstanding! Needed a specific type of battery for my vehicle, had in stock, installed and was out the door in no time (under 40 min) ! Professional & courteous.

Excellent service I got a wheel alignment and they said it would be done by 7 pm my drop off was around noon so though that was long but then I was called 2pm shortly after I dropped my car off and they were finished the alignment. They give you a print out of a graphic of the wheels in a car and the angles everything was set to for each wheel. This was a nice touch to see what work they performed in a graphic. I will definitely go to again.

Nicest Crooks and Racist you would ever meet!! After store 760 robbed me by charging me over $8k to replace a bad catalytic converter which they completely botched. I went to store #756 to have them correct issues. The store manager said he would have to charge me $9k plus I would need to place a $2k deposit. This was after I had already paid $8k to another Mr. Tire store for the same job that was done incorrectly. At this point I had already explained to John the store manager what happened at a different Mr. Tire location. When I finally got my car back he told me I needed to complete a tune up which would cost me $1,500. At this point I took it to a completely different mechanic and was advised John and his mechanics had changed my engine coils without telling me. I'm still waiting on my refund. Shady! Shady! Shady! Shady! Shady!!!!!! Please don't go to Mr. Tire or any affiliated stores!!

I called yesterday to see when I could get a state inspection done, and they said they could do it today. A short while later they reviewed the needed repairs with me which I know were needed. They are handling the repairs today at a reasonable price. I m very pleased with my entire experience. I will return here and recommend them to friends and family!

John and his staff were just absolutely heros today. They must have been packed to the brim with cars and we had an emergency that lead us over to his shop.I couldn't imagine a better experience, they welcomed my family into the showroom like we were family! I can see everyone was super busy and they really took the time to address our problems and fix everything.Prices were fair and the repair times were shockingly quick considering our needs.You sir have earn my business and we can't wait to come by and see you guys again.

Was driving home when a tire came off the driver side of a truck that had just come from this establishment. Long story short the shop basically said sorry here s our insurance, good luck . I would STRONGLY suggest you check your vehicle before driving away from this shop. If you need this verified I have a copy of the police report so this doesn t get deleted.

Made a reservation, still waited 40 minutes and repeated Every part of the appointment process - don t waste your time here Or time making a reservation. I needed a tire rotation and an oil change. After the long wait, the cost was insane. I required standard oil and this was full synthetic prices. Literally left after an hour and had Nothing to show for it. The whole experience was a waste.

I have had many great customer experiences with this shop for over 15 years. They are efficient and great with their time estimates. They answer my newbie car questions and are fair when working through repair decisions. Waiting room is nice enough to spend some time and get some reading or work done while waiting. Plenty nearby to walk to. Conveniently located near highways. All around great to work with and highly recommend!

I came in for a MD State Inspection for a vehicle I intended to buy. I have been bringing my vehicles to the Dundalk location for over 25 years and I wanted to make absolutely sure the inspection was done by the book. Mr. Tire gave it a thorough inspection, explained what needed to be done to it for it to pass inspection and addressed the repairs in the manner that the seller and I agreed upon. John and his staff did all of this in a pleasant and very professional manner. I could not have asked for better service and I now have full confidence in the car I just purchased. Thank you.

Excellence. Bottom line. If Brian Quinn or one of his crew tells you something then that is what it is. Every word he spoke came true. I expected at least one problem and got none. They are the best. Mr Tire own all my vehicle problems from this point on. If they had six stars they would receive it. Thank you very much.

great communication, extremely fast, very friendly. had to get my car towed to and from, and they were kind enough to not have an issue with my car sitting on their lot for a few days to accommodate the tow company's schedule.

Me and my bestfriend are extremely happy to be back on the road. Thank You Bobby and all the guy's for the incredible job fixing my car, with all new brake pads and rotors, ect, my cars driving straight now. Honesty is what you want and is what you will get here.

Had our oil changed six months the ago, and all fluids were supposed to be topped off. This pass week had some wierd things happening, and our friend noticed our antifreeze was bone dry. Guy I talked to on phone told me tells me oh in our system shows no fluids were topped off, and I said hmmm funny because I asked for all that. He then continues to tell me well its been six months alot can happen like a leak, but yet we have no leak happening. Spend more money and go to a good automotive shop and not these big chain shops who hire anyone off the streets

Great shop! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. They had to special order my tires but it came the next day and they got me on the schedule same day. Very professional and well done! They were even able to install my wheels with the aluminum lug nuts I bought and I can tell they took good care of my car! 10/10

I woke up to a flat tire and was in need of a new tire. John at Mr Tire fit me in right away and got my new tire on in no time. I will definitely use them in the future for any car needs I have.

Well all I can say, if you find yourself driving north from VA to NJ on I95 on your way up to a bachelorette party and your alternator starts to die, and you Google "auto shop near me," Mr. Tire is the BEST PLACE to drive your sputtering, dying car.I got a warm welcome from the staff when I walked through the customer entrance in a daze. Christian was so polite and helpful. He quickly got my car into the queue and identified the issue. (Note, this was after TWO other car places didn't capture the problem with my battery light??!) I ended up renting a car and making it up to the bachelorette party -- and when I returned to pick my car up, it ran and is still running like a charm. Hopefully my good ole' 2010 Odyssey will make it another 10 years! If I lived even close to Aberdeen, Mr. Tire would be my go-to shop. Thank you Christian and team!

This was my first return to this Mr. Tire location in a long time. My father, and I use to take our vehicles here. The customer service is excatly the same as it was years ago, Excellent!!! I highly recommend this Mr. Tire. I went to a different Mr Tire location in November to have tires installed, and was told I needed front brakes. I decided to go to Dundalk Mr Tire to have recommended work done. The honesty at this Mr Tire has always been top tier. Personnel at this Mr Tire inspected my brakes, and said they were fine. Highly recommend this Mr. Tire location.

Brian is an excellent guy! The team at this shop is clear, concise, and quick. Give them respect and they ll get the job done, and give you all the explanation you need along the way. Some jobs have to be contracted out, and they ll be up front with you about timelines and difficulty of the job. Definitely give them all your business, they re worth it!

We usually go to Firestone on Eastern Ave. for all our Fleet truck tires but Mr. Tire has been the most affordable and more importantly our tires have been in stock! Nothing like calling on short notice and David saying "Yes, we have them in stock...when you want to stop in".

We have taken our vehicles to Mr. Tire in Dundalk for quite a few years. We feel they ve been honest with us and one time when my mother s friend, who is in her 80 s, took her car there and I can t remember exactly what it was but it was just a switch that was turned the wrong way and showed her and didn t charge her anything. She could have been taken advantage of but she was not. She was very pleasantly surprised.
