Gentleman at the desk had a great personality and when I had car troubles he made a pretty rough day very bearing with his welcoming demeanour. Got my car fixed up same day. Customer service goes a long way in this business, and this business sure does execute on this.

Great service, Special thanks to Meg Holder. She handled everything, was very knowledgeable about the process from testing, Diagnosis and repairs. Walked me through the parts that were needed and discussed the pricing. She's a great lady.

They work fast and to the point. Easy to work with as far as payments and payment options. They stay in contact giving updates on your car. Very professional, I will come back to this location if I need more things done to my vehicle.

Best experience! Super fast, knowledgeable, and friendly! Thought I was going to need a suspension job and turns out it was just a broken bracket. They fixed it and no more knocking! They could have easily told me yep it s suspension and took my money but did not.

Oil change was great trying to get the work done on my vehicle was ridiculous I went in March 14th was asked to come back the 19th to get the work done I go in and Alex doesn t know why I m here after he asked me to come back on this date a waste of time then I m calling asking when will I be able to come back in for the work to be done he has to call the warranty company for me I say ok next day o I didn t have time this shop is ran like a one man shop they will definitely give you the run around oil change cool work on a vehicle never to many excuses bad for business

Alex is very polite. I came here because I needed my muffler and exhaust tip fixed. And it was ordered and fix in a timely and manner. Didn t even have a long waiting period and thankful that a car service care station is open on Saturdays!

Alex is awesome! He made me feel like I was in completely qualified hands with the work needed for my vehicle. Wait time was decent compared to others, but you dont mind the wait when you know its worth it. Also he dropped free game on car upkeep. Which is refreshing considering its more money in their pocket if you're in the dark about things, so they actually care about you knowing how to take care of your car. Bring your vehicles here folks, stand up professionals to the max! Gained a loyal customer.

Akim and Alex were superb employees. Akim the mechanic was extremely informative on the vehicle problems and recommended fixes to keep it running, and he had the most positive disposition which when your spending a lot of money and you have the stress of fixing your automobile in order to keep it running and safe for you and your family.. this kind of mechanic is appreciated! His kindness and patience will bring me back to your location and I will be passing out great reviews. Additionally, Alex at the was helpful and informative at the front desk. I observed that he works unending to find parts and doesn t give up all while customers continue coming in and out and interrupting him. He maintains his cool and remains calm and follows through for every customer. Alex and Akim are a team you wouldn t want to loose and they never complained as they were bombarded with work. They are both phenomenal multitaskers. These two men deserve recognition and incentives to keep up the good work. It is obvious they are happy to be working for Meineke and they believe in this location quality of workmanship. Only Problem- I would like to include that the franchise owner could service the Ac split unit as it was blowing warm air and with over 90 degree weather each employee and customers waiting should have a cool moment while dealing with car problems. Will be back!Services: Tires, Engine repair

From Alex, at the front desk, to all of the mechanics, the professionalism and competence displayed indicated to me that I and my car were in very good hands. To boot, everyone was very personable. And finally, the service was priced extremely reasonably. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience and in the car business, that s saying quite a bit, as most would understand. There is every reason to put your trust in these folks!

I needed my brakes to be changed and it took them a very short amount of time. The guy up front I believe his name was Alex, he was great to deal with and made sure everything got done efficiently and made sure I knew what all was going on. I couldn t have asked for better service and I m very pleased with how everything turned out. Definitely recommending people over to this location.

These guys absolutely respect your time, money, and vehicle. Practical advice and suggestions without pushing ANYTHING. Alex always tries to save you some money and will explain everything to you without talking down to you AT ALL! My family and me have been using Meineke services for years. Always been Honest and trustworthy. I have referred a ton of people to use them. But things have changed, Possibly new management. My son went to have a oil change this past week. He was told he needs new front rotors and brake pads. Alex Ayers quoted the fix at $639.62 to replace the worn parts. My son declined the service knowing I would take care of them. When I replaced them I found the rotors in great shape and the pads had a little bit better than half left on them. So it was totally unnecessary to be changed out. So moral of the story is up selling your customers will make them go elsewhere and not trust you again. A few months ago my husband brought our vehicle in for a possible transmission issue. Come to find out had nothing to do with that! Luckily. Apparently the last place we took our car to get and oil change forgot to replace something properly causing the oil to go everywhere. Meineke got it corrected and had him in his way quickly. I had to bring the car in today for new tires. They were so understanding and fit me right in. The manager even called around to get me the best price for the tiers since this was an unexpected expense. I really appreciate how kind everyone was and the fact they went out of their way to help me today made me feel at home! Definitely gonna to continue to bring our vehicles to them for future repairs. Even if they can t fit me in right away totally worth the wait. Costumer service like that is hard to come by these days. Alex is extremely professional, honest, kind, and accommodating. I was quoted almost $3000 for a repair at another shop, and Alex was able to solve my problem for less than 10% of the price. He was able to get me an appointment very quickly. Cannot recommend Alex and this shop enough. Will be coming back for any of my auto repair needs.Service: General repairs & maintenance
