Awesome owner with a care for his customers. Great work with fair pricing. Trustworthy with no bull. You can't get this anywhere in the Baltimore area nowadays. Glad to have them as my car doctor.

Keith and his Son are great my dad found these guys after going somewhere else for a few years and our cars never seeming quite right. There easy going and answer any questions no matter how stupid they may seem. Only does the work that is required and will steer you away from doing extra work when they could easily be making money off of you. I went here for the first time last spring (2021) and they did a very good job at a fair price. I went again (April 2022) for a different issue and once again, I was NOT disappointed. A friendly service tech/mechanic (Joe) put my car on the rack and replaced an inexpensive part in no time. I couldn't have been happier. I've found this place to be very honest. They do not recommend unnecessary work. Their pricing is also quite reasonable. I highly recommend.Service: Auto exhaust system repair

I've been going to K&M for several years for my auto repairs. I have Joe for my mechanic he keeps my vehicles running Tip-Top shape he always goes out of his way to service me to make sure my vehicle gets into the shop and worked on quickly. Their prices are very low compared to other places. Great service at a low price, service you can depend on I highly recommend K & M for your auto needs. Employees are always very nice and always has a good morning to you how can I help you. I will continue going to K&M as long as I have a vehicle I recommend them highly always had good service.

Joe is the main guy here. He has done a great job on everything I've taken my Jeep Wrangler to him for and has been very reasonable on price. One job he did had been quoted at a higher price by another shop that I'd worked with before, but the work he performed was way superior to the other shop and was a better price. I live in a different county than where this shop is and will continue to use it as much as possible.

These guys are awesome. My family and I have been bringing our cars here for years. They really just want to make sure that they do the best and most honest work that they can for you. They've always been honest with me whether I need work or not done to my car. I call ahead and set up a day for them and within a few hours they usually have an accurate and confident answer about what is up with my car. Got a life long customer here.

Really honest shop. I've done business with this establishment for over 9 years and they've always been honest with me. There objective is to get you back on the road safely and do right by the customer. I will always come to this shop. Chris and the guys have been the best. Completely different then any mechanics I've ever met. Keep up the good work K&M!

These guys do excellent work at great prices. I've had multiple oil changes here and other miscellaneous work done on my car. They're not afraid to tell you if you should go to the dealer and have an issue handled under warranty if you've go one. I could go on all day, but there is no other choice for me in Baltimore when I need work done.

The guys at this shop are top notch. I have used them multiple times for work on my cars. They are honest, will show/explain any diagnosis they come up with, and are 100% transparent. They do great work and I never have to worry. Car repairs suck, but K&M makes the process smooth. Would recommend to anyone.

Car was shaking when I turned it on so I called them. They took me same day, were very efficient and kind, and repaired everything at an affordable price. Would recommend them to anybody who asked me. My new go to mechanic!

Honest mechanics, fair prices, will treat you like you are their best friend.if you go in requesting a particular service, they will tell you if that is what your car needs to have done or if something else will do the job. If they cant do a job they will tell you. If you use them 1 time, you will not go anywhere else.

By other reviews they may do good work but they suck at customer service.After reading the reviews I thought I'd take my Jeep there, get there and there's no one in the office so I walk out to the garage and there's someone working on a car and I'm assuming the person that owns the car so I'm waiting and there's another guy that was pulling in when I I did in the back doing something and when he sees me he simply waves at me and continues with whatever menial task he was doing.Then I see the guy in the back pulling out in the truck he pulled around back in and parks it across the street, I was tired of waiting so I started back to my car to leave and as I was getting in my car the guy walks through the parking lot to the shop and just completely ignores me this time.So as I said by other reviews they may do good work but getting someone that works there to acknowledge your presence not so much.I guess I'll be finding a different shop to work on the Jeep.

Took my Ford F 150 to Kevin because Al Packard after an oil change told me I needed to replace rear brake pads and rotors. My truck had a noise when driving using cruise control on the highway that was intermittent. Kevin and his crew did an inspection to the front and rear brake and was determined that I didn't need new pads and or rotors, in fact I had over 50% of pads left. Kevin also ran diagnostics and went for a test drive to replicate the noise, but couldn't. Long and short, Kevin was extremely knowledgeable and honest and he didn't charge me anything. K&M a truly honest and knowledgeable Auto Service Shop!!!I would highly recommend K&M

Came in last minute needing my belt tensioner adjusted. I expected to have to leave my vehicle there for a day or so but Chris was able to get me right in and fixed in no time. Friendly and helpful staff that's extremely hard to come by. So happy I didn't have to take it to one of the awful big name shops. Going back there when I need new tires. Thanks again

Broke college student who's car started misfiring, a difficult issue to diagnose. Went up and down , from mechanic to mechanic and was quoted $1800 for a new head gasket for a car i bought for $3000. Drove an hour here just have an honest mechanic inspect the car since i've used them before. Was given a very detailed description of problem and it was resolved for $170. Very thankful to these guys and although they sometimes lack staff in the reception part, but if you just knock on the side door on the inside you'll realize behind it are a bunch of hard working, HONEST, gentleman who are willing to work and get customers back on the road. Big shout out to Chris, Joe and Keith for running that place smoothly, will continue to come here regardless of the hour drive.

Dropped my truck off on a Monday night for a broken bolt on my differential cover and just picked her up today and it's only Wednesday. They go above and beyond on their service, even repainted my differential cover since their cleaner stripped it off. Definitely a top choice for all your auto work here in Dundalk. Really reliable, fair, honest and just an awesome place to do business with.

They are always busy, people seem happy when they leave there. We are trying to get in to get our front end done. None leaving after having work done is ever unhappy since they opened up for business.

They know how to properly lift my car to not damage the battery when rotating the tires, and also know how to replace the air filter.

They are very nice people. I feel I can trust what they say. When they replace something they always show me the damaged piece and explain to you how it works and answers any questions you have.
