Honest and experienced. If it takes them 20 minutes to do something they won t round up and charge you for an hour they ll charge you for 0.33 hours which is 20 minutes. They communicate well and are professionals.

When it comes to getting my car fixed , I get VERY nervous cause I feel like it s a never ending process of things that go wrong and cost a fortune. I m a senior, living on a somewhat rigid budget. It s really nice to know there is a garage that doesn t take advantage of WOMEN, they re not out to INVENT work that garage is GRAFFS where HONESTY AND FAIR PRICING IS WHAT YOU WILL GET AT GRAFFS GARAGE. This is my 2nd time using them, and I HIGHLY recommend them. Came in this trip for my alternator on my 2012 Ford Focus. The Quote and estimated time was exactly what I got!! No surprises! Give Liz a call , you ll come to love them as I do! Thank you GRAFFS!

Graff's Garage was excellent. I didn't have to wait long for an appointment. They kept me informed, and their prices are reasonable. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

I didn t get anything fixed but they did do their best to diagnose my car and were very fair and honest if I ever need a mechanic I will absolutely go back to them thank you

Staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. I took my car in for an inspection and with an 8 AM appointment, they were finished by 11:30. Could be faster, but on the whole really not that bad of a wait. Inspection, tire change, etc., all reasonably priced. Reasonable fee to dispose of the old tires as well.My car did end up needing some work, and when I picked it up I asked for a quote from them for the parts and labor. I had to call back once that day and once the next to actually get the quote. The price for parts and labor was comparable to some other garages I called in the area; perhaps just a bit higher. My only issue is that they require you to let them supply the parts - you can't buy them and have them install. The man at the desk told me "We try to stay away from customer parts because it's part of our profit." That's all well and good; can't fault a place for that. But I did save several hundred dollars buying the parts myself and taking them somewhere else, and coming back to Graff's for a reinspection.One the whole, I would go to Graff's again for something like an inspection, alignment, tire mount, etc.

This place is everything their reviews say they are, and then some. My truck went in for an overheating issue, and they had it back to me the same day. They replaced my radiator, fixed my malfunctioning window, and repaired the dead tail light - all for less than other shops quoted. They are fair, honest, and absolutely outstanding. As long as I'm in Maryland, they will be my go to for any vehicle repairs. Thanks so much!

Very straightforward, honest place that has done inspections for me for the past 4 years for Uber. I imagine they are on a par with Royal Auto Repair, also in Dundalk and BOY HOWDY, Royal Auto Repair is *good*. They often refer me to Graff's for inspection work. Royal are honest, timely, and excellent!!!

This is the only shop I trust! Very cut and dry and will not try to weasel in pointless repairs. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a mechanic with integrity, honesty, and affordable services.When I say "affordable", I mean that they are right for the price of the repair in which is needed. I have called other shops who have quoted way higher than what Graffs has charged me.They even have an affordable brake service to give you an accurate estimate on how many miles you have before they should be replaced. I have went to many other mechanics and not one can top Graffs.

I had my turbo replaced and was quoted a price for the part and installation.Upon pick up, I was told by the owner that he was able to get the part for several hundred dollars cheaper and he rolled that savings on to me. I've taken all my vehicles there after that.Good Honest People Period

Fixed my motor mounts and did a tune-up but forgot to (or simply) did not put the spark plugs in correctly. ONE WAS ACTUALLY MISSING SO I WAS BURNING THROUGH OIL! Was pretty mad so prolly won't be going back!!

Food was good and Portions. Nice views of the water. Did not like people smoking around you while you're eating needs to be a smoking area.
