To be fair, I'm not sure what would convince me to give a car place 5 stars. This location has always been good for me. I've had done, tires, oil changes, breaks, the 100k service for my sedan. I never felt they were being untrustworthy and I never felt like I was taken advantage of. They haven't been very pushy on 'extra' services and have been pretty up front with maintenance and if it was critical or not. I just had breaks and tires done 1 week ago and so far no issues. Very happy with the work and the tires.

I feel the amount of time it took to complete the job with an appointment was satisfactory! Definitely faster than other places I've gone to in the past. George Clark is personable and does a great job! The price felt a little on the high side for having a $15 off coupon. Also... was disappointed the promotion for a free engine additive was not honored or at the very least not advertised clearly. It is worded as a free additional bonus not an either or $15 off.

I went to my local Firestone store with a tire rapidly losing pressure knowing that I needed to travel 900 miles for the holidays in less than a week. Even though I didn't have an appointment, the manager immediately assigned a staff member to help me. In less than an hour, a nail had been removed and the tire fully repaired. Holiday travel saved!! I can't thank your team enough for being so flexible and so gracious. Again, THANK YOU!! I am recommending this shop to all of my co-workers. :)

Went for brake service Jan 23, 2024. After an evaluation by a tech, I spoke with a great representative who explained recommended services. I was advised the cost for the front axle brake service I needed repaired would cost $565. I asked for a detailed breakdown because I believed it was expensive. After the cost was explained, I asked the representative to replace just the pads. Before he could respond, another representative who I believe I originally spoke with and may have been the manager, replied no. The representative I was dealing with and the mechanic seemed puzzled by the response. My vehicle was subsequently returned to me. I can only surmise that I was refused service due to my inquiry into the costs associated with repairing what they determined was needed.

This experience was excellent. My reluctance to give a higher score for recommending it is prior experiences. I have had to wait close to an hour past my appointment time to get checked in, on numerous occasions. So I would caution someone about that potentially happening.

If there was a way to post 0 stars I would. Firestone completely destroyed our car! They attempted to fix something they were clearly not equipped to do, failed and returned our car to us in worse shape than it was when we brought it to them. No apology. Nothing. Go somewhere else.

I got the lifetime alignment on my Jeep Wrangler, and I have to say, these guys are amazing. They never make me feel weird for having it done again (even tho they aren't getting money since uts included). The guys who work here are exceptional, some of the best customer service that I have ever dealt with. Besides that, its quality work, trusting mechanics (im a girl), and extremely knowledge! I never have to wait long either! Highly impressed, highly recommend!

Dealing with them for almost 15 years, I will only trust my tire purchases here. They stand by their work, which is 94 percent accurate( no one is perfect ). Correct their wrongs. We have an wholesome, honest relationship.

My 8:00AM appointment wasn't completed until 10:40AM. My appointment was for removing my old tires and replacing them with the new tires I brought. Two hours, forty minutes for a simple tire swap, even with balancing, was excessive.

The assistant listened to what I needed done. When I asked for options or recommendations, he did not start off with the most expensive line they carried but told me about all that fit my vehicle.

I recently came to this location after having a bad experience at a different Firestone (Liberty Road). From the moment I walked in the door, my experience was wonderful. The customer service is top tier, communication at this location is fantastic. They fixed my vehicle in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend. They do seem to be very busy, so as a tip, I would call in advance if possible to schedule an appointment.

The store Manager Nick Pappas, was very knowledgeable, friendly and communicated well. He kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle. His team did an awesome job with the repairs. I am so happy to drive knowing that my vehicle has been serviced properly. From now on I will only have my vehicles serviced here. Thanks Nick & staff! You guys ROCK!

Very shady and dishonest people, you you scammed me off my money, you told me my Tyre can not be fixed and you sold a new Tyre for me for 196, the new Tyre is now punctured, you know what Brothers Tyres just fixed the Tyre you lied can not be fixed and the new one you guys sold to me for just 40$ and still put air in all my tyres. You just scammed the wrong person, you will be hearing from me.

Nick and Tim were absolutely the best!! After having another shop mess things up over and over again, over 3 days!!! they were able to figure out the problem and fix it in less and than an hour!!! Will only be coming here!

Changed my rating due to recent service experiences.The last time I had tire work done (a while ago), that was fine but their oil changes are getting worse.What is the purpose of making an appointment if they can't service your vehicle at the scheduled time?My last visit the oil change took over two hours.When I got my car back the mechanic had covered my car inside and out with dirt and oil. I mean every surface he touched, glove box, ignition steering wheel, door handles, arm rest, seats. The guy from the front desk tried to clean some of it after I said something, but I had to spend another two and a half hours cleaning the rest when I got home home.

Great trust worthy staff, they didn't charge me on visit for something they couldn't repair and on another visit resolved multiple issues other places couldn't. As mentioned parking in front is limited, but great customer service and can be trusted.

Got my all of my 4 tires replaced at this location. I had paid about $700 or so with Military discount. I believe last Thursday and for whatever reason one of the tires was not properly sealed so we called if we could bring it in on Monday since the tire went all flat. They couldn't do it that same day even though we only have one car so I needed to get a rental all they way in Catonsville for $600. My biggest issue was that this could have been resolved same day since it was only one tire. So disappointing and more upset I wish Justin was there but sadly he was on vacation.

I was visiting Baltimore and my battery died. Turns out my alternator was going bad as well. Dropped my car late on a Sunday afternoon and they were able to fit me in without an appointment and had it back to me within 24 hours so I could return home. No issues with the repair thus far. Appreciate the help!

If you go in, talk to Tony (the manager) very respectful, puts the customer first and will always work with you. The facility is clean, has TV with cable for entertainment and a plethora of magazines.Only recommendation I have is I wish the bathrooms were a tad cleaner, but that is just being picky. Overall a great local shop.

I had been coming to this shop since I moved to MD about a decade ago for alignments. I recently came back to get an alignment done on my rusty truck. Unfortunately for me, there were rusty parts underneath and they couldn't do a full alignment. Got parts replaced elsewhere and brought it back a few days later and they aligned it. Friendly staff and very accommodating.

PLEASE FOR GOD SAKE don t go to this shop unless you want to empty your pocket. Yesterday I went there for oil change and told them sometime there is mild noise when I turn on engine but when I came to shop there is no engine sign. Two days ago I checked engine oil and belt everything was fine. I didn t give them permission to open my alternator and belt but he open my alternator and told me the nut is loose and broken. Then they totally take out my belt and leave it in my passenger seat and when I went to the car I saw engine light and my alternator belt in passenger seat. Then I go back ask him why there is engine sign. He said you have to pay $179 for belt replacement and nut which is totally absurd although my belt is fine. Eventually I had to call police.PLEASE DONT GO THEREService: Oil change
