I recommend using this company! I bought a product(ecutek tune). I did some research but was still a little confused, they were swift and steady to help me with my concerns. Did an excellent job on the tune! My car is so fun to drive now! Extremely satisfied with the service. Will continue to do business with AAM in the future. Thanks guys.

I want to first thank Mike from AAM who has gone out his way to help my GTR come back to life !!! I have a 2009 Nissan GTR full bolt on now and but in the beginning had a cob tune that came on the car and didn t have a accessport and was throwing codes and doing crazy stuff. Mike was able to help me get the car back to stock using his magic through ecutek and I will say in the beginning wasn t easy as the tune was locked to the car so Mike had to send a dongle to get the car completely back to the stock setting before tuning the car to perfection. I would recommend this company because they care about the workmanship and about the products they represent. The car is running now perfect after about 5 months and couldn t be happier!!!!

For about a year now, I've been working with Mike and Scott. I have no complaints. I'm very picky and precise in my work. I'm pleased to say that AAM Competition Team is wonderful people that know exactly what they're doing. I love the support and high-quality products they have to offer. On top of that, there is honesty. I will be ordering from them more and working with them on future builds for my shop in Chicago.Also, all their products are made in-house and of high quality. So it may take time to receive. Also, when tuning any kind of Vehicle you are responsible for future damages. When you put more power you tear things up faster. So don't complain when you blow something up on someone else. why do you think professional NASCARs swap the power train after each race.Products I've bought from them,1. Upgraded intercooler2. AAM Intake3. 3-inch high flow cats with 3-inch cat-back4. EcuTek TuneOne more thing I'd like to add is that most of these bad reviews are fake. For any business owner out there you should know why these reviews were posted. One of the reasons is that Google's business posted a fake review and call you trying to say they can remove it for a cost or the customer had no money and is trying to get something for free.

My car was supposed to be done within a month and it s now going on a month and a half Mike hasn t returned my calls at all. my patience is running thin it s summer and I want my car back; I feel like anyone would feel the same way. Mind you the car was agreed to be fixed for free, the shop then decided to start charging me blaming other companies the company does a terrible job communicating, the only wayMIKE communicates with you is if you file something with the better business bureau sad but true seeking. Also keep in mind the 370z has been down there for over 2 months take your business where someone actually cares about your car. My experience is the shop is interested in only your moneyThe work they have done on my car is not good work in my personal opinion

I had a previous Ecuteck tune to my 2015 370z sport tech in the KC area however after a thousand mile trip to AAM in Md. for my new tune .. man my new tune made my return trip a joy an full of excited pulls through the mountains of Blue Ridge!!! The shop a the guys are amazing an it was a pleasure to be the Doc of MY FUN TOY. lol .almost forgot..test pipes a tune..!!!

Exhaust was purchased 2/1/23. I waited a month before making contact as I figured it'd take a while to custom make these parts. I finally got a hold of someone after having to call because nobody answered the emails or journal entries on my purchase. I was told that my order was accidentally put on hold and had not been started yet. They apologized to me and accepted fault, then told me my order would be shipped out no more than a week later(last week). I called a few times to get a status update, and as of monday 4/10 he was finishing the back portion of the exhaust shipping it on Tuesday 4/11. I have yet to receive any tracking information or any calls.Overall, for an almost $3k purchase they lacked communication very badly. Why was I not contacted when my order was frozen? Why have I not received any status updates when they knew they screwed up and had someone working "overtime" to complete it?I am honestly hoping the product comes out immaculate and well worth the wait.

I ordered a y-pipe for my g37x sedan on June 8th I paid for two day shipping. I have not received my package nor a tracking numberSent an email to the company got a response saying you will receive a tracking number never didIt s almost a month since orderingSo far this company is the worst

I'll start by saying I have a very rare car from a build & tuning standpoint. It went out of production in 2017 so the support for the platform seems to be on it's way out across the U.S. I came to AAM for they're Nissan tuning expertise and unfortunately I went into this thinking it would be one and done but the process ended up taking much longer then I initially expected. I worked with Mike & Brandon mainly. I am glad I waited, albeit impatiently because the outcome was great & they were kind enough to take my calls EVERY DAY and answer all my car related questions while we worked through the process together. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone on the Nissan or Infiniti platform. If they can deal with me and all of my impatient ways they damn sure deserve the accolades lol

I ordered a mid pipe for my GTR from AAM and was not disappointed when I installed it, build quality is amazing and so is the sound. Definitely recommend AAM.

Had some issues but got them figured all out properly. On February 1st I ordered a true dual exhaust which was more than 4 months ago. It s has been a long time but they helped me figure out everything and my exhaust is on its way :)

I had a fantastic experience working with Mike and aam. The tuning process was easy and the car sounds and feels AMAZING.The team at aam really know their stuff! Most importantly they were patient and willing to answer all of my questions.Overall the experience was awesome, and i feel proud to share with friends that my car was tuned by aam competition. Would recommend to anyone and will be going back for the Twin Turbo

Was a little apprehensive at first about AAM competition because i hadn t heard much about them. I jus walked in to the show one day like yea I wanted to make my car faster and sound better. I asked mike and his crew what they felt better suited my car for performance and reliability. There were things I didn t like hearing because that meant I couldn t do certain things if I wanted a reliable car. But I felt they took care of me and my car whenever I came back with a issue the problem was resolved in a respectful manner. They were even willing to fix a problem I had with the car for free.

Where to even start?!Firstly I'm from Toronto, Canada, So right off the bat I knew the distance was going to be a challenge, as I wanted AAM to install my Twin turbo kit I purchased. Long story short... After I drove my car down to Maryland I got 3 points of contact, Chase, Steve, and Mike. All 3 of them were always helpful and kept me in the loop. Being a country away from my baby for while was driving me crazy. But they always sent me updates, pictures, videos, and on top of that the 600 times I'd call a week... they'd always be on the phone and never shut me down.Picking up the car I was super excited, even after leaving they all said the same thing, if you have ANY issues please call, they even checked up on me WHILE I was driving through the states back to Canada.After arriving home they set everything up on ecu qpp for me that if I had any issues I can just click a button and they fix it. Simple.Honestly a great experience, I really feel like I made some new friends along this journey as we still keep in touch, and I would deff recommend them!Thanks guys for everything, and making my build come alive!!

I reached out about ordering a partial exhaust part vs buying an additional part I had no use for as it was advertised as a pair. Mike Mahaffey hooked it up!!! This is an update brought my frontier truck to the shop when they were at the old location off junction in Maryland. Initially they were able to replace the clutch rear main seal and the leaking valve covers.After 3 months I started to develop a leak from the the location of the rear main seal. Owner never honored the warrant as I was heading out of town on short notice and proceeded to tell me I was causing too much back pressure when my engine isn't force induced. He said maybe my rings are are bad but I don't have any blue smoke coming out of my tail pipe or power loss.I know taking on this job would have hurt your bottom line but it was necessary to correct the mistake and have happy content customers than to side step the problem.

Do not go to these guys. I bought an ecutek tuner from them and the "master tuner mike" has been nothing but a nightmare. I made the mistake of buying this product without checking their reviews. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!!

AAM competition was excellent. Will definitely be doing business with them again. When I purchased my 2010 GTR it came with an AAM exhaust but was missing all the hardware and gaskets. Mike took the time to walk me through everything I needed and guided me in purchasing my Cobb access port. I ended up purchasing 3 inch intakes and an access port with a. Remote tune! Mike went above an beyond with helping me with my access port issues and getting me remote tune maps in a timely manner! The car runs like a champ and I d recommend Mike and AAM to anyone!

I have made some mods to my 2003 350Z, and am thoroughly pleased with the products and especially the service from AAM. The Z-MAF sensor, True Dual 3" Exhaust system, and High Flow Cat products I purchased were of high quality and met all their published claims. The True Dual system gave my car a respect-garnering deep sound, and added to the achievable HP of my Z.When the initial Cat placed the pipe too close to my frame, AAM within 4 days manufactured and rushed a new one out to me without questions, which fit well. They offer fast response and solutions, not excuses. AAM service is second to none. I'll always look to them first for parts.

Ordered resonated short tails for my 370z nismo. The company told me 10-15 business days and they got sent after 10. My car sounds better than I thought!! Not loud or like a trumpet but deep with some pops When rev matching! I would recommend them and also def do business with them again

Bought the s line short tails for my 370z last year and they have been amazing. Just recently got my s-Line Midpipe as well to finish the exhaust and the car sounds perfect. Perfect customer support and quick turnaround time from the time you order, to when the exhaust is made and delivered.

Too many problems/leaks with their test pipes, had it installed then heard a knocking around 1700rpms, they said it was probably motor mounts or gallery gasket when really it was just needing a Y pipe. When they were checking under the car to find the noise one of the mechanics asked who installed the test pipes as if it were done wrong and fixed a leak. The owner for sure deflects blame resulting in them not having to do anything to help. All about profit. The tunes are alright I recommend going to btunedperformance where they actually develop a personal relationship and take pride in helping customer

I always have a excellent experience at AAM Competition. With all the work I had done on my Nissan 370Z they were very knowledgeable and helpful helping me select the correct parts for my Nissan 370Z and they were professional. All work was done right the first time and the dyno tune I was given was perfect and spot on for how I drive my Nissan 370Z. I highly recommend AAM Competition they were great to deal with thank you again.

Purchased the AAM Competition Resonated High Flow Cats for my 09 G37 Coupe. The team made it clear these were built to order and gave a window of 10 - 15 days turnaround. I received my HFC on the 10th business day from ordering so I was impressed. In addition they use Fed Ex to ship which is a bonus in my book (Anything but USPS). The HFC are very well built and a quality product and they've really opened up my car. They pair well with my Invidia Gemini Exhaust and I have no drone. I do recommend purchasing these if you're in the market.

Recently purchased the AAM Intake Manifold with the Ecutek Tuner. Both are pricey but worth it. Already have the AAM HF Cats with S Line full Exhaust. Easy online order and fast shipping. Manifold is a quality product, looks great and was an easy install. Ecutek Tuner was an easy set up process.Worked with Mike the entire time from sales to programming my Z. Took a few Map installs and Data Logs but Mike was on top of everything, always in communication with me, even on a Sunday!Outstanding service from Mike getting my Z looking and running better than when I bought it from Nissan.If you're staying Naturally Aspirated, I would highly recommend the Intake Manifold, CAI, HF Cats, Exhaust and Ecutek Tuner from AAM Competition.

After leaving a great review i am changing it to reflect the actual work that was done to my car. Their turbo system is great but it ends there. I had AAM install my turbo kit and this is the list of issues that was created by their team.- Fuel lines were left resting on down pipe which then melted and almost burnt my car to the ground- Turbo Waste-gate Actuators were smashed against frame of the car and never worked. The turbo's were always pushing 17.5 lbs boost without any boost control. When the motor was removed we saw that the waste-gate actuators were smashed and not functioning.- They left a hose clamp in the intake and it worked its way into the motor. This in turn broke the motor which has now been fixed. 2 pistons were destroyed and cylinder walls as well.- The tune on my car was done with Ecutek which destroyed the Auto-Trans. Had it built by Level 10 in Hamburg NJ (these guys are awesome) 4 times to finally realize it was the tune from AAM- The tune on my car was running rich to the point it fouled out plugs in 3000 miles- Had the car tuned by Vinny Ten Racing in New York and the car made more power and had not more issues with the Transtotal to get everything fixed after working with AAM was approx $17500 including Tows, Motor Replacement, and etc.

I took my 2008 Infinity FX35 daily driver to AAM Competition looking to put a little bit of excitement back into the ol' girl and Mike knew just what I needed.I got a Plenum Spacer, HFCs, Midpipe, Axle Back Exhaust, and Performance Tuning. AAM Competition went above and beyond to make sure the custom exhaust was PERFECT... and I love the performance gains almost as much as the new more-aggressive exhaust note.I also had the AAM crew perform several other maintenance items which were no problem for them at all. Mike made sure that I got the best bang for my buck and kept me in the loop while the FX35 was in his care. I went back a month later for routine adjustments and I can attest to the reliable support you can expect from AMM Competition.

If I could give this place 0 stars I most definitely would. Please do not take your car here unless you want your car to be completely messed up and spend thousands of dollars trying to fix it. This Company s customer service is the worst of the worst and just completely horrible. They only care about money and not the customers happiness and most importantly the work that they do. They will purposely mess up your car and make you pay for it to get fixed . They mishandle cars , their location isn t safe or secured. They give you one price and later start adding additional items and charges without consent. Car is never ready when promised. Just RUN FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!
