I had my vehicle in this shop for a week for a cosmetic repair . They did a wonderful job , not only they fix my car but they went above and beyond as to wash and clean my car like it was newly bought . . It is highly recommended , great customer service all around . Its worth to mention as well their love for the cat , they have cat shop that greet the costumer . I took my Honda HRV in for an accident. I was hit from behind. They were fast to get me scheduled and took care of everything. They got it put back to prefect condition. I appreciate everyone there. The ladies I spoke too to the men and woman that fixed my car. I will definitely come back. And I will gladly tell everyone that it's the best decision you can make for your car...

They did an excellent job repairing my Highlander. Paint was correct, seams matched and everything operates as originally built.

After 2 months of them having my vehicle it still wasn t fully done. Being told it was done when it wasn t and having to wait another 2 weeks. Poor blending of paint. Literally can tell they just slapped a door and fender on it. I also had to replace the caliper that was damaged In the impact that was never replaced by western Maryland collison.

We ve gone through them a couple times. This last time was a complete disaster. They said they would put us on the list but they didn t so when I called back I finally got on the list so it was like 4-6 weeks later than originally told. Then they had my car for awhile. Understandable because we were still on Covid times. Got the car and they told me there was a piece from the inside door missing but they would let me know when the piece came in and no one would ever be able to tell. They never contacted me about it again. I ended up giving my niece that car. Well she had a noise when she was turning, and took it to a garage. They told her it was the strut and they could tell it was from a previous accident and told her she should take it where it was initially fixed. I called western Maryland auto and set up an appointment for her to come down and show them. They guy she spoke to refused to even look at her car or take it for a spin and just sent her packing. I should have went with her and insisted but I didn t think they would do that since I spoke to them on the phone and they knew the issue. Well fast forward and she is finally getting some work done and the mechanic told her the strut was in horrible condition and he couldn t believe the garage that fixed our car would do that someone. His theory is that since struts are backordered they just ignored it so they could move on to the next car. On top of all of that, they also didn t properly fix the electrical work. I brought this to their attention immediately upon picking up the car. They said they fixed it again but they didn t. The turns signals work sometimes but always from inside the car seem like they aren t working. Even other mechanics have brought this to our attention, but we are already aware of it. So, thanks for putting all of us at risk driving an unsafe car that our insurance paid you to fix. So not one thing but three things weren t fixed properly. Such a disappointment.Service: Body & Trim

Everyone is friendly and go above and beyond to take of their customers. They make sure vehicles are fixed right the first time without cutting corners. 10/10 recommend! :)

Greg and his crew are top notch and have always done great work. They definitely treat their customers right. It is a family business so they all have a vested interest in keeping happy customers. Always pleased when ever dealing there.

Took a couple weeks to get my car in because of it being deer hit season. After I took it in it only took three days for them to fix everything. Looks like new and they cleaned the inside and outside of my Subaru. Would definitely recommend.

Got backed into late December, and when I asked for advice on where to take my vehicle for repair, I was told WMCC by a number of people. I do not regret at all taking the given advice. They were professional, courteous and did an amazing job. They even gave me a ride to work after dropping off my vehicle when the rental agency I'd scheduled with was running behind. They didn't have to, but that kind of customer service speaks volumes about the character of people employed there. You can trust these guys to do outstanding work and service.

I took my poor old camry in to get a new bumper on the day I went to get knee replacement surgery. These guys fixed the bumper and when I couldn't get down to pick it up right away because I wasn't allowed to drive they dropped it off at my house for me! What a lovely surprise.

Please save yourself the headaches and choose a different shop, Took 2 months to fix mine and its still not fixed right, it has to go back. They tried cutting corners on fixing my car. Said to me its old with lots of miles, well if that was the case then the insurance company would of totaled the car. Its a high dollar car and holds its value very well so don't give me that excuse. FIX IT RIGHT. Also just put brand new wheels on it before someone hit me and they got over-spray all over them, NOT HAPPY AT ALL! I wont return or will i ever give them a good word or recommend. TERRIBLE!!!
