Used these guys for a few years now and the service and attention to detail is outstanding. Rarely have to wait to get into the service bay and usually less than 15minutes if any wait. Typically finished within 15-20 minutes and that's only because I have a full size truck that takes 8qts of oil and requires the removal of the skid plate. Great folks doing good work!

In and out under 15 minutes, no waiting. Josh fully explained everything including my cost options before the guys started. My air filter was going bad. Josh showed me a new one beside my bad one and explained cost. I got the new one. Very happy with pricing and service. Nice to be greeted with a smile and a friendly goodbye. Invoice is clear and details the work done.

Quick, to the point and easy to understand. Was in qnd out for a battery change in 20 minutes at half the cost of the chevrolet dealership. Was given advice on where to go for a service they normally do, but couldn't for my specific model.

Best experience I've had getting my oil changed! I didn't have to get out of my car, I pulled in, answered a few questions and in less than 15 mins I was pulling out.

Prices are a little high for oil change. Especially having worked in the field in the past for about 15 years. Knowing how the pricing works. Don't get me wrong customer service is good. Just the price is ridiculous to me personal opinion. Another thing was one of the techs tried to tell me my transmission fluid was dark and needed service. I had just had it serviced 3 days prior. And fluid was bright pink like it should be. So just buyer beware.

I felt like we were largely ignored, probably because we were from out of town. They walked away when they were finished with the person in front of us and left us sitting there for quite some time so they could visit with "the regulars". There was no camera to watch the work being done on the car. And they did not show me the dipstick after they were finished with the oil change so I stopped to check it before getting back on the road. At one point, all 5 employees were over at the other vehicle in the shop while we just sat there waiting. We were traveling and if I had had any other option, we would have left.

They can't do tire changes on full size pickups. That's disappointing. They didn't have my air filter and didn't even look at my wiper blades.

Great service and knowledgeable staff. I was in and out within 20 minutes. They checked all my fluids, air filters, wipers, and tires, and all I went in for was an oil change. It was nice knowing my car was in tip top shape when leaving.

I have found it very difficult to find a place to get service that they actually do what they say and are suppose to. Then Mobile one came in and I had found it. Now Valvoline took over and it is gone:( . Service is friendly, but I'll take responsible over friendly when it come to taking care of my investment. Took the wife's car there service before last. let varying amounts of air out of the tires. They checked off that they checked the tire pressure. When I checked the pressure after leaving, they were all the same as when the car had went in. Last time in, I gave this info to the serviceman. It said it would be all taken care of this time. I used a black marker to mark the left rear tire before going. When I went to leave, I looked down and the black mark was still on the left rear tire. I went back in and the guy just threw his arms up saying, "you are right, I did forget to rotate your tires and I was trying so hard to make sure that I got it right" ?? What else gets just get checked off and not done??

Quick and easy. Very friendly staff. Even gave advise that was pretty worthy. It's a little far from where I live, but I will go out of my way for good service.
