Exceptional sales person, Ashley.made herself available at all times.My husband and I enjoyed her care towards us and always said if we ever had any questions or concerns just give her a call. We have had our new car for 9 months now and she makes a point to greet us and tells us if there is anything she can do just ask. That goes above and beyond any expectations that I have.I will definitely be recommending Ashley to everyone looking for a new car. Lengthy review alert the absolute worst dealership. I regret to report a substandard experience with the service department at this dealership. The quality of service fell below expectations, and issues were not adequately addressed. I recommend considering alternative service providers for a more reliable and satisfactory experience. I ve always used this dealership for oil changes and multi point inspections or what I thought was multi point. Every oil change I ve added this service to ensure my car was well maintained. It wasn t until recently my brother in law informed me that my turbo line gasket and valve cover gasket was leaking. How?! I get the multi point inspections every time I go! 12/12/23 I took my vehicle in for an oil change and let them know my antifreeze was low and told them what my brother in law noticed. After the oil change they confirmed what he had told me to be true. The service advisor explained that the valve cover gasket would be covered under the 10 year 100k mile warranty but the labor would not be because there was other parts that had to be removed so they could get to this part. I immediately took issue with this and he then got his manager to explain. His manager came out and told a complete different story. He told me that everything with the valve cover gasket would be covered, but the turbo gasket would not be. Okay. Fine. He then gave me the number to the corporate office to see if I could make a goodwill plea to see if they would cover the turbo gasket. I called the corporate office and the rep made the case and sent it in. Fast forward until today- I thought I would call to schedule the appointment to get the valve cover gasket work out of the way while I m waiting to hear about the goodwill plea. The service advisor on the phone told me that the valve cover gasket would not be covered under the warranty and they have no records of anything. I m sitting here looking at the paperwork knowing that s a lie. I ask to speak with the manager and was put on hold. The rep then gets back on the phone and says that it s not covered. I could hear the manager in the background refusing to get on the phone. I then tell them that I m going to call the corporate office because it was confirmed that it was covered while I was talking with them making my goodwill claim for the turbo line gasket. The representative told me that Kia corporate do not know what they are talking about they do not know all the regulations I then call back to corporate and explain the whole situation. The corporate office assigned me to a case manager to look into this situation. While waiting for the case manager to call me, i decided to call around to other dealerships in the area to see what they have to say. I spoke with one an hour away and he was perplexed as to why they are telling me it s not covered. I currently have an appointment with them in less than a week to have the warranty work done. I would also like to note with these multi point inspections they are not checking anything at all. They are charging for services that they are not completing. On 12/12 when I took it in for an oil change I told them the antifreeze was low. Low and behold I leave there with all green check marks. I then called back right after to ask why they didn t fill it and he told me that it s normal operating levels and low was within the guides. So please tell me exactly what I ve paid for these last 4 years of dealing with them? I would just like buyers and people who get their cars serviced to be aware of their shady business practices. If you live in the area it is well worth making that hour drive to go to a more honest reliable dealership. If they was checking these items like they was supposed to be doing my turbo gasket may have been covered under the 60k mile warranty. It could have been leaking at the first oil change for all I know because they was not doing their job. Avoid this place like the plague.

I would like to share my experience at Timbrook Kia. I arrived on a Saturday and the dealership was very busy. All the sales associates were with customers and some had multiple customers. Allison, my sales associate, was in the later category with several customers, however she took the time to introduce herself, ask me a few questions, and said to look around and she would be with me ASAP. I was appreciative of her kind approach and agreed. I was actually shopping for my first hybrid electric. She was extremely helpful, always going above and beyond with what I needed. I highly recommend Timbrook Kia and Allison as your next sales associate!

Be cautious when considering Timbrook Kia s service department in Cumberland, Maryland. While both sales and service departments are crucial, my experience with their service department was a NIGHTMARE! Despite confirming warranty-approved services, Timbrook Kia avoided calls from their corporate office and provided conflicting information regarding warranty coverage. When scheduling covered warranty repairs, they attempted to charge for additional parts. Freedom Kia dealership of Morgantown confirmed that all repairs should have been covered under warranty and provided excellent service. Timbrook Kia neglected essential checks during a multipoint inspection and falsely claimed to have completed recalls, which compromises safety. Other customers have reported similar experiences and switched dealerships. It seems that Timbrook Kia's service center prioritizes profit, delaying warranty repairs and making false claims about completed recalls. I recommend avoiding Timbrook Kia all together for the safety of you and your family. We were in the market for a new car and my wife was interested in the Kia Telluride. We drove on the lot that morning before they opened and they had at least two used ones in stock. We called when they opened and were told we couldn t test drive it, only buy. Called another Kia dealership in PA and was told the same.Ended up calling Freedom Kia in Morgantown, WV and Harry got us to test drive the one used one they had that day. Ordered one that day (in March) and just had it delivered in July.Someone we know ordered a Telluride through Timbrook Kia in February and still hasn t received it (as of August). If you value your time, money, and want to feel appreciated, go to Freedom Kia in Morgantown, WV.

I bought a dodge ram I was told they order a license bracket for the truck there is no bracket available for that truck they lied to me I will never be back to there dealership for any reason it was a two practice clip go in the bumper Chrysler on Winchester was the one help me out at there body shop avoid the kia dealership on mtsavage road there liars

I am not too happy with my purchase. I have had this car for maybe 8 months and I absolutely hate it. The car itself is beautiful but I should ve looked at it a little closer. It has a lot of scratches, scrapes and dents. The sales people also knew about the scratches and didn t do nothing about it. Keep in mind the previous owners did this to the car. And the car is fairly new. Plus my sunroof is rusting I took it to another dealership to get it fixed because I still have a good bit of a warranty left on the vehicle. And I was hoping to get it fixed but Kia totally denied my claim I was furious. This company doesn t not stand behind their warranties. I also bought another car from this Kia dealership in 2021 it was a 2014 Kia soul. I gave it to my mom as a gift once I paid it off. But after I gave it to her she started having engine issues. They also denied her claim. If kia is not going to stand behind their 100,000 mile or other basic warranties they shouldn t be advertising how good they are. Because of this I will be getting rid of this car here in the next year. I will be getting something other than a Kia.
