If I could give Timbrook s service department zero stars and still be able to write a review, I would have. I don t live in or near Cumberland, but car broke down (went into limp mode) near there and this was the closest dealership for my car make. Car towed in on a Tuesday morning. Took them until Thursday afternoon to diagnose bad throttle body (took me 5 minutes on Google to come to same conclusion). Part not on hand so had to wait a day (until Friday) for delivery (understandable). Once part was received, it took them another week to do a one hour job - finally got the car back on the following Friday. Practically no communication from them. Had to call them daily several times as no one answers the phone. On top of the 10 days for repair, they charged me over $600 for a part available online for under $200. I know dealers mark up parts prices, but over 300% markup is practically theft. Would never take a car there for service again.

I bought a Jeep Mojave Gladiator truck December 23. The sales experience was great. After the purchase, this is where things went bad. I was owed a tonneau cover and a luxcare spray that was going to be taken care of the same day for convenience. After several phone calls with no info and no return call with info, they said the cover was ordered. 3 weeks later, we find out it was never ordered. We had to involve the finance lady to get a return call and find anything out. She was the only helpful one and got us our items owed and was the only sincere person that worked on the sales floor. So, if you want to buy something and get ghosted on phone calls and answers, please come here.

When I came in for service. My husband and I walked in and was waited on by Hope She was very rude and had the worst customer service I ve ever had. She almost acted like she was too busy to want to wait on us and was acting quite annoyed. Between the eye rolls and the lip smacking I m not sure which was worse. I ve been there many times and I ve never had an issue, but if she can t at least keep a happy demeanor while waiting on customers then maybe she shouldn t work with the public!

Got charged for an oil change. Oil change indicator never reset, no new oil change sticker, and same oil pressure as when it was dropped off. Headlight housing installed and now makes a terrible noise in the wind. Would never return.Update, they broke the wheel well cover that goes in front of wheel and extends to other side. Headlight also installed loose.

Be careful with the service department. I paid 82$ to replace a fuse which costs 2 or 3 bucks for a 10 pack at auto zone. Also my wife was charged 72 $ to replace lug nuts the mechanics were busting from using a torque wrench on a locking lug nut on a new jeep.(Noone ever admitted to us that they broke the lug nuts. It wasn't until the managersaw the busted one he knew they did it) This happened 2 times. The person that worked the phone had an attitude and tried blaming it on a rusted lug nut on a jeep with less then 13k miles on it. Needless to say I had to make an in person vist. I can at least say the manager of the service department has integrity; admitting his mechanic used a torque wrench on both occasions and promptly refunded our money for their mistake. Again 0 apologies from the young lady at the desk who looked annoyed that I could dare challenge the bogus bamboozle lug nut charge.Hopefully the service department can get their act together. Until then, I'll be heading elsewhere for service;I'd advise you to do the same .

My truck went into limp mode while hauling on the highway. Timbrook was the closest dealership and with an hour before closing I showed up truck and trailer. They set me up with a morning appt. They did need a couple days for the repair so I got a rental with Hertz and headed home. The customer service was absolutely the best. The GM is on top of it all. Super professional and friendly at the same time. They were honest and communicative about the repair. I felt they did their best to reduce the cost for me. It was a hefty repair bill but not their fault. These new diesels cost our souls!

We needed our hood latch, window, and mirror fixed. We were told it would take 2 hours. Took 3 days and mirror was not ordered correctly or fixed. We were given one price and it then increased by hundreds. Will not be going back ever.

Only drove past on my way elsewhere. Didn't actually visit. Maybe the app is a bit too sensitive in that location.

Very disappointed!!! Bought a new Dodge Ram 1500. Have had nothing but STRESS and problems with Transmission. All I get is the run around. Broke down first trip out of town . Took it back 4 times. Still not fixed.

Service was awesome here. They were able to get me in same day for my brakes, pricing was reasonable, and the service tech went through their inspection items with me without upselling me into a bunch of stuff i didn't want. Definitely will bring my vehicles here in the future!

We had two recall repairs and a transmission flush to be done. The service had to be scheduled, and it was done on the scheduled day. No pop-up extras to be done (yea). The transmission is now quieter and runs smoother. The 'call you when parts are in' procedure needs improved, we had to call ourselves. So far a very good experience!

Dropped car off Wednesday for new tires and oil change. Friday the vehicle was still parked in exact same spot it was left. No phone call to inform me service was complete once tires were replaced. Upon pick up when asked to confirm oil had been changed rep says yes on Thursday , when informed the vehicle hadn t been moved until Friday morning the answer changed to we ll get the oil changed now. I would recommend staying far away from the service department but if you have to use them verify all work is complete and correct.

We brought our vehicle here today for some recall work. The staff was professional every step of the way - from the initial phone call to telling me my vehicle was ready. They were quick and completed the work in 1/2 of the estimated time. Great experience with the service department.

Bought my Jeep here in 2009. Still taking it here for all servicing. Decent prices. Quality maintenance. Had some warranty work done recently. Good service. They are remodeling here right now. A bit chaotic. Ask for Floyd.

I took my jeep Cherokee here for an oil change 2 months ago. The intial experience was not good to get any service you had to go all the way to the back through the construction. I was at the dealership for an oil change and tire rotation. They took my jeep back and it was in the shop a maximum of 6 minutes. When I went to pay I asked the guy how they did it so fast. There response was the guy doing it is just "very fast". I'm like okay not really believing everything could be done that fast but I wasn't back there so i didn't think to much of it. When I went out to my car the tires was not rotated and I was kinda mad about that but I just let it go. Then 3 days goes by and I'm driving around a corner at 30 miles per hour and my jeep shuts off on me. I turn it back on thinking it's just something funky and go on with my business. This happens 3 more times through out the next couple days. So I check my fluids, there was barely any oil on the dip stick. So I'm guessing they forgot about 3 quarts of oil. Which is totally unacceptable. My car could of blew up because they did not put enough oil in it. Guess that's what I get for going to an authorized jeep dealer.

Floyd was exceptional salesman, honest, direct, and extremely helpful. Even though it was a busy day, he made sure to help everyone as promptly as possible. Jeff was in the finance department, he carefully and thoroughly explained each item, answered any and all questions and made the process as fast as possible.

My wife and I bought our Jeep Grand Cherokee here and its always a pleasure to do business with Brad and his team. Terry did an amazing job explaining all the features and options, as well as helped setup our Sirius radio services. Salesman like Terry are few and far between, very pleased and thankful for the awesome customer service. Keep it up guys!! We will continue to be coming back for years.

Took my car in because it was making a whining noise. I did not feel welcomed there and sat there 2 hours while they did some recalls on my car. And supposedly checked the noise out. Was told it was the power steering fluid. Paid my bill. $25.00..pulled out onto the main road and the noise was still there. They did not fix my car. Took it to another Dodge dealership and it was my alternator..Never will I go back to Tim Brook DodgeDont waste your time nor money.

Worst place ever!!! I paid for an engine analysis. They wanted to replace the spark plugs. I was told it would be one hour and the engine analysis which would come to around $200. After about 20 min. he tells me it is going to cost me $570. I told them im not gong to pay that much for a plug replacement. He then told me that the #1 piston had no compression at all. I told him that replacing the spark plugs wouldn't fix that, he replied "No it wouldn't". Why would they even try to charge me to do a job that wasn't going to fix the problem? When I pulled out it made a strange noise and started smoking. It wasn't smoking when I took it in! I am guessing they saw the Florida tags, and tried to play me. Watch your back with these guys.

Jeremy that works for this company is one of the most honest employees I have ever met he explained to me what I needed to do and was straight forward he know his stuff and he doesn't make anything uneasy. I have never dealt with someone who is down to earth like this man he needs to be recognized for going above and beyond his duty as he helped me completely true associate and he needs recognition I am telling my boys to ask for him everytime now.

Probably the single worse customer service experience. My son s vehicle was taken in for repairs on February 26th, and he was informed it would take 3 weeks. As of April 2nd, it still is not finished. The worse part of the story is he was routinely given wrong dates, bad information or his calls were ignored on the status of the vehicle. Very disappointing, and absolutely zero respect from the points of contact at Timbrook.

We just purchased 2 cars from here. A used one and new one. The Gm Brad and the F&I mgr Cindy were terrific. I get very worked up making a car purchase and these two kept me calm and helped find the best thing for me and best price. We will shop with Brad and Cindy for life.
