I get my tractor tires fixed here. They do an excellent job! Workers are great,they will come right out to the farm and fix my flat right there!!

Decent price on tires but failed to rest my TPMS and didn't realize until I got home (live 32 miles away) and also looked at my receipt and noticed I was charged "tire recycling" fee when I took my old tires with me

The appointment was scheduled thru Goodyear and went smoothly. I question how all 20 lug nuts went bad without a single lug being bad.

They were able to provide me a detailed price out the door and per tire quote by phone very quickly.When I decided to purchase from them, they held the tires for me for a few days before I could get out there.On the day I was ready to make the trip out there, I called them and they knew about the tires being put off to the side for me. It took me a little longer to get there than expected and they actually called me to check on me.Upon arrival, I pulled right in and within 6 minutes they had my new tires on. I was out the door in 10 mins total.The gentleman checking me out made sure I knew about the rebate and explained the process.Will buy again. Will recommend.

I have gone to these guys several times to buy tires and they have always given me a good price. The new shop is really nice and very clean. All the Service guys are really friendly and always help. I recently went to get a flat fixed, ran over a screw somewhere. They got me right in and had it done in about 30 minutes. I will definitely be returning when I need new tires.

We've been bringing all 3 of our vehicles here, for !YEARS!. I've never had any problems or issues. Maybe takes a little longer sometimes than others but busy shops are "busy" . Going in to have new tires on my truck this week. I'd say we've bought at least 7 sets of tires from here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

If you don't want to change your own oil perfect place to take it they'll make sure your bolt is sealed to the oil pan and completly stripped.

Amazed by high level of customer service, fair price and availability. Every step was handled in a friendly, professional manner. Highly pleased. Definitely recommend. (hard to find size of tires, they fixed us up promptly!)

We blew a flat on the way home to Maryland from Ohio, and Rice Tire was thankfully near by. Before changing the tire, the wonderful Dave W. checked all the tires, and noticed that they were actuallya size too small for our make & model! Gave us a great deal on 4 new tires, and we left (for the 1st time in who knows how long) with the right tires for our car. We could feel the difference right away. We're so grateful that when we needed a new tire, we happened to be near Rice Tire in Cumberland, and Dave W. happened to be on duty. Delighted customers!

Great customer service and excellent workmanship! They got me in quickly and kept me updated throughout the process of the repairs needed and the cost. No surprise charges when I went to pick up my car. It was actually cheaper than I was quoted!

Very disappointed in my last visit. I have spent a lot of money here this year. Was having oil changed and tires checked on motor home. The tech said my tire pressure gauges were unable to come loose. After paying I went out and screwed both sides off by hand. Eventually checked the inside tires but I shouldn't have been lied to in the first place. Pretty sure they didn't even air up the outside rear tires. Bought my motor home tires from them in May and put tires on two other vehicles and was planning on one more

Couldn t be less interested about helping customers.Went in for an alignment and installation of 4 tires I purchased from TireRack (their in-stock selection is appalling to begin with), made the appointment which took 4 days and their wheel alignment technician stated he couldn t align my tires due to parts being worn. 600 dollars and a week later I come back in and he states my suspension parts are installed wrong (which I debunked through a suspension diagram. They were installed correctly). The technician refused to do the alignment. The appointment was for 3 PM which leads me to believe three things: Either it was too late in the day for that magnitude of a job and they wanted to go home, they didn t know what they were doing or last, they resented me for having bought better tires elsewhere and having them install them. No hard feelings, I won t be going back there ever again. They do commercial work, so it s probably better they close the retail portion of their business in all entirety. The very next day I went to a competitor who not only performed the alignment, but double-checked the suspension components against the manufacturer s specifications and confirmed they were indeed installed correctly and mounted all 4 of my tires. Your mileage may vary.

Shout out to John at the desk who took our call from I81 when our tire blew! John had the tires we needed and took us in right away! Jacob did the installation and answered all of our questions! Thanks so very much for getting us back on the road so quickly!
