Called and called last week everyday and only answer 1 time needed to order parts so I'll go to AutoZone at least they answer the dam phone

Can I give a negative 5 stars?!!!!There is a woman at the counter, Amy, that is probably the rudest most unprofessional and uneducated about your product person I have ever spoken to. This person has no business being around people and she is supposedly a manager?! I will never come back and I will tell everyone I know not to patronize this place. Being in the car repair business, that will be many people! There was one person there who kept me coming back because he was kind and caring and knew what he was talking about. But this last experience will keep me away forever. Service is everything and you guys DO NOT have it!

I prefer napa auto parts and have bought many at this store but until covid is past I won't be back. Attendant not wearing mask and coughing to boot. Also customers in store without masks.I go there to get auto parts not to get coronavirus.

The last few times shopping on line and then go to get parts they canceled the order one time another time they gave us the wrong stuff not what we ordered at all

Went to 2 other part stores and neither one had what I needed !! Went to NAPA and no problem!!!! Great service!!!
