Friendly service and straight forward pricing. I wanted to get a SXS for my home in DCL. It was a slow process for me; many conversations and research. Tommy answered all my questions quickly and understood my sticker shock when I first learned of the price of these units. Needless to say I went back to Highland and purchased the Polaris General. I look forward to a long relationship with the dealership.

I should start this review by saying how excited I was about this purchase. Due to significant health reasons and the medications required for treatment, I hadn't ridden anything on two wheels in 5 years. But a few months ago, I was cleared by my doctor to ride again. Because I previously ridden scooters. I was not comfortable with shifting. So I was looking at both Honda's w/ DCT and Harley's. And I wanted a trike. I drove 2 hours to look at both and fell in love with a RG3 at Highland. I left knowing I'd be back, since they were the only dealership in the area that had the RG3 in the color I wanted. I purchased the bike and as part of the purchase included installation of a ReKluse Clutch and some other mods.The purchase was very atypical Harley-Davidson, I would later learn. Though this was my first Harley, my husband had owned several and would buy a new one himself a few weeks later from another dealer and the experiences were like night and day. No bell ringing, no music or fanfare, no alternative financing offers, no extended warranty or maintenance offers, etc. I would later find out the clutch may not have been installed properly (as it burned out after 2 hours of driving two weeks later).Now to their credit, and this is the only credit I will give, they came and picked up the bike and ate the cost of reinstalling a new clutch. However, the dealership was not truthful about having test driven the bike with the new clutch and checking the free play gain. My husband would figure it out later after checking the miles and talking with ReKluse and he had to fix it himself while on the phone with the ReKluse folks.All in all, I do love my bike. Now that we've had a few not-freezing days and I've been able to ride, I'm glad I got it. But I really wish I had gotten it from a different dealership and would not recommend Highland at all.

I took my Sportie there because it was running too rich. I knew it was the fuel injector & I did what I could do at home.. It didn't help . So off I went to Highland Harley Davidson Shop with my scoot on the back of the truck. The very next day they called me & told me My scoot was ready!! Wow that was fast I asked how much & I about fell over.. Only $60.00!! I was expecting a much higher bill. They were Fantastic!! Service was great!! Every time I go to Cumberland, Maryland I stop there & check out the store & find something I want. They deserve 5 stars plus..

I ve been to Harley Dealerships in my past but this is the only one that made me feel at home. I actually don t believe I had a single worry once I got here. Once they realized I was 1,000mi away from home they were instantly on my side and did everything they could to get me back on the road. Ask for Doug, he is literally the best manager you could ask for and I wish everyone on the planet was like him! Also they got me an extension cord to charge my phones and took me to go get the gear I needed(within 30mi) and even brought me back! I would literally ride 1,500mi just to drop off a gift for these wonderful people and I wish everyone on the planet was as great as them.. certainly wish they were based closer to me. Never felt like family in the HD community until now within and my experience shows they are the greatest ever to exist. Plus they wouldn t let me return the favor with food or drinks so I know they did it from the heart God Bless High-Country Harley Davison No words can describe the beautiful experience I ve had here. I wish the entire planet was this great 100%

Not a lot of room if you re pulling a big trailer. A lady ran to the side door freaking out. The other lady followed us around the store the whole entire time. It s not just a Harley Shop.

I got pre-approved financing on a Friday evening at around 6:40pm. Tommy called me within 10 minutes with the terms of the loan and the payment amount despite the shop closing at 7. I drove down Saturday afternoon and Tommy took care of me. When I picked up the bike, he and the mechanic went over the bike with me thoroughly. I couldn't be happier with the experience and the bike is a blast to ride!

I was heading to Morgantown from the house in Westminster MD I have a 1990 FLHTCU . The Carburetor bracket broke on Rt 68 called and they said they might be able to help he needed to look (Tommy) in Parts . I wired it back up with wire n stuff I found on the road with help of another couple on a bike . Got to the dealer he had parts for a 96 ? N some other parts that didn t work They ended up giving me some Washers to smash the bracket together after multiple try s. Redneck ingenuity at its best. They restored my faith in customer service which is rare nowadays I drive a rig around the country trust me Customer service doesn t exist anymore. EVEN gave me a number of a local shop that deals with older bikes cause I also have a 74 sportster I need parts for . I made it back home should kept going it held together fine now to find the parts in my garage . THANK YOU GUYS FOR ALL UR HELP.

Probably the best Harley shop I ve ever been to! We had two bikes that needed work at the same time. They had the parts and their customer service was as good as you could hope for! Thank you guys for all of the help!

Busted my chain early morning on my kawasaki ninja traveling states...nobody was nearby to help me but the harley dealer i took a shot and called. They drove to pick me and the bike up and fixed my chain at 8am. Awsome and super nice workers best service ive ever had yet with any motorcycle repair shops. Thank you Harley you got me home that night.

Stopped in while on a long weekend trip to WV from Pennsylvania because my bike was over heating. One of their super friendly service techs came out and checked everything out for me to make sure I was good to continue on. Come to find out my local dealership actually over filled my engine oil by at least a 1/2 quart. Everyone in the store was very friendly and helpful.

This location isn't the biggest Harley Dealer but it has everything you need. Parts and apparel depts are a strong hold here. The coffee is always free and fresh. The staff are polite and social. If your in town give this place a look!!! A++

Great Dealership! I had my bike break down on my way to Sturgis and I called them and they said bring it over and we will look at it right away. They identified the problem, did the repair and in an hour I was on my way! Thanks for your prompt response! You guys are awesome!

First off, I ride a BMW R1200RT sport-touring. In 3 past cases where I was in a tough spot and tried to get help from nearby Harley shops, I was flatly refused any amount of support or advice on account of not being a Harley rider. In this case, it was nearly 6pm on Friday and I was on the final day of the Butt Lite IX 6-day endurance rally / scavenger hunt, having already ridden 3200 miles with another 700 miles left to go in the 12 hours remaining -- I needed to be in Lexington KY by Saturday morning, with a few stops to make along the way. My tire pressure sensor alerted me to a leak in my rear tire. After identifying a slow leak at a nearby gas station, I got on the phone with Dale from the service department at Highland HD and he agreed to look at it with me, so I limped my bike to the shop. Dale saved the day -- he helped me diagnose a small hole in the tire and helped me make a fix. I was pretty out of sorts after a long week with a number of mishaps in the days prior, but Dale was cool and collected, very friendly and patient the whole way through. The remaining staff were equally congenial and friendly, chatting with me after we finished the repairs. I was back on the road about 45 minutes after I first walked in the door, and arrived in Lexington at 5:15am Saturday morning with 3891 miles on the clock, in time to finish the rally. Good people lending a hand to someone in a tough spot, without a fuss about brand names -- this is service done right. Keep up the good work, guys... Thanks!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They go out of their way to help in any way possible. I talked for the longest time trying to decide what extras I wanted to buy for my bike.I made sure I got my Salesman's name, Kegan thinking he was on commission. Come to find out they are not on commission, they just go above and beyond to help their Customers.Frederick Harley is three miles from my home in Frederick. I go hours out of my way to deal with Highland Harley because of the people and their fair prices. If you need to be impressed with mammoth showrooms along with over inflated prices and looking to get your ego stroked this is not your kind of place.If you want personal service, knowledgeable staff, fair pricing and a good solid inventory of parts, gear, accessories and bikes, this is your place!

My friend s bike developed a problem while we were on a trip. We stopped in at Highland H-D and the service dept looked at it right away. Service was fast and friendly, the price was crazy low.

Service was incredible! Everyone there went above and beyond to be helpful. We were at cumerland Hog Ralley and blew a waterpump, they had us back on the road in less then 3 hours. We still had a great ride! THEY ARE AMAZING!

Best people I have ever dealt with. I had no problem dropping $2800 there over the winter. They put the proper seal on my trans case where Roundhouse put the incorrect one and was leaking fluid on my rear wheel. (SUPER DANGEROUS) I live 1/4 mile from Roundhouse Harley in Altoona and know the people there personally. I'd rather drive the hour or so to get REAL PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. Dont take your hog to the garbage men in Altoona whose only focus is selling you a bike. For laughs go see the kid in sevice @ Roundhouse with a cut on his back along with his trustfund... Im serious LOL

The rear tire on my Soft tail Custom went flat late on Sunday. I had it towed to Highland Harley Davidson dealership and had to get a hotel room for the night. In the morning their shop went right to work. They put on 2 new tires changed all the fluids and had me on the road by noon. Prices for labor and materials were very reasonable. That's why I had them do more than just the rear tire.

My husbands motorcycle broke down, and he had to have it towed to the nearest HD which was this location in Cumberland MD. Jackie was so nice and accommodating she offered us water and assistance with anything we needed. She even stayed late for us. She really went above and beyond- we appreciate that.

On Thursday June 13th 2019 I was around 450 miles from home late at night and the rod that connects the foot shifter to the shift lever stripped out. I had no way of changing gears and the bike was stuck in 4th gear. I managed to get off the highway and to a really nice Sleep Inn. I asked if there was a Harley Dealer nearby and was informed there was Highland Harley approximately 12 miles away in Lavale. I called them the next morning and asked for the part I needed. They told me they didn t have one in stock but one had been ordered. After letting them know I was trying to get home and how far away from home I was he put me on hold. When he came back he said that they would take one off of a used bike and I could come get it in about 20 minutes. I took a cab to Highland Harley and picked up the part and also purchased a new shift lever. Those guys really saved me that day. I got back to the Sleep Inn and installed the new parts and headed home. I wish I had gotten the guys name that squared me away so I could give him a shout out in this review. If you read this, thank you very much.

I moved to LaVale, MD this past May. Since I moved here, I been to Highland Harley Davidson multiple times for shopping and to get my bike inspected and serviced. This is a great hometown shop!! The staff especially Kegan and Jackie are great and knowledgeable!!

I can't speak about the sales or parts departments, but their service department is the best.I was in a real bind when a valve stem failed on my bike, and even though I was riding a brand they do not sell they took care of me. They came to the motel I had managed to limp to in 5 mile increments the night before, trailered my bike to their shop, put 2 guys on it to get the rear wheel off (a total of 4 man hours) and sent someone to pick up the stem, as my bike used an 90 degree stem that they did not stock. All of that and I was blown away by them charging me less than $90. They could have really put it to me, and I would have paid it as I had no alternative. But they didn't.If it wasn't for the fact that I live over 250 miles away, all of my service work would be done here from now on.

Saturday morning we stopped here and asked if we could wash off 2,000 miles of Va, Ky and WV road dirt. The staff at this H-D dealership couldn t be more nice, helpful and accommodating. The 2 young men in the shop jumped right in with buckets of soap, wash cloths and spray wash. This allowed us to go inside to look around and do a little shopping and stimulate the economy. All the staff in the showroom were equally accommodating.A BIG THANK YOU FROM COACH & BURT TO HIGHLAND H-D!

Hours online seem to mislead people. I was in town at 5pm and hours listed stated they would be open til 7 pm. They were closed!!We also ran into this problem around Christmas time (2018). They closed at 4 pm that Saturday before and remained closed Sunday, Monday (Christmas Eve), and obviously Christmas Day. What Harley dealer closes their doors early and around the holidays??? I am traveling for work and am in this area until March 2019 and have never been more disappointed with Harley Davidson than I am with this one in Cumberland/Lavale!!
