My teen and I bought a used car had trouble on the way home stopped at an advance were shrugged off. Saw AutoZone SEVERAL associates came to our aid. They were wonderful. But the icing on the cake was the manager Mr Mayhew ,yes he is related to the original Chewbacca , he has been restoring and fixing cars more than twenty years. His intricate diagnostic knowledge of vehicles was akin to House diagnosing a rare disease. All with empathy courtesy and plain old human kindness. He is doing a fantastic job at restoring the store to it's divine purpose. Keep up the great work fellas.

On our way home from DC, we determined a new alternator was needed. None of the auto parts stores had one in stock and if ordered, it would be 3 days to a week before it would arrive. We went to Auto Zone and they told us they could get one by 2pm the following day so we ordered it. It arrived at 9am this morning! Since we are traveling, we didn't have all the necessary tools with us so they also let us borrow the tools needed to complete the job. We are so grateful for the team of employees who waited on us. Special thanks goes to William Hardy, Marc H. and Daryl. Without these fine people, we wouldn't be heading home now. If you are ever "broke down" in Cumberland MD, go to 1209 National Hwy.

Stopped by to have a burnt out turn signal light replaced. The helpful employee (sorry, l don't remember her name) looked up the part and found it for me, and the store manager Gary replaced the bulb for me in a matter of minutes. The employees at this store are always professional and courteous, and Gary is a top-notch store manager who is very customer service focused.l have never had a bad experience at this Auto Zone. Keep up the great work!

Great place to get ur parts Great customer service..but the guy that stocks the shelf can be rude if you call belching not saying excuses me a problem..and loud at that over all 3stars would give 5 next time I'm in I was grossed out..but Great customer service in and out

AutoZone is the only place that has my Mazda parts and accessories. Sucks but no complaints they are wonderful.

William and Justin SAVED the day! My car wasn t connecting to my phone (and in this modern age, that s where the GPS is). Thankfully, these kind gentlemen spent a good deal of time and patience and were able to fix the issue! Without their help, I would ve been completely out of luck. They went above and beyond to help me and I cannot recommend this AutoZone or these gentlemen enough!!

We had Charles help us today and he was absolutely amazing. The most friendly worker we've had to deal with at this location. He was extremely nice and helped us with every need that we had. Was very patient and had a great attitude. We will be dealing with him from now on! Thanks for such a great experience!

Just stopped in to look around the other day because I had yet to stop in. Very nice selection of automotive items. I haven't dealt with getting parts so I will get back to that when the time comes. I have been in a couple times with my son when he went in for parts and they were very helpful.

I threw these guys several curve balls in ordering a clutch from another store. (Gift card, coupon and credit card) they got it done quickly even though he required help from manager. VERY pleasant experience and I won't have a second thought in going back if I need anything else! Im very picky when going into auto stores and usually order online because of bad past issues but this was excellent!

I stopped into AutoZone after finding a nail in my tire. I had talked to the friendly staff who was able to help me and give me options on what to do even giving the name of someone who could help. This was off hours so no garages were open. I ended up getting a jack and a patch to do it myself, and the staff even gave me a discount.

Walked in and was trying to ask a question and the manager and employee were talking so I waited a few minutes standing there hoping they would finish later and help the customer instead but no so I asked My question and the manager acted really rude and pretty much tried to just shoed me away so he could finish his conversation, I m a shop owner and I deal With part stores all the time will never be back here again!

My car was running hot & I had no oil in my car whatsoever & of course it happened on my way to work. I stopped at Auto Zone & the Gentleman there they had working was able to help me out & he did it fast! He even came out & put the oil in my car for me! I was back on the road in no time flat & made it to work despite what had happened! I will be highly recommending them in the future! Thanks Again!!Sincerely,Sarrah Smith

La Vale autozone is the worst. Blew a tire and they said they didnt have any tools to help. Had to buy a tire plug kit just to make it to a tire store. Several employees walked by while i tended to a blown tire in the hot sun. Worst employees and store.

Helpful, intelligent staff, willing to go to the extra effort, not just say, "don't think that we have anything like that", like a few other auto parts I've been to before! Love the rewards program! What would have cost me 2 1/2 times the price I paid at Auto Zone, at a different store, came "FREE" thru their rewards AND saved me appx. 60%! Can't beat FREE....

Called up. Worker looked up my part. Put it on hold for five hours, which allowed me to shop before going. Got part. Has 3 yr guarentee. Place was friendly and polite and clean while there.

Couldn t have had a worse experience at this store. Went in for wiper blades. Got attitude, including being cursed to, because the clerk thought I should just know what blade the automobile needed etc. Won t be back. There s a reason Advanced Auto Parts was busy up the block. This is it.

Needed a battery but because it had some corrosion on it they said they couldnt change it out. I found this to be odd. Does Auto zone only change out good , pretty batteries ? Left me in a bad situation

Fast service. Checks your engine light for free and recommends the most straightforward product to fix your vehicle. Staff seemed pretty knowledgeable and trustworthy. Glad to have this place.

Stopped in to replace a rear wiper on my Scion and unfortunately the poorly designed wiper arm broke when the manager attempted to replace the blade. He offered to take care of the replacement part. Very stand up place!
