Got a Kenwood subwoofer from them and head unit from them. The head unit intentionally kept on shutting off randomly so I had to keep taking it back to them. Which it then stopped shutting off. The subwoofer has worked for over a year since I got it. However, I decided to take the grill of the speaker and noticed they didn t even have the correct wiring for the negative to connect to the terminal. I have no idea how they got it to work. I m assuming they ran the wires all in my truck and realized they didn t have the correct adapters and were too lazy to get the correct wiring. If you want your work done right and save some $$. Don t go to these guys. I ve spent over $1,200+ with them. Now I know better.

I had my 2011 accord in yesterday and waited for them to complete the work. They were great with the appointment time and my total wait was less than 3 hours. They replaced the oem Honda radio with a double din KENWOOD with CarPlay. It completely transformed the interior and made my team happy to drive it. They also talked me out of spending on a few items which was appreciated. Their final estimate was very close to the phone estimate and the system looks like it came from the factory this way. I m planning on taking back another vehicle.

I had a front and rear Blackvue 4K UHD DR970X-2CH Full HD Dashcams with Wi-Fi & Cloud.The install was neat and fairly quick. The service was good.I recommend The Audio Connection.

Worst experience, definitely if business care only about the money, and how much they can charge you without any customer service, definitely a red flag, not worth at all. We, my family or friends, won't come or bring any business to this place.

Dishonest, greedy, poor mannered people. After deciding to check out prices online I quickly realized every single item they sold me was marketed WAY up. Not only that but these greedy men wanted to charge me $400+ to instal a couple speakers and a head unit. Whatever you do, stear clear of these scam artists.

Had my front and rear dash cams installed here recently. They were super helpful to get me an appointment scheduled the day after I called, and it was done fairly quickly. The price isn t the lowest you ll find but I would pay it again for the work and friendliness of the folks here.

This store is a JL Audio dealer listed on the official JL Audio website. That being said Its been terrible trying to use them to replace warrantied parts in my enclosed subwoofer, the website states that I could go through this store to replace my parts, but I've been hung up on instead of putting me on hold and given the run around as far as the process of receiving my parts even though I gave up the product S/N and invoice (proof of purchase) already. Every time I call there is a lack of manpower to work through this issue and receive customers in store. Decided to just deal directly with JL Audio's customer service which is what I would've done if I'd had known that was possible. In Synopsis, a terrible experience I'll never step foot in there again, never seen such snooty technicians\mechanics.

Great people here and super friendly. I walked in looking for a security system that would fit what I needed and they put together a package that did everything I needed, gave me a quote at a great price, and set up the appointment.Day of the appointment, they took it first thing in the morning and I picked it up later in the day. Everything was installed perfectly, took videos of the installation process to show how the tilt alarm worked, walked through all the features and quirks of the system.They were extremely friendly every time I stopped by. Definitely would recommend them for any after market car work.

Had an alarm installed due to the ridiculous Kia TikTok challenge. Staff was knowledgeable, good service, fair price and professional installation. Sean went through all the ins and outs of my new system. Good experience.

Fair price, high quality work, friendly staff.I got dash cams (front + rear) installed here. I shopped around for prices and they weren't the lowest, weren't the highest. They knew what to do and did it pretty quickly. The work is great, I don't see any cables and they got the cam views perfect. The staff gave me a good vibe too - knowledgeable & friendly. Definitely taking my car back here for any other electrical work.

I got a radio put in a car a couple years again and loved it and thought I'd try them out again and loved it even more this time!! I can't remember his name but the main shop man is super nice and honest, Will answer any question and will even have conversations not business related that not alot can do, Total even come out to less then what the quote was. Go check them out!!

Super helpful staff, told them what I wanted and they got me exactly what I needed. They even gave me a small tutorial on how to hook up my new deck. Awesome place, would definitely go back!

I've had a remote starter and LED headlights installed by the Audio Connection. Everyone was friendly and professional. They went over the cost, what was involved and helped to ensure that what I wanted to have done is exactly what will fit what I'm looking to achieve. If they thought or felt that a service or product would work or not work they took the time to explain it so I could understand it completely and I could make the best decision. If they didnt have a specific part they could get it within a reasonable time frame and get you on the schedule without having to wait weeks. I highly recommend them.

Steve at the Audio Connection was awesome from the time I called and scheduled my appointment to when my car was completed. He told me exactly what to expect and about how much it would cost so there weren't any surprises and even went out of his way to have my work done as quickly and as safely as possible taking into consideration the fridged temperature and that I was waiting for it. He explained everything that needed to be done to my vehicle & even made some reasonable recommendations along the way. I would bring my car back to Audio Connection any day and refer them to my friends .

I had a remote car starter put in last week. The service was great, took the car in for the scheduled appointment and was able to pick it up even earlier than i expected. The only problem is that my windshield wipers stopped working after the starter was put in at the Audio Connection - a real inconvenience as i traveled to buffalo the following day - 8 hours away. I therefore had to have a local shop service my car which cost an additional $130. I was very disappointed when the local shop reported that they had to take the steering calm apart and the issue was that the Audio Connection tech did sloppy work putting everything back together after installing the starter.

I am here to echo the comment made before mine. I made an appointment for a simple amp install. I made an appointment three days prior. I was told installation would take 2 to 3 hours. I dropped the car off, 2 hours later I received phone call explaining that a tech had called out sick and the job could not be completed . They gave me the option of coming back the next day or making another appointment. I returned to discuss options. When I arrived I was left to wait in the reception area for over 20 minutes to get any further info. This wouldn't have been a big deal but the owner was no more than 10 feet from me the entire time while making a sale with a new client. He could've easily acknowledged my presence and explained that he would be with me soon. That never happened, instead a tech came back and explained that they hadn't even began the install. So in summation: for at least 2 hours they knew that this job could not have been completed and I was left with out any information, just waiting around the area killing time. I had taken the afternoon off of work for this, and at the very least I deserved a better explanation and some basic courtesy.

I have been there a couple of times so far and its always a quick and easy experience. Both times have done a car starter for different vehicles and work great. I have never had any problems with them. Ronnie is a really nice guy who Is willing to answer any questions that you have. Will keep coming back

Customer beware! I was expecting them to give me the best advice for my dashcam hookup but instead they gave me options with zero consideration of how my vehicle fully operates. I selected an option with my limited knowledge. They never informed that my camera would turn off after every stop, due to my vehicle's auto engine shut off feature, and therefore the best option would be to connect to the battery. They only expressed concerns about the seemingly lack of the motion sending feature after the engine was parked and off. After noticing this new problem, which had a simple solution apparently, I asked if they could fix it and they insisted they would have to charge me. Staff seemed like cool people and the install was clean but disappointed they would be unwilling to fix something they didn't consider would be an issue!

Professional, knowledgeable staff. Prices are not cheap but are entirely reasonable for the quality work that they do. Had me in and out in a matter of hours with a clean sub install. Would highly reccomend their expertice for your next project.

I recently had a remote starter installed and Audio Connection in Columbia did a really good job. I did have a few issues with the integration and functionality of the remote start with my SUV, so took it back the next day for them to look at. They took me right in and had everything working seamlessly within 15-20 minutes. They are very knowledgeable, reputable, and are there for you before, during, and after you make your purchase. I highly recommend them.

Over the last several months I've had a lot of work done on my car from these people. Greg, who works at the Columbia location, handled a lot of my spec personally and his installers are top notch. I was so impressed with the level of service I've come back several times since for electronics work on my Dodge Magnum. They always do a clean, professional install and are happy to walk you through all parts of the work.The one issue I did have was a series of bad LED interior car lights. Their installer, without an appointment at all, took one look at it and replaced it with another light right off the shelf. All covered under their warrant, no complaints or payment for the work. I would *highly* recommend their work.

OUTSTANDING...Customer Service. I had a remote starter placed in my car and I am extremely pleased. All Customers that arrived for service or questions were treated extremely well. I was a visitor for about 3 hours and I enjoyed my relaxation time. The only thing that could have made it better was a massage chair and a blanket. I will be back to have a AUDIO jacked installed in my car. My son will be getting an Auto starter installed also. Great technicians...Great work.

These guys are fantastic. Great customer service. They take the time to explain how to use whatever they install and answer any and all questions you have. Workmanship is top notch. On a previous DIY gone wrong, they bailed me out by fixing what I broke the next day and did a great install. I recently went back for a remote starter and was thrilled with the result. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!

Great service and awesome products. The radio selection is a bit limited which was a bummer bc I had to buy elsewhere but there auto start service is phenomenal especially for the price. Highly recommend making an appointment, a remote start took 4.5 hours so definitely clear part of your day if you don't have alternate means of transportation. Overall great experience.
