I m the second owner of my RV and I needed someone to do more than just throw some soap and water on it like I do. Pro Wash absolutely crushed cleaning up my RV, it looks better now than when I bought it from the previous owner.

Pro Wash Auto Spa did it right! Asked to install ceramic tint on the front windows to match the factory tint in the back and it was done an less than an hour with an appointment. Also, one of the cheapest in the area. They even put stickers on the window buttons for those who forget to tell your spouses not to open the windows for a few days! Note factory tint does not block out UV or heat so I'm considering them to do a clear ceramic tint for these hotter summers.

Amazing work their tint work is top tier, along with a super helpful, informative staff. I came in today for window tinting service, I asked many questions about the detailing services offered and everyone was patient and thorough with their answers. I appreciate those quality s the most, one tech even told me that another tech was most experienced and could answer me in greater detail he brought that tech over and listened as the tech explained the paint protection service offered here, so that he could be more informed. That s rare now days in the service industry! Needless to say this is an amazing establishment and I will come back for all my window tint wash & detail even ceramic coating needs!!! 2 thumbs up To you all thanks for the amazing service!!!! Without question, Pro Wash Auto Spa is the best in Columbia, MD and surrounding areas and I will never take my vehicle anywhere else but to them. I am a retired Military person, and attention-to-detail was always first and foremost in everything we did. The same holds true with Pro Wash Auto Spa. Their attention to detail in spotting areas on my vehicle that needed to be addressed was extremely impressive. Everyone on the staff conducted themselves on a friendly, highly competent, and professional level. And the result is a vehicle returned to the customer, looking far superior to when it was dropped off, and in a timely manner. I ll be taking all my vehicles to Pro Wash Auto Spa.Thank you for the great work that you do.

I got my 2015 Acura TLX detailed and tinted yesterday, and had the best experience. I was nervous to drop so much money on this since I ve never had it done before, but you definitely get what you pay for and Pro Wash Auto Spa is definitely worth it! I attached before and after pictures below of my car. When I walked into the shop when it was done, my jaw actually dropped because I never knew the car I bought used from a friend 3 years ago could look the way it does now. The color of the paint and the leather seats are so much more saturated and alive now. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and welcoming, and even shared some laughs with me, and explained the pros and cons of each tint. They recommended a lower level detail than I was originally planning because my car was already in good shape and they didn t want me paying for something I didn t need. They ended up working with me to plan a full service detail and high performance 35% tint (the second cheapest tint offered and still within legal limits too). The process took 7 hours, which is less than they told me it would take. The men working in the shop were very kind, knowledgeable, and took time to explain what they did and how to care for my car and new tints going forward. I walked into the store at the beginning of the day nervous about spending so much money, and left at the end of the day with a huge smile and no doubt in my mind that it was worth it! I ll be coming back for hand washes in the future, and using their reward points they offer for discounts!Also, with all the 5 star reviews, I expected them to ask me to leave a good review for some incentive, but they did not! This review is completely genuine and I posted it solely because of how impressed I am with the job they did!

Thank you for taking the stress out of our PCS! I am forever grateful to all those hands that touched my vehicle to make the process at the VPC E A S Y! Took all the dog hair, sand and dirt from a cross country roadtrip and made the van look better than new!

Great customer service from my initial call to my arrival for service. Ms. Tamara and her team took great care of me. She took her time to give me the best recommendation for my vehicle. I was extremely pleased with the window tint on my Model Y. The downside was that my car is brand new and came in shiny and spotless. When the tint service was completed, my entire car was covered in white water spots...trunk, doors, hood and all glass (even the glass top). The windshield was terrible so I asked to have it cleaned before I left. That was done without hesitation. I had to leave to get back to work but called later and was given an opportunity to bring my car back for a wash. I wish that more attention to detail was taken to prevent me from having to take that second trip. Overall it was still a pleasant experience and I would recommend this business.

Prowash Auto Spa is the best! They cleaned my son's car with care and a degreee of thoroughness that I didn't think was possible. My son was absolutely delighted when it was done. The gentlemen that worked on the car were respectful and took care of his car like it was their own. We are so happy with the results!

I have been using this business for years with multiple vehicle tinted and cleaned. Overall I ve been happy with the work performed. Unfortunately, the last time I visited for a tint I had two issues, 1) They left the tinting water/soap mix all over the inside of the car including the wind shield, dash, and instrument cluster 2) They didn t walk through the car with me afterwards and I had to go back and have a window retinted because there was a crease in it. I m hoping that the quality of the last visit isn t a trend.In the end, they retinted the window with no problem and the manager came out with me to look over the car and wiped up all the excess liquid the second time around.Make sure to look over everything before leaving and push back if something doesn t look right. Trust but verify .

Shipping my car overseas and it has to be cleaner than clean to pass agricultural inspections and these guys made it happen. I was so nervous about getting it turned back from the shipper but they actually complimented how clean it was. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and understanding.Any army/military PCS needing to ship OCONUS can definitely get detailed here and not worry about being accepted by the Baltimore VPC (notorious for being picky and having high standards for shipping).

I leased a new vehicle and my dealership sent me here to get my ceramic tints. With it being summertime, there was a lot of business. Not only did they finish within a faster than expected time, the job was flawless! Having standard carbon tints on my previous vehicle, the ceramic tints make a HUGE difference. Not only did I get professional installation but they also washed the outside and added tire wet, so when I drove off, I had the showroom feel driving off the lot.This will be my go to place for all of my cars beautification needs. Can t wait to get my wife s car tinted next!!!

From start to finish, I was underwhelmed and lied to. The website's wording of "Schedule Service" implies that you're booking an actual time, but the times listed aren't actually available and "Confirm Booking" is really just a request. I "booked" a Premium Interior detail for 9am for the next day only to be told 1pm was the earliest they could do. I had half a gallon of milk spill all over the carpet the night I booked and knew it needed addressed ASAP so I was banking on the early appointment. They called back to tell me it would be an extra charge for an enzyme to treat the milk spill, which was fine, and that they could get me in at 11am instead - this was a lie. I asked if they were sure, and they said they were, so I brought my car in at 11 and was there until 3pm. Despite the rocky start, I had hope that all would work out when another person who was waiting raved about their tinting work. I was told partway through my wait that they were going to take longer because of the enzyme service - another lie. They had me pay and I tipped (regrettably) before they explained to me they never actually started on my car until 1pm. So they only spent 2 hours on what should have been a 3 hour service, despite supposedly spending extra time on an extra service. They told me the enzyme spray will smell for a while and may not actually have fixed the milk smell and I might have to come back and get their ozone treatment to address it, but they didn't charge extra for the transferred cat hair. While the dash and leather seats looked very clean, the headliner spots they attempted to treat now have large water stains instead, and the windows weren't even touched. When I treated the carpet myself a couple days later (because the enzyme treatment did nothing for the smell) I saw the brown stain left on my black carpet as well. The service I paid for was supposed to include a "shampoo and carpet extraction to remove deep-seated stains" - yet another lie. I will never be returning and don't recommend anyone get their interior detailed here unless you're looking to pay detailing prices for a wipe down.

Very recommendable place , the people who work here are super friendly and respectful, they do a great job with the cars , my wife and I use this place for the first time and we will keep coming, they show you the job to makes sure you have a 5 star experience, they really do , Thank you guys, our cars looking like new

Someone keyed a huge scratch on my Chevy Silverado. This was no simple scratch. It was deep enough to catch your finger nail the popping sound your finger nail makes when rubbing it across the scratch is not a good sign at all.So, I contacted Rodney at Pro Wash Auto Spa for advice. He suggested that I bring it by so that he could access the damage. He was very professional and made a few suggestions. I didn t feel pressured to have it fixed there but his knowledge and professionalism was astounding so I set the appointment. He mentioned that the suggested services would take a full day but I was more than happy to leave it for a full day if they could remove this deep scratch.A few days later I dropped it off early using their key drop.Once I arrived for pick up, my vehicle was parked in the shop so I inspected the Damaged area and was impressed. However, Once they pulled it out of the shop into the sun my black beauty was glistening and showroom ready. In the sunlight..The shine was amazing and The auto detailers inspected the vehicle inside and out. They again hand polished any and all smudges left over from polish residue or hands.A big Thanks to the owner, Rodney and a HUGE shoutout to the Pro Wash Auto Spa detailers. I am an independent dealer and I have cars all the time that are in need of detailing and/or just a basic wash and I have been taking my cars, trucks and Vans to Pro Wash ever since they opened on Old Columbia Road. Rodney and his crew do excellent work and for the money it is a great value. I recently took my 34 foot RV to them and I was very happy with the results of how my RV looked.Services: Full body wash, Scratch removal, Seat shampooing, Engine detailing

I never post these type of reviews but the team at Pro Wash did such a great job on my car that I needed to give them a shout out.I brought the car in because I had small specs of tree sap all over the car that had been sitting on the paint for about 3 months. Regardless of how many times I washed the car they wouldn t come off, and when they did, there would be a stain in the paint where the sap was. With my car being white I wasn t too sure it could be fixed but the guys at Pro Wash got it done. I know it took a lot of work but when I picked the car up it had that showroom finish.Huge thanks to Rodney and his team. Great service. Car express detailing. Interior looked good with minor pieces of dust/dirt leftover. Exterior was average. Not as detailed as you can see in the photos, leftover bird poop markings are still visible.I recommend this place only if you get a step up from express detailing.

These guys are freaking incredible. They are so personable and care a lot about their work. I am usually very skeptical of vehicle service centers but these guys are worth every dollar you d spend.They go above and beyond to make sure your car is a thousand times better than how you left it.

1st time Customer. Great Customer Service and Professionalism from the point of answering my call to booking my appointment. They got me in on the same day and during my lunch hour. Everyone was so nice to me. From Tamara, African American young lady at the front check in to the very nice tall African American gentleman that greeted me in the parking lot already knowing the nature of my appointment and directing me to the receptionist area and last but definitely not least the African American gentleman that actually did my window tinting. EXCELLENT JOB!! I do not know if this is an African American owned business but if it is. Professionalism, Customer Service and a Warm Welcome was 100% from the beginning to the End. Lobby and/or Waiting Area was Very Nice, Clean and Customer friendly. Pricing was definitely comfortable and affordable. You only get one shot at a 1st Impression. You knocked it out the box. Phenomenal Job Pro Wash will definitely be sending folks your way.Service: Window tinting

I have used Pro Wash several times in the past for their basic exterior wash and was content with the job. I used to buy vouchers for friends and family as gifts. Recently I had an appointment to complete a full interior/exterior detail. I walked around with the manager to make note of everything that I wanted to be addressed. The manager assured me he would take care of everything and at the very least address some of the issues I had mentioned while not guaranteeing results - I thought this was fair because it was an older car I knew not everything would be perfect. I was told the car would be completed in 5 hrs. I had to wait another 20 min in the waiting area after I was called in. The receptionist insisted I pay first, so I did that without seeing the car. Big mistake. When I saw the car, I immediately noticed some of the areas I specified were not clean. Areas that are normally to be cleaned were not which is even more disappointing. The wheel wells had a lot of dirt, leaves, and other debris still left near the mud flaps. The manager simply took his hands and removed all the dirt and said it was fine. How is it possible to miss that with a pressure washer? I could literally wipe my finger around the grill and my fingers would get dirty. There was no way water, soap, or a brush ever touched that area. There was still hair over the seats and crumbs of whatever under the seats and on the seat rails. This is just to name a few. The worst thing was the steaming/shampoo job they had done inside the car. The car actually smelled great when I bought it. The seats and floors were still wet and it just smelled nasty in the car. The manager knew a very poor job was done and there was a complete lack of attention to detail. I even brought up some of things he said he would take care of, but was forgotten. To resolve the issue, the manager asked if I would bring the car in again next week to complete the detail and offer me a free car wash voucher to make up for the terrible job. I was very unimpressed and didn't trust them to do a thorough job as they originally promised me. I didn't want to waste anymore time, so I wanted a partial refund back. I thought this was fair, because they had still cleaned some of the car, but it was no where near that of a "full" detail. I ended up cleaning the car myself later that night and found a lot of other places that were not touched (otherwise I would have posted pictured). I called back the next day explaining the situation and was told that another person would call me back and that I would be taken care of. Not to my surprise no one called back. I called back again and the receptionist said someone would call me back on the following Monday. I didn't get a call during the first half of Monday, so I called again and was told that the person would be calling me by the end of the day. Finally, this person calls me and tells me they don't provide refunds, but they will clean the car again. I guess this is their version of taking care of a customer. The car wash voucher is worth about $50, but they can't even refund that amount - doesn't make any sense at all. They definitely lost a customer and I'll be sure to share my experience to friends and family who have been using them or looking for reccs. There are plenty of other detailers in the area. The irony is that I had stopped by the bank before picking up the car to tip all the staff...I'm really glad I didn't.Also, to the staff member wearing a beanie, ripped black jeans and driving the black BMW 3 series coupe...you should probably not drive about 50mph around a blind corner exiting the business you work at as customers are coming in...you almost hit my car with my wife and infant in the back when I was coming in to pick up the car. I slammed on the break to avoid you. To those reading this, this is the main problem. You talk to the receptionist and manager about the services, but its unprofessional, little kids who actually "clean" you car without any attention to detail.

Phenomenal people to work with from start to finish. Upon emailing to inquire about an appointment I get a response within the hour (nights and weekends included). They are extremely flexible and will try to make your schedule work with their availability. Upon arrival one of the gentleman always greet me by name and a pleasant demeanor taking my key and confirming what service is being completed today. After checkout out they will do a walk around with you to ensure you re satisfied. My car is driven 150+ miles a day for work so it takes a beating. They do an impeccable job (removing the brake dust especially). Prices are more than reasonable too.Service: Auto detailing

Pro Wash Auto Spa did an incredible job on my vehicles!Tamera provided excellent customer service as I researched different options for painting my vehicle badges and detailing options for my wife's vehicle. She was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process and kept me informed.Tae used a Matte Black Plasti-Dip paint on my vehicle badges which gave it the exact look I was hoping for. His work was so impressive, with no errors, no paint running, and no over-spray issues. This is incredible, especially considering the smaller lettering on the Trim Badge of my vehicle.PJ and his team handled detailing the interior of my wife's vehicle and I could not be happier with the outcome. That interior has seen over 9 years of wear-and-tear and came out looking brand new after they were done with it.I will be using Pro Wash Auto Spa for all of my detailing needs!

I'm not one for posting reviews, but had to do this one because of how great everyone was. I originally had an appointment scheduled for a day that ended up being not-so-good in terms of weather. They called and gave me the option of rescheduling, which I appreciated. I took my car in yesterday, and every person I encountered greeted me, made sure I knew where to go, asked how I was, and one said Happy New Year as I left. They were all attentive and caring, and really seemed to be enjoying themselves. Besides that, my car looks great! I wanted to thank Rodney and his team for doing a wonderful job on my car. I brought my car in for a wrap job and left out loving my car more than what I did when I came in. I receive compliments on the daily. Remind you, my car was black and they completely changed everything down to the brake calipers. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a wrap job to come see Rodney and his team. Thank you!

Best car detail I've ever gotten, made my 3 year old car look brand new! I cannot express how pleased I am with Auto Spa! My car was covered in dog hair and mud from my dogs. My car was in need of saving. After the interior clean, my car interior looks brand new again.
