Amazing experience with these folks! I had a smashed car window from someone attempting to break in. I go into the office, ask for a quote, and they said they can fix it the next morning. Cost was decent, and they fixed it promptly in an hour! Definitely recommend for the price and customer service.

Excellent service 10 /10. I call them in the morning and they gave me an appointment for that same day in the afternoon. It only took them to fix my window like an hour.

Fantastic, friendly service. I called first thing in the morning and they were able to get me in within an hour to replace my windshield. The price was less than other estimates and they were very easy to work with. I had taken the oil change sticker off my cracked windshield and they even noticed it on my dashboard and put it back on the new windshield. Overall fantastic service- would highly recommend.

They were ready at the time of the appointment and finished just before the schedule finish time. Work was first rate for a very competitive price. Very easy to work with. Did a very clean job installing a jeep windshield. Would easily recommend shop for glass work. I waited and waiting room was very clean and comfortable.

We had an issue with a piece of glass and the owner worked tirelessly with the dealership and other dealerships to get it handled as quickly as possible. Very nice people and the job was done extremely well. I'm happy to have the 2 pieces of glass replaced and highly recommend them if you need glass work done on your car!

I own a 2022 Tundra and yesterday had a rock hit my front windshield causing damage. I was able to quickly schedule an appointment with Precision Auto Glass the next day (today). They kept the appointment time, friendly service, out the door less than 30 minutes, reasonable pricing. Very happy overall. These guys are great. After three trips to the unsafelite locations, to only find out they ordered the wrong glass or didn t have it on hand, I called Precision and they got me in the next day and calibrated the lane sensors, etc. Great customer service that only a locally owned business can deliver.

These guys are awsome. They are fast and fair. Had my front windshield replaced. Spent about 3hr waiting before I could drive home. Definitely call them before so they could have you ready to go. Thanks guys.

My windshield needed to be replaced and my insurance found this gem. Dave was very helpful and got me in the next day. He was really nice and professional. My windshield replacement took about an hour and a half, and I was in and out. On Christmas eve, during the subfreezing temperatures our daughters rear side window got smashed and we had to replace it. We tried other Auto Glass replacement companies but none could replace the window until near new year eve. We called Precision auto glass and spoke with Dave. He didn't have the window in stock but said he would order and have the window overnighted and would be able to replace it the day after Christmas. She brought the car in on Christmas Eve to have Dave put a seal on the window and to clean the glass, which he did. The day after Christmas he replaced the window. The price he charged was much lower than the name brand glass replacement companies. We will use him again and will recommend him to anyone who's looking to have glass replaced.Service: Auto rear window replacement

I came in needing my windshield replaced near the end of the day. David scheduled me first thing next morning and it took about an hour and ten minutes. 2010 Ford explorer, total cost was $285 including tax. Called them this morning at 8am, I was able to get in at 1:30pm same day. Took about an hour for the install. I was pleased. Owner asked me to send pics of my windshield to make sure he installed the right one (some models have rain sensing capabilities... mine does not). Anyways, I appreciate the due diligence making sure I got exactly what I needed. Price was fair and less expensive than other locations. Happy all the way around.

I called on Wednesday and my glass was replaced on Thursday at their shop.During the installation, the crew noticed that the window moulding was defective. Rather than install it and act like nothing happened, the crew stopped everything and asked if I could stay a little longer while they ran out and got a quality replacement part. I was not in a hurry and was able to take conference calls while they were getting the replacement part and finishing the installation. Regardless, the team did not waste any time getting the replacement part and finishing the installation. I was impressed.Here's why I rate them 5 stars: 1) They prioritize quality work and products. 2) Their sense of urgency on my behalf was outstanding and I could tell they were genuinely concerned about the delay and getting the new part as fast as possible. 3) The pricing is competitive and 4) Really nice people work there including the owner! They even offered me some watermelon!I will not hesitate to call Precision Auto Glass for my next windshield replacement. This was the best glass replacement service I've ever experienced. Thank you, guys!

Needed my windshield replaced due to chips that did not pass state inspection. Called for an estimate Monday morning and got an appointment for early afternoon Monday. Work took about 1.5 hours for the replacement and to remove overly dark tint on front door windows. Work was excellently done, quick and cost exactly the price I was quoted. I would surely recommend them to my family and friends

These guys were awesome. I was recommended different shop by my insurance company. After that shop cancelled my appointment at the last moment, I found Precision after a little searching on my own. They gave me better quote, earlier appointment and excellent customer service. Its been months since I had my windshield replaced. They were able to replace my broken passenger vent window the same day in under 15 minutes and for a reasonable price. They took very good care of me. A much needed win after being a victim of vandalism.

I came in to get a small chip repaired in my windshield, and I had the best experience. They got me in the same day, and fixed the chip extremely fast. The glass looks almost new! The gentlemen was also very pleasant. Of course, they made me aware of the risks beforehand, but it turned out just fine. I would definitely recommend this particular Precision to anyone I know that needs their glass repaired.

I needed my windshield replaced ASAP. Booked the 4th closest safelite to get a same week appt. they cancelled on me the day of. I called Precision at 12:30, they booked me for 1:30, and it was done by 4pm. Outstanding service!

I needed weather stripping replaced on my Toyota FJ 2010. After 2 failed disappointed appointments with a heavily advertised popular auto glass business. I wanted answers to my situation.Precision Auto Glass is a professional owner who took time to explain what exactly my vehicle would replace the windshield weather stripping. An exterior part on top of the windshield, I was delighted to receive correct information, worthy of many more stars.

Came in for a window replacement and my drivers side window has never been the same. It doesn't completely shut. I wondered if the tech tried to get a 2 for 1 and have me eventually come back to fix the window. Can't trust places anymore.

We were very pleased with the replacement of our front windshield last Monday. Dave & his team did a wonderful job! I would definitely recommend them & will be using them if i ever need windows replaced or repaired again...thanks for a great experience!
