I went to this place to get my tire patched the same day I scheduled as the place I preferred to go to was fully booked for next few days. I wish, and hope in the future the techs there are more cautious as I found scratches on my wheel after receiving the service. This is a brand new car. I did take a photo of the wheel before in cases of an event like these, but I didn't want to make a fuss over it.

I've been here a many times over the years, for a variety of reasons. Car repairs are never fun but I am always pleased with my experience at this NTB. On a few occasions, they've needed to troubleshoot my tire pressure sensor. They were completely honest about everything working well (simply resetting) whereas another auto shop tried to convince me to spend several hundred dollars to replace a sensor that was still working properly. Really appreciate this team for always being knowledgeable, courteous, thorough, and honest. Great customer service is hard to find but this team always puts the customer first.

Great customer service especially from Mario and Darnell. I spent 0 dollars and Mario was kind enough to deflate my over-inflated tires. In a world where everything is about sales and money, it was refreshing to see good old fashioned customer service.Much appreciated Mario! I will be back for tires!

I came in after hitting a pothole while driving from Ohio. I needed tires that were hard to find. Darnell was excellent to work with. He found the tires and took care of my installation very efficiently. I was in and out on the same day.

Highly knowledgeable staff that were friendly and easy to work with. They gave their direct opinion about what they thought would best for the short term and long term safety of my car and reviewed options to stay in my budget. I felt well taken care of and safer driving away on new tires.

This was some of the best car shop service I ve ever received. Came in with a flat tire during a stressful week & they took care of it quickly, and worked with me to make it happy in the most cost effective way possible. They gave me options, and provided wonderful service. 10/10 - I will ALWAYS recommend this shop!

I needed my tire fixed just a few minutes before they were going to close.The staff made me feel comfortable and ensured me I would be satisfied with my results. They fixed my tire fast. i truly appreciate NTB. I will be returning if needed. Great Customer Service!

These dudes had my challenger running like new in one day with a whole list of labor off a walk in.Definitely not the type that pampers my car either.Price was super fair for what I asked for4 new tires, oil/brake change, new headlight and alignment adjustment. What made this visit to the gear priest solid was the quality of care.Big time thank you! 5 stars for sure

I was able to get an appointment quickly. When I took my car in for service, I was in and out in no time, with updates along the (short) wait. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Friendly staff. Fixed issue with my car within reasonable time frame. (Including with having to get parts delivered). Clean bathrooms for customers and pretty big waiting room. Definitely will be back here again with my next issue I come across with my car.

I recently had my tires replaced on Tuesday. I was unable to pick my vehicle up during normal business hours, so I advised the mechanic to leave my keys in the car and I would pick my vehicle up after 6pm.When I arrived to my vehicle, I noticed the red piece that covers my driver side key hole was on the ground.I called promptly the next morning at 8:10am asking the worker if they knew anything of why the piece wasn t on my car because it wasn t like that when I took my car in nor was it loose. The worker on the phone was confused due to the fact that my car uses a keyfob and they wouldn t have had to use a key to open my door.I go back today, Thursday , to see if they can put the piece back on and the worker tells me that it would not snap back into place and that it was loose when they went to open the door. I don t understand how that is possible because it wasn t loose when I took my car in nor have I had any problems with it ever before.Long story short, this was a major inconvenience because 1. No one advised me of it being lose or off when I called to pay for my service and 2. The piece was irresponsibly left on the ground.I will no longer be taking my vehicle to this location if I can not trust the handling of my car or credibility if something went wrong. It is one thing to be told about the problem or situation; but it s an inconvenience to expect your car to be left the way it was and then come back to a piece being mishandled.Despite this setback; the maintenance I went to get done was fine.Thank you

Had an issue with a tire. Decided to get all 4 replaced. Team was great. Got me in within an hour, no pressure to do any upgrades, just gave me suggestions and moved on. Professional and helpful team all around.

Was taken care of as soon as I walked in the door to the time I walked out the door. Great customer service, prices, and labor. I was there for less than an hour to get 4 brand new tires installed!

I had a great experience with NTB. I had an emergency and needed 4 tires installed on Friday (I called on Thursday to schedule - tires were delivered from warehouse). I bought their Pirelli Scorpion AS Plus 3, which were only a little more than TireRack (which ate rated higher than the OEM Michelin that came on the vehicle).

I ve had all my vehicles serviced here for the past 5+ years. The team has been pleasant to work with and even stopped a necessary repair noted by the dealer (car was on a maintenance program) when they realized everything was fine.

From my Wife Passport Lady .She is very thankful for a front desk staff s help yesterday (2/6). NTB does more than tires! She needed emergency help with two photo copies of a passport application, and without question, NTB solved her problem.So thankful for your responsiveness!

Joe and the team were super helpful today when I ended up with a flat tire leaving work. I was able to bring my new and old tire over within minutes to have the rim transferred. I was on my way in 30 minutes! I ll definitely be using their services in the future!

(see update of recent service done on 3/25/19)3/25/19 results...(written after picking up car) All in all my car drives better and the brakes are no longer bumpy when stopping... I guess I got what I paid for...But here's my rantI'm back today (3/25/19) for back brake service. My dealer reported yellow caution for back brakes at my last oil change.Written just after report from agent: I'm not very happy and wish I had gone to the dealer because the cost in labor alone is more than parts $307. I came in for rear brakes because I had my front brakes done here. The front brakes were $280 on my first visit. I asked for rotation of tires. So I expected the price to be about $350.00. Service Report: nail in tire (claimed), flush brake fluid ($80 labor), upsale for lifetime balance and rotation $16.99 single time vs lifetime $67.00. Then, changed to $7.99 each wheel for a single rotation..when I thought about not having it done.Front rotators had buldges $126 each to remove unevenness. According to report, the front brake service didn't include rotator smoothing. Well, my bill is $570.00 + , including $35 shop charge. 10:00 am appt, price quote given around 11:00. I waited about 15 minutes for processing because agent was on the phone. It's now 12:50 pm... And at least another 30 minutes I really wanted to take my car, but I didn't want car thrown back together. I hope my investment is worth it and next time, I'm going to my dealer first. I'm not happy right now.. They need to use some of that HIGH labor CHARGE in cleaning this coffee machine and offer free snacks, like my dealer. Lesson learned!Additionally: Agent said, I could have just put the back brakes on, but you didn't need them.(Previous rating) I was very pleased with service reps and up sale using the credit card service to complete required work. I was processed, informed, and out of the shop as promised with all work done. I find your attentiveness, and customer service very good. I'm alway skeptical when it comes to car service, but now a have peace with using NTB for my car service needs. This was my second visit to the shop.cont. 3/25/19 rant... At these prices, this facility should have investment in their physical appearance at least the customer could see where some of the high labor/expense costs are going.Will I come back...hummm?

Excellent customer service!! Had a horrible day coming home from work when I ran over something and my tire immediately went flat. They were able to get me in right away and patch the tire. So grateful for a good ending to an eventful day.

Positive experience with the purchase of new tires at NTB on Oak Hall Lane in Columbia, Md. Shout out to Darnell who understands the meaning of true customer service. Darnell has a wonderfully calm manner and a great work ethic. Short staffed in the morning due to a sick employee, he never once showed any signs of frustration or stress as he worked efficiently and effectively to address every customers needs.

Darnell and Clancy were incredibly helpful getting me taken care of after a tire blowout on the side of interstate 95. After a painful wait for a tow truck they accommodated me late at night and got me out the door in less than 10 minutes!

We had an incident at Mr. Tire at Berger Rd. To where the technician tried to fight us when we questioned why the tire we ordered that was in stock, wasn't in stock. He also told us that it would take 3 hours for a patch job, now that they don't have our tire we ordered. Unless we got a full set, which he would do immediatly. We left before the tech chose to throw hands. We immediately headed to NTB on Oak Hall in Columbia where they saw us right away got us exactly what we needed for a cheaper price then Mr. Tire. I wish we would have came here first off. The customer service is through the roof, the business is fast punctual and they do everything they can to make sure the customer is satisfied and to top it off. They started doing the job when I started this review, now they are completely done. I will no longer do business with Mr. Tire, because I now have found my new favorite mechanics shop to have tire, battery, alingments, and rotations, shocks, struts or anything I can't do at home. Big thank you to my new favorite service center.

Update: changed 1 star to 4. I got a call later in the day saying that the tires arrived so I went and they were able to help me. The workers were nice and the manager was fantastic but I practically wasted my whole day. If you're purchasing tires through them make sure they have it in the store before going in, even if you have an appt.Made an appt and showed up (also called days before to reconfirm my appt and tire order); took 10 mins for someone to greet me and the worst part is that the only person working says I have to come back because the tire technician was absent and he's by himself. He said he'll call me later so I can come in but when I asked if they even have my tires that I ordered, he said it's not even in the store yet. So what's the point of making an appt and paying a deposit when you can't honor it nor even have the tires at the store at the very least.So the guy was going to call me and have me drive back just to tell me that they don't have the tires that I ordered?

I have been doing business with NTB for over a decade. I have known Darnell since he was a desk associate but I understand he is now the manager at Oak Hall location. I was charged at another location for an alignment that they were not able to correct. After not getting much resolve from the Berger location, Darnell was able to assist and get my issue resolved. I kn ow repair shops can have questionable reputations but I truly trust the advice and service that Darnell at Oak Hall provides. 5 star review
