Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They not only listened to what I requested but also suggested other services and explained in detail what they were and what they cost. They also worked really hard to get my service done as soon as possible.

The person who greeted me and processed my service request, James, was probably the most professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and considerate person with whom I have had the pleasure of interacting at this store. My previous two visits ended up in disasters and the only reason that I came this time was because we had a dangerous flat tire that needed to be mitigated immediately. I am glad that I did come back. I am grateful for James and his professionalism.

DO NOT GO HERE OR TO ANY FIRESTONE TO GET YOUR CAR FIXED. They are a SCAM. They charge you thousands of dollars for parts they get FROM A JUNKYARD. My car has been broke down from the same problem I had firestone fix for over $3k. I had to buy and replace the parts myself and the parts that this company provided were marked how parts from junkyards will be marked, they are USED PARTS. And DO NOT APPLY OR USE FIRESTONE CREDIT CARD, You will be paying it off for a couple months then they will hit you with a 22% interest rate. PLEASE STAY AWAY. If you need your car fixed I promise you can get it fixed for way cheaper and way better quality elsewhere. Or just buy the parts yourself and have a mechanic fix it for you . Save your money.

This was the last time we will use this Firestone store. In previous visits the employees have lost or failed to return the lug nut key. I removed all the lug locks from my wife's BMW. When we picked up the car Tuesday missing was the valve stem cap. What sealed the deal, I opened in the center arm rest and found a lug nut key. not mine? My one positive comment, they changed the right tire. SMH

Did a great job on a headlight restoration for a 2012 Prius. However, gave me a list of potential repairs for $1000. Some of the items were not required according to the maintenance schedule. Beware and get a second opinion.

I just left this establishment very unhappy and disappointed. I got an alignment done here, only to find out afterwards that I needed a left control arm , which the alignment should not have not got done without the control arm being fixed . Then I was told I needed a warranty not knowing all the info included. Coming to find out my warranty only lasts a year which is the one I was given , and there is a lifetime one as well , which I didn't not know . I would have got the lifetime especially since I have to pay double for a service that is still ot done on my car . I talked dto the Manger he was very dismissive and talked d to me like I was dumb and very dismissive he did not help and didn't want to . He has no interest on even trying to find out what the problem was . I asked for corporates number he told me to go outside . If your a woman do not go yo this place by yourself the will only take advantage of you

I called to advise about my undercarriage cover falling off due to flooding. I had a 9am appointment and was finished at 9:45am. The front manager was very courtesy and even assisted me when my Audi was acting up. Thank you for the great service.

I brought my car here for a standard alignment after I installed a lift kit on my Toyota Prius. After I got my car back, I noticed immediately that my steering wheel was extremely crooked. I brought my car back and told the guy behind the counter what was up. He told me that they d fix it, then he disappeared for a few minutes and after returning tried to sell me some camber bolts (my car only has adjustable toe and my camber was off). He said that after lifting a car it can throw off the alignment, which is true. And my right front camber was ever so slightly off (negatively). I told him that the lift I installed might have changed the camber in the positive direction (not negative) and that if they had just test driven the car, they would have seen how crooked the steering wheel was. He insisted that I needed to install the camber bolts to correct the issue. Even after I stated that I had been the one to install the lift, the associate said that I could buy the camber bolts and have whoever really installed the lift kit to install the camber bolts . At this point, I m not sure if it s because I m young, female, and/or driving a Prius, it was clear that this associate assumed I knew nothing about my car. So, I took my records and car to another mechanic (friend of the family), who confirmed that my steering wheel was, in fact. crooked and I should go back and get it fixed.I returned the next day, spoke with the manager, and explained the same thing I said to the store associate before. The manager had slightly more tack when speaking down to me about how he doubted the steering wheel was actually crooked and I just needed to buy the camber bolts. The manager eventually relented and took my keys saying that they d tried to get around to it this afternoon. Very clear he thought I was just making an issue out of nothing.I got a call later from the manager saying that the steering wheel had, in fact, been crooked and apologized. Great. I picked up my car and once again noticed the steering wheel was crooked. Only slightly this time. Livable. Not crooked enough for me to ever want to return to this mechanics shop.I recommend, if you re trying to have a simple alignment done, that you choose a different mechanics shop.Edit: The Fulton Firestone fixed the issue with no fuss. Go there if you don't mind driving further.Service: Wheel alignment

I've been here twice for tires and alignments, and my experience here has been nothing but great!Nick, the tire sales manager, is amazing to deal with! He is personable, pleasant, professional, and a tremendous asset to the company.Their prices are competitive, though they may not always the cheapest guys in town, but I have found that you absolutely get what you pay for. If you want to pay some guy working out of his backyard garage to work on your vehicle, then don't expect the professionalism and resources you'll find here at Columbia Firestone. Personally, if I don't have my vehicle then I'm out of business, and Serge and crew respect that and bend over backwards to keep me running right and on the road safely!!!Kudos!

I just asked for an oil change and tire rotation and for them to look at the wheel and suspension. Over $100 for that. Then recommended me $1500 in replacements for a car that runs and drives just fine. I m not an expert but I find that hard to believe.

I would highly recommend. I came here because one of my tires blew up while I was driving. It was Saturday night/ Sunday morning. I asked my road side assistance to drop it off there since it is close to where I live. The staff in this place contacted me on a Sunday and tried to fix the problem. I needed my tire to be replaced through my warranty. Nick took the responsibility to speak with my warranty and explained everything to them and to me. He did a great job. The next day I came for another tire and the shop was very busy. Nick stepped up again and did everything smoothly and in a very timely fashion.

Came in for a complete inspection and they gave me a recommendation for 2500$ worth of work. I asked them to just do all the filters, pipes, and oil change. I called back to see how long itd take and they said its only take 20 mins to finish and that it was probably already done. I came back in an hour after that same call to find that they hadn't even started! They told me i could pick the car up after hours and to just pay online, but a few hours before close they told me i couldn't pay online and to give them my card information over the phone! I refused so they wouldn't even let me get my car til the next day....

I went to this Firestone in Columbia a few days ago and had a front end alignment done. Battery change oil change and they checked my brakes and of course they gave me a listing of what needed to be repaired at this time. My big deal and issue with them is my front end alignment. I took it back the next day because my car which was not doing this prior to the alignment is swaying to the left uncontrollably and without notice. I'm very dissatisfied with this because when I did took it back the manager who was also very nice and very good with customer service. Tried to convince me that it was the different materials that they're using on the roads and that's why my car is doing what it's doing. It has nothing to do with the alignment that the alignment was done correctly. As much confidence as I've always had in this particular location this time, I'm really not happy with my service and very upset with the fact that it seemed to be a issue where they think that I'm a pushover about what's going on with my own car. The car was not doing this prior to the alignment and they did not seem to care what I felt and did not drive it to see what I meant. Excuses were given instead. So I am not a satisfied customer.Services: Wheel alignment, Battery, Oil change

I ve been going here for more challenging maintenance since I moved almost 2 years ago. This Firestone is the most trustworthy and competent mechanic shop I ve ever taken my vehicle to. It has the customer service of a family-owned business. All of the staff are friendly and seem knowledgeable, but Nick, in particular, is very informative and great with communication and answering questions.

FF/Paramedic on way to work, got a flat, got into firestone. Asked for help to get tire patched to make it to work for 36 hours. Was told they could not look at it. They were just too busy(not one person there was doing any maintenance). One hour prior to closing. Made it barely to the next exit and found extremely kind and helpful folks who took 15 min and got on the road to work! SHAME ON YOU FIRESTONE.

Excellent Customer Service and Management. They always help me and keep my car in tip too shape for Uber and Lyft. 2021 Acura RDX with 116k miles going Firestone Strong!!!! The tire manager is great. She always so personable and keeps me informed. The whole staff is good!!!

They continue to provide me with honest feedback and recommendations when I am experiencing any issues outside of the standard oil change. First thing Sunday morning 1.29.23 I went to get in my car after I paid for services rendered and encountered a man in my car sleeping. I went back in the store and the Firestone associate called the police. Turns out the guy was cold and needed a place to sleep. Firestone had custody of my vehicle overnight and left the door unlocked. This is inacceptable. There was no damage done and nothing taken out of my vehicle however I will not be using this location ever again. Beware!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I bought a full set of tires specifically with whitewall lettering, because I like that look. The old tires clearly had that whitewall lettering on the outside. Despite this, the new tires were installed with the lettering facing the inside of the vehicle. I asked if they could reinstall them the way I wanted, and was told that I would have to pay installation fees again, because I didn't specifically tell them that I wanted it that way, and they didn't ask me. I feel like this is a type of scam.

Our family has been using Firestone for many many years at the Little Patient Parkway location in Columbia, MD. We have had many vehicles serviced and have had just about every service done from replacing batteries and rotating tires to installing new brakes. The Technicians are always courteous and professional. Most importantly they are HONEST. Firestone in Columbia is great. They seem to maintain a high volume of customers. They manage the load well. They are efficient and timely. They will schedule you in within about two days and then get the job done quickly. They don't complain about being busy and they don't appear to be overwhelmed. There is a sense of calm and confidence in the air.Their diagnoses are accurate. They will call you to inform you of the results and advise you of any potential problems they may find. Firestone Columbia will effectively complete the repair and immediately call you for approval if they need to deviate from the plan - ie, they have to use a different part or something else needs to be done in addition to the repair.My only gripes are: The parking lot fills up quickly. The earlier you get there the better. They don't cook breakfast for waiting customers. That is probably for the better. I wouldn't want them to use that oil for my meals anyway.My experience is that Columbia Firestone is honest and competent. The crew is pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I used Firestone's online form to schedule an appointment, selecting a time that showed as available. My appointment was canceled however the time continued to show as available so I tried to schedule it again. It was again canceled. I tried selecting a different time, twice, each time was canceled. What is the point of having a convenient portal to schedule appointments through if they aren't actually available?I tried to complain to their customer service department and they would not even accept the complaint without me providing personal information not germane to the complaint. It's clear that Firestone just doesn't care if you use them or not.

Blew a tire the day before. Got me in quickly on a Sunday and got it done quickly. Price wasn t bad. Darrin was really friendly. Good customer service. Hopefully won t blow any more tires, but will be back if I do.

Went in to have oil change, brake check ( grinding) and lot of vibration at high speeds. They come back that i need 3 new tires, front and rear disc brakes and alignment- 1500$ plus. I agree. They finish . I drive off. Still shaking at 50 mph plus and feel brush or some sort of friction when pressing brake pedal. I take it back . They say they will put lead mechanic on it and that the friction i feel is new brakes breaking the seal. Ok whatever that means. They then tell me 2 mechanics test drove and feel no vibration on highway. One week later the vibration is as bad or worse than ever. They may have been nice enough ( thus the 2 stars), but also may be incompetent.And this is on top of setting up an appt. for an oil change and wait at Rolling Rd store. Showed up on time and man tells me they dont have time to do it while I wait, Go down the street to another Firestone .
