Frank was great! He was very knowledgeable and informative with what I wanted and helped me choose the right level of tint. Super happy with the results! I'm one of their first to use their new online scheduling and it was super easy to book an appointment.

I had an exceptional experience. When I called, they were able to accommodate my request for same-day service, which I truly appreciated. What stood out to me was the owner's dedication to ensuring I made an informed choice. He took the time to patiently explain the difference between regular window tint and ceramic tint, a level of customer service that went above and beyond my expectations. It only took an extra 10 minutes out of my day, which further made me appreciate the level of detail and attention.I ultimately decided to go with the ceramic tint, and I'm thrilled with the results. The window tint looks absolutely fantastic on my vehicle, and I'm convinced that choosing ceramic was the right decision. The quality of their work truly shines through (not the windows because of the level of tint I got).Moreover, I must commend them for their commitment to maintaining a clean and inviting waiting area. It was impeccably tidy and had a pleasant fragrance, demonstrating their attention to detail and professionalism. I have a deep respect for businesses that prioritize the appearance and ambiance of their spaces.Overall, I can't recommend this place highly enough, not only for their window tinting services but for any other services they provide. I was helped by frank. He was friendly and did a great job of explaining the different tints. I set up my appointment on Tuesday and they called, as well as sent a text reminder! He estimated it would take roughly 2 1/2 hours, however he finished in under 2!!! And the work is phenomenal. Was lucky enough to get a same day appointment. They took great care of my TLX, no issues whatsoever. The tint was installed and looks perfect! I would recommend to anyone looking to get their vehicle tinted and who wants a great job done.

The representative took care of me on the same day when other shops wait time was a minimum of a week. Got 18% all around on my GLA45, service was on point, Prices are fair, staff is very friendly. I highly recommend you all to go here .

I called to leave a message to have appointment made. I wasn t expecting a text while leaving a message. During our texting back and forth. I was able to get in next day at 10 am. Done a great job!! I was out of there in about 1 hour! Very friendly. I will definitely go back again!! Great person very knowledgeable! Frank was the one who took care of my truck!!

Called and asked if they could get me to tint my two front windows and he got me in 30 mins of calling. Was done in a hour and did an amazing job. Will be taking all my cars here from now on!!

I had a great experience at Columbia Window Tint-Tinting Shop. I brought my vehicle in and Frank was able to help me select what was needed for my application. He was knowledgable, friendly and professional. I was lucky that he was able to fit me in and I only had to wait an hour for the install. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. This is an easy 5 stars. I'll be bringing my other vehicle in for a tint soon. Thanks Frank!

Terrible customer service. I got my windows tinted and it had two immediate scratches/folds. This company says to you that there is no such thing as a perfect tint job. I took my vehicle back on a weekend day to show them the cosmetic concerns I had and I was told that it was absolutely unacceptable. I made an appointment to have it replaced, as stated to me. When I returned to pick it up, it had clearly not been replaced or even fixed to what I feel is acceptable. They did offer for me to make another appointment to get it replaced. I asked what reimbursement I would receive for the fact that I had to do a return trip. I was made aware that they do not do any reimbursement but they would gladly make an appointment to get it done. I then said, that is why I had it there at that very moment and the work was not done as promised. I made an appointment and as I drove off, I decided to stick with what I had since quite honestly they question their own ability to do a perfect tint job. I looked at the vehicle of the gentleman helping me, the professional tinter, and his vehicle tint job was horrible. I definitely should have looked at the vehicles tint jobs that were on site, then I would have immediately turned around and went to a true professional.

I recently purchased a new car and was browsing reviews online for tint shops. I ran across reviews for the Lil Tint Shop and was amazed by the amount of five star reviews. I called a few tints shops that day and was very pleased when I spoke with Tom at the Lil Tint Shop. He was extremely professional, friendly, and courteous and was kind enough to extend his work day to tint 2016 Mazda 6 windows the same day I called. When I got to his shop, I was once again welcomed by him and his staff. He explained a few things about tint, the warranty, along with cleaning solutions to keep my tint in tip top shape, etc. In all my 25+ years of getting my windows tinting on various cars, the Lil Tint Shop provided the BEST customer service before, during and after the tint was installed. Tom advised me not to roll my windows down for four days. On the fourth day, I got a voicemail from Tom. He called to follow up and to ensure that the tint was okay. I was totally amazed. Lil Tint Shop provides Platinum Customer Service and treats there customers with the utmost respect and courtesy. I highly recommend the Lil Tint Shop and it s my window tint company of choice.Tom and Staff:Thanks so much for making my window tinting experience an AWESOME one. I drove up after work one day just to ask about pricing and scheduling and ended up getting it done there and then. Great folks. Really awesome experience. Great pricing. He even found one or two things messed up in the doors of my car and took it apart and fixed it! I can't say enough for my experience. A little off the beaten path, but it's a small personable shop and that's how it should be. I won't go anywhere else for tinting after this experience.
