I chose Atomic Auto Salon for my detailing job after reading their reviews, and I m glad I did! The owner s attentiveness to monitoring customer feedback made me feel like my car would be in good hands, which it was.I got the Express complete package, and my car came out after about 3.5 hours practically looking brand new. I think it helps that I tend to keep my car pretty clean on my own, but it confirmed my own suspicions that many of the negative reviews left by customers who were unsatisfied with their results likely had cars in a state that would have required a more extensive cleaning to get their desired result which I m sure they were told, as the team were all very forthright with what expectations are realistic for each detailing package. My car was in average condition (some crumbs in the cracks of the seats, leaves and other dirt on the floor mats and carpets, a few more crumbs and dust in the center console and cupholders) and for the amount of time and money the detailing took, I was amazed at the results. The car looks newer than it did when I got it! And the best part was seeing that my tiny plastic spoiler (the funniest $6 I ve ever spent) was just as shiny and rejuvenated as the rest of my car.The team was very friendly and I don t think you will get a detailing job this thorough for this amount of money anywhere else. I can t recommend them highly enough. Pictures of the results are included.

Just had my BMW headlight polished and coated at Atomic Auto Salon and result is awesome. The headlight looks new again. It was a good first experience there. Will definitely return for other detailing service needs.

I window tinted my two cars and they did a great job on it. I had no issues with the tint and they use the best products. Also , Ana at the front desk and David were great in getting my my tinted done fast and great customer service.

These guys are the best! I take my vehicle to them once a year and the work that they do is so meticulous and of such great quality that it stays on for the whole year. My car comes out looking like new every time they work on it. Matt is super approachable and always goes the extra mile to accommodate any specific requests. Highly recommend them! Keep up the great work!

These guys do great work and pay attention to what you want done to vehicle! I had few marks from going to certain drive in car washes, and they were able to make my truck flawless! Price was heavy for detail, but money was well worth spending. 5 stars from me !!!

Hello and good day to all. I have no complaints about the business. To the most important part of a business is introduction and the front end. If there is no connection at the front end then the rest is ALL down hill. Will be returning in 3 months for the ceramic coating. And I would recommend the company to others. Update 02SEP23: I like to do ongoing reviews as businesses sometimes change for better or worse over time. I'll admit there was a little misunderstanding, but the owner, Dave, reached out to me and cleared it up. As a result, I have a beautifully detailed car inside and out and I will definitely be returning. Their new shop is really nice and has a nice waiting area, but there's also picnic tables out front which was my pick since it was nice out. My car took a few hours to complete,so don't really expect there to be much in the way of places to hang out that you can walk to. When the car was done, they took me back in the shop and pointed out what all they had done and I could provide feedback. All around a great experience.*******************************************They did a fantastic job! It had a bunch of dirt and grime that had collected on it from its journey back from Germany, but all cleaned up and looking good now. Only did an exterior wash and wax. It took about an hour to finish and they did a walk around to make sure I was happy with everything. Will certainly be back again.

Everyone was super friendly and did an excellent job like usual! I took my car in for the annual inspection of the full body PPF. My car was spotless and they addressed the couple of tiny issues I noticed with my PPF. I m extremely happy with the job that they did and I love that they clean the door jams! I highly recommend this establishment to everyone! Great prices too!

UPDATE #2: I wish Dave was also the person performing all of the services. I would probably give a higher rating overall. For the money ($$$$) I have spent over the years, on 4 different cars, (I believe?) I think that some of the things that I have dealt with were preventable. I also think that more concern was given to my satisfaction because I actually write reviews Will I go back? Maybe. For what I received, I guess a good enough job was done where it s not worth the fight. But I m sure that there are less pricier options. My review will sound really meh, because that s how I feel about my experience, hence the three stars. Definitely not the worst, but also I m sure I could get a better experience somewhere else. And I don t like when someone makes me feel like their contracted tech can do no wrong, and Dave did make me feel like that at one point during our discussions. But try them out for yourself UPDATE: spoke with Dave about my recent experience. He was super patient and considerate. Promised to take care of any issues I m having. Will update again once service is completed I had tint on 5 windows and one, the front passenger side, looks crazy with air bubbles lining the bottom I don t know. I ve spent thousands on ceramic coating for my cars and wasted hours driving to get multiple tint installs.

I can't say enough good things about Ceramic Pro and Atomic Auto Salon! The entire staff are amazing, and they know their stuff. They care about their customers and the work they do is absolutely top notch. Dave, the owner, is great to work with. They offer a military discount on some products which makes keeping your new ride looking awesome even easier for active-duty service members and veterans. Cost in this particular field is subjective to some extent, but it is absolutely a case of you get what you pay for. Dave gave me multiple options, and actually suggested a lower cost option to protect my new F-150 Lightning that gives me a better warranty and excellent protection. I had paint protective film installed on the hood, front, and front quarter panels of the truck and Ceramic Pro Ion coating on the rest of the truck (this is known as the Ceramic Pro Ultimate Armor protection package). I had Ceramic Pro's Kavaca IR window tint applied to all windows and my panoramic sunroof. The difference in cabin temperature with the Kavaca tint installed is absolutely amazing and worth every penny; especially when keeping an electric vehicle cool gives you more range.I will be a life-long customer of Atomic Auto Salon and would highly recommend this shop to anyone. A final note, on a previous car that I had protected with PPF and ceramic coating: when I traded my car in at CarMax, they added an additional $4K to the assessed value at trade because the exterior was in perfect condition. I got the entire cost of the coating and work back at trade in!You can trust Ceramic Pro & Atomic Auto Salon for your new ride's protection! They are pros and they will make sure you are 100% happy with their work. And I have never met a team that knows their (and their competitors) products better. THANK YOU!

Feeling ripped off.I recently needed 2 cars detailed because they were parked under sap trees. I took my small convertible to ceramic pro based on a recommendation from someone. The estimated was for $400.00. I was told they wouldn't be able to remove any of the sap from the plastic/rubber parts or the canvas top. Not having any knowledge about it I trusted and committed.I took a chance on my Honda crv that looked even worst than my other car on someone that does mobile detailing.I paid 180.00 for a job that exceeded my expectations. The guy worked for 4 hours on my car. He cleaned all the sap from every part of the SUV and even cleaned the wheels. Not sure if I just got lucky. I understand that this wasn't an easy job but when I compared the 2 services, I really felt ripped off by ceramic pro.I want to add the following information.The owner contacted me after I posted the negative review. He listened to the complaint and asked me to remove it, as it may hurt his business. I do appreciate that he reached out to me and that customer complaints seem to matter.As I'm not an expert in this area, I trusted my instinct on Reviews and recommendations and the cleanness of the shop. I was informed, what can and cannot be done. The work was done as I was told but at such an inflated price which I found out as I took my other car to another detailer. Maybe I was lucky on the second car, but the difference wasn't just the price, it was also the workmanship.I'm not the person that just leaves negative feed back. I also tend to give positive feedback.Maybe a 3 star for the care and concerns, but I still firmly believe that I was overcharged.

The customer service was excellent, and very convenient - I was able to drop off and pick up after hours by paying online, so I didn't have to take time off work. When I saw the results, I was amazed! My 8yo, long-neglected vehicle looked showroom-new. I haul around 3 dogs in this car, and there wasn't one dog hair anywhere inside! Great job, Atomic!

The folks at Atomic are awesome. They always do a spectacular job cleaning up my cars.I have a 2014 Outback with 120k miles on it. It goes to the Shenandoah every weekend and come back with frequently muddy hikers. Every spring, I take it to Atomic for freshening up with their Premium detailing package. I wish I'd taken before pictures. I was especially impressed this time with the job on the engine bay.They're a little pricey, and it'll take all day, but seriously if you want a super clean car, skip the mobile guys and bring it to Atomic.

I brought my car in due to smoke odor left by the previous owner. I had purchased the car from a dealership who claimed to have cleaned the interior but clearly did not.When I dropped my car off for a full interior detail and Ozone treatment, the owner inspected the car to make sure the right package was selected and to make suggestions on what he thought the car needed.The initial estimate was that I would be able to pick my car up Tuesday morning, but I received a call late Monday that stated that they were not satisfied with how the car still smelled and they wanted to continue to try and get more of the smell removed from the car.By the time the car was ready for pickup it was late Wednesday afternoon. I can say with 100% confidence, that they tried everything they possibly could to get the smell out of my car. They steam cleaned the interior, shampooed the carpets twice, did two rounds of 24 hour Ozone treatment, and two Ozone bombs.When I arrived to pickup the car Thursday morning, the interior of the car looked super clean, everything was shiny, and even though I can still smell some smoke odor the car smells vastly better then it did when I dropped it off. Not only that, despite the car being there for more time then anticipated, they stuck to their original quote and did not charge me extra.I am very satisfied with their services and despite my car still having a bit of a smoke odor, I know they did their absolute best to remove it to the best of their abilities. I highly recommend their services. They were in touch with me over text and they called me with any updates. They were also very responsive in issuing a quote and when I called or texted with any questions or updates. Additionally I plan on returning soon for a small touch up paint job in the future.Services: Steam cleaning, Auto detailing

Can't say enough about how well my vehicle looks. The staff here are total professionals and truly artisans in ceramic coating installation. I drove two hours to have Ceramic Pro installed on my vehicle, I definitely made a wise decision.

Wonderful customer service. Very fine work quality. The car's ceramic coating came out 10x better than what we expected. Great team work then there was a problem. Show the love and care they have for their craft. Car came back amazing. They made sure to emphasize the care of it and not push you out the door once you paid. I haven't let anyone detail my car since I got it 7 years ago besides me, and I will be honest and tell you their reputation holds up to their quality work. I dropped my car off today (they are a busy shop give them time to do it, if you want it done right perfection takes time it's not McDonald's you won't get it right away) and when I picked it up I couldn't believe how great it looked. Atomic is my go to now forever as long as they are in business I will be a customer. Highly recommend to anyone in the Columbia/Baltimore/DC area. Thank you Atomic for making my car look new again

Great Service. They did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. They even got out some stains that another person said wouldn't come out. Despite being older, my car looks almost brand new again.I had a followup question for the owner Dave. He called me back promptly and was very helpful.I may be back for the window tinting next summer since they have tints that dramatically lower the interior temperature of the car.A+Job A+Service Good Price

About a month ago I had ceramic coating put on my car and Atomic did a fantastic job. Today, however, Atomic really shined for me. I got sick this morning and vomited in my brand-new Porsche. I was so upset, but I drove straight to Atomic (after a shower and change of clothes) and they took me right in without an appointment. My car looks as good as new, it's like it never happened and I'm very grateful to Atomic. This would have been a terrible weekend, but now everything is just fine.

Took my brand new 2019 Tacoma TRD Sport to Atomic for some paint correction, Ceramic Pro Gold, and to have the windows tinted. I could not be happier. Dave the owner explained the whole process to me which was great bc I was very nervous about turning someone loose on my brand new truck. I was also able to meet the tech that would be working on my truck which also great for me as it assured me that he would take care of me and get the paint looking better than new and NOT scratch it up even more. I also had the windows tinted which look great. They look like the factory did it. Thank you again for the amazing work!

Took my car in for the cquartz coating and I was amazed by the professionalism of the staff members. They worked on my car for the entire day and worked past closing hours just to have it done so i could pick it up. Impressed with the quality of work and I appreciate the tips and techniques that were explained to me for washing my car.

They did outstanding work touching up the paint and installing protective film on the front end of my car. I was worried that the paint touch up would be more noticeable with the protective film. They did such a great job correcting the paint and installing the film that I can t even notice it unless I m VERY closely looking at the car. They have the best prices and use high quality PPF. They do not rush the job and they take the time and effort needed to achieve perfection. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone who is seeking to get PPF or ceramic coating on their car.Service: Paint repair

Used them last year for ceramic coating my Shelby. Very pleased with the quality of the work and the performance of the coating. They provide excellent service. Have a knowledgeable staff. Today was a full wash.
