I took my Tahoe in for repairs. The GM dealership tried to charge an outrageous price. I took my truck here at the BP gas station and Mr. Jimmy and his wonderful staff did an excellent job repairing my 2015 Tahoe. The repair cost was way less and the service was excellent! I am so pleased that I found this place and looking forward to being a lifetime customer! Great job keep up the good work.

In relation to the vehicle service center; Tasha is very polite and listens to all the details of a repair request. Mechanics are actually looking after your car and informing when maintenance is required unlike other places locally that I have been to. They do work on Saturday so I don't have to miss work. Thank you, and you will continue to receive my business

Excellent customer service ! They have so many options for beverages and snacks. The mechanic shop is one of the best in Columbia. Their prices are reasonable and the mechanics have over 10 years in experience. They know what they re doing. All my cars will be going here.

Just stopped here because my car was almost out of gas and I needed a couple gallons. Price was super high so I only added 1 gallon to my car. When I turned off my car it said I could go 7 miles until empty when I turned it back on it said I could go 3 miles till empty. Talked to the attendant who had no clue what he was doing. He called the manager and told me that the pump was full and my car must be glitching. It s a brand new car. He then told me to stop back and try it again later. Ridiculous! Never stop at this gas station.

I don't normally write reviews. Was looking for an independent shop to make a minor repair on my car. Generally, I do my own repairs but this one required a lift. On the recommendation of my wife's co-worker, I took the car to Harper's Farm BP. While I fully expected to come away with only an appointment (they were very busy), they worked me in almost immediately. I explained what I wanted done. They gave me a very reasonable estimate to which I agreed. I let the Service Manager know that if the work took longer than anticipated, I had no problem covering the additional time. He replied with a modest "not-to-exceed" price. The work was professionally completed to my total satisfaction and well within the estimated time / price. I was in-and-out in less than an hour. There were no hidden charges or fees and no attempt to sell me additional services. My thanks to the Service Manager and the mechanics for a most pleasant experience that exceeded my expectations..

I brought my car here and had such a lovely experience. They checked it thoroughly and made sure to get everything I needed! The customer service was amazing and my car runs great now. Will definitely be going back.

I Definitely Recommend this place !! Brought my Nissan in and had excellent customer service, the prices are great. The mechanic shop has over 30 years of experience, I have absolutely no complaints, very friendly staff, I will definitely be coming here from now on!!

I funded the air machine to increase the tire pressure in a low tire. The machine was malfunctioning and instead of putting in air, it depressurized my tire. I told the manager the machine was not working properly. He stared at me with no response. I asked if he could come outside with me to check it. He said no one else was complaining about it. This was his response to me! Insulting!! Horrible customer service. I will never patronize this horrible place again.

I have 12 and 6 year old cars. I do minor repairs myself, but sampled three repair shops within walking distance for major repairs. I've had the best experiences by far here. I now use this shop exclusively. They're friendly, professional, and competent. I trust this shop to always repair what's broken, nothing more. They even recently tightened my belts with no charge when another shop told me they needed to be replaced. They could have done the replacement unnecessarily, but instead their honesty gained them a loyal customer.

Have taken several vehicles for maintenance and repair over the years. Ever since Fred has taken over things have gone downhill severely. The level of customer service is very poor, I have very low confidence that some of the repair work and oil changes I have paid for have even been done, also they like to play schemes and and scams to get you to pay more for nothing. Do not go here, terrible customer service and you will be disappointed!

Fabulous service and advice. Always trust service recommendations and feel that exactly what needs repair is done and tested. Thirteen year old Toyota Highlander with 237K miles continues to hum along thanks to excellent service at Harpers Choice BP garage.

Had a brake job and tune-up done after getting my car inspected, Price was excellent, Much cheaper then the dealership quoted me for the repairs. Definitely Recommend.

Pumps are filthy. First time i went the pump was broken and stopped after every 1/10 gallon. The second time the pump shot gasoline all down my arm when it leaked

Towed my 11 year old car in due to some issues. The mechanics and owners here were very attentive and quick to pinpoint the problems. Called me back with a quote that was very reasonable (I called around to price the same job) and offered me with several options. While they were completing the repairs, an unexpected problem came up and they called me to inquire about the history. In the end, the job was completed on time and I was charged exactly what I was quoted, even though they replaced a couple extra parts to get rid of the additional problem. The car was running like new when I picked it up. The communication throughout the whole process was very smooth. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends!

So yesterday on April 1 I went to this gas station to get a quick snack, as I am still working. I know I should have checked but I had assumed, that they had done there jobs. But I got back into my work van and opened the package with out looking at it, and immediately realized something was wrong. I looked down at my snack and realized it was covered almost completely in mold. I went back inside After (vomiting 3 times) and dropped the moldy snack on the counter, went over and grabbed the box I had gotten my snack out of, and saw that the sale by date was December 24, 2019 so I would be careful going to this BP.

Extremely high gas prices! If you can, try driving a few minutes more to River Hill. Even though it's a more affluent neighborhood, the Sunoco always has gas for much cheaper. I love to support my local community businesses, but their pump prices pretty much keep me from buying anything here.

I've been going to these mechanics for years. I even moved to a new town but still return to them. What I like best about them is that they do not charge for unnecessary work, they know cars very well, and they are honest.Repeat: these guys are honest.

This store willingly allows customers in without masks. Stopped by to get a bag of ice only to have not one, but two customers stand as close as they could while in line with no masks. I complained to the clerk and his response was to laugh at me. If you or someone you love has a compromised immune system I assure you - it's no laughing matter. It can be deadly! I'll shop somewhere else that cares!

This place duplicate charged my debit card and would not honor their mistake. Not the first time. Final straw. I was a regular, shopped daily - Never Again. Very Greedy Ownership.

The place to fill your tire with air is always broken. I might need to offer to pay to fix it myself. Eliminate this from your place of business if you can t keep it in working order!

Most professional and honest mechanics in all of Columbia. Excellent and very professional vehicle services and prices. Very fast and accurate repairs. Highly recommended.
