Wonderful service. Took me as a walk in on Super Bowl Sunday right before close- I could not be MORE GRATEFUL for their kindness and excellent service! Put a smile on my face after a truly awful weekend. I was so worried about price as well, but they had tires in my range at great quality! Thank you!!

I called and the guy said they were fully booked. I then said could I come in tomorrow. Then he asked what did I need. When I said tires, he said I suggest you order them online then make an appointment. It s like he couldn t be bothered. I expect some assistance in seeing what s in stock and choosing the right tires for my car. Obviously he couldn t be bothered and neither can I. Going to NTB for tires

New tires at a great price and tire rotations for the life of the tires, what a great deal!I haven't had a bad experience personally when scheduling appointments, I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews.

Went to the store and the dude was so rude gave so much attitude. I also brought my own tires and they said they don t put on tires unless we buy it from them. Which I get. What surprised me is when the dude said he would do it if I gave him cash and he asked for 100 just to change 2 tires. Which it s supposed to be 20 a tire. I never thought a big company would hire a sketchy person.

Attn Management:You guys really really need to train your staff on basic customer service protocols.The only thing that still saves the brick and mortar store is the human touch. Most (not all) younger staff members don't understand what customer service means or have proper sales personnel manners.You will continue to loose on margins and customer base to online retailers and other discount stores.We are long time BJ members and service has always been an issue at this tire center. It is really a sign of weak leadership at the store, regional, and corporate level.If you want the business to survive in this high inflation and tight employment environment.Train and investment in your people.

Terrible customer service. I have now made an appointment 3 times and every time they lie (even management) and tell me that my name is in the system and it is not. To make matters worse, this is the second time I ve needed a tire rotation and have had to reschedule it for weeks later.The employees at this location need training ASAP!! If possible, pick another location to take your car to for service.

I got my tires around Thanksgiving and I'm getting another set for another car. Judging by these reviews, I would say they improved their service. Every time I called they picked up, when I went to get them installed they worked fast as well and I checked the DOT # to make sure the tires were old. Really happy with the deal that was ongoing and the service I got.

I ordered tires and paid for them to get. They were Supposed to call me back in a few days to tell me when my tires were in. A few days passed and I never got a call. I then went into the location to a check on my order status and they could not find my paperwork. I was told to call back on Friday so I did and they still couldn't find my paperwork. They told me to bring in my Copy of the paperwork I had .I showed my paperwork and try to get my tires put on because they had 2 tire in stock. I was then told they didn't have any availability so again I had to spend more time to come into location again for their mistake. I talked to the manager and she did nothing for me But apologize in say the guys were new. This was a great example of poor Customer service.

I bought tires here a couple of months ago. One keeps going flat and I called to see if I can come in for the tire repair they offer. The guy says they don't have a tire person. What? Isn't this a tire center?? He said he could schedule me for 10 days out! What a joke. The only reason I giving two stars is because the tires I bought do work.

I've been standing in front of the counter to help ordering new tires, but no one is there at all. The phone rung hundred and hundreds of time, and no one seem to care at all. I drove 18 minutes just to order my new tires, and this is like a very bad welcoming for a customer. If I could go lower than 1 star I would

Long story short...I had very poor customer service from the tire center. Very poor customer experience. Very disengaged. Very dismissive people here. I escalated to management and they had the same attitude. Attitude reflects leadership

Service provider refused to see me when I showed up 8 minutes after my scheduled appt time. Then told me that I could get seen two hours later. When the next customer arrived he gave her the fifth degree, and it seemed as if he just doesn't want to do any work.

The individual was very quick and friendly. I had a stem valve issue and he quickly identified and fixed the problem.

they would never pick up the phone call when you call to take an appointment. I always had to call at least 3-4 times before I get chance to talk to anyone.
