Long story short: Bought a truck recently after owning a car for many years. Don't know how to drive it well yet. Hit a support beam leaving my apt complex's parking garage. After reciting every curse word in the book, called ACI and got a same day quote. Dropped the truck off a couple days later and picked it back up within two days. Timeline: Thursday - Crash, Monday - Drop off at ACI, Wednesday - Ready for pickup.ACI did a phenomenal job, the price was right, and they returned in freshly washed. Highly recommend!

I'm very grateful for Herzel and his crew and his sons. They did a super job. This is a family owned business. I knew H many years ago, and found he is still the same honest expertly guy as two decades ago. Damage to my German car from a deer strike did way more damage than met the eye including a bent frame. These guys went at it for as long as it took to make it 100% and they dealt incredibly well with my Geico insurance. I was less than enthused with Geico but they made the best of it and saved my car and save me a LOT of out-of-pocket expense. No one could ever tell it had work. Very happy to have it back!

I've brought many cars here for repar and always satisfied. Lately, they have been helping with my classic car. Great advice and they take good car of me as well as the car. I would recommend anyone to bring their car here.

ACI is great. We've used them twice over the past couple of years (fender dents and a knocked-off mirror). In both cases the quality of the work was absolutely flawless! The staff is very knowledgeable and most helpful. When insurance was involved, we didn't have to do (or pay) a thing - ACI handled everything for us. Very highly recommended! Looking for a great body shop with honest ownership? Look no further!!! Hertzel and his entire staff are very professional and do amazing work. I brought in my M3 with some substantial damage to the rear quarter, I never thought the car would be the same again. Long story shot Hertzel and his crew were able to get my car fixed (looking new again) and were giving me daily updates along the way! Best price and best work in the area. I wont go to any other shop from now on!Thanks Again Hertzel & ACI Staff!!!!

I was across the street and called to see if they could fit me in for an oil change. Low and behold they could. I found them by looking at google reviews. They were very affordable, kind, and got the work done in a timely manner.

After an accident that caused strong damage to the front part of my van, and made it not drivable, I towed it to ACI Auto Body Shop. The owner and staff took care of all my questions, concerns and needs, as it was my first time in this kind of situation. I got prompt and professional attention and care, and my 2016 van looks new! I left another place that couldn't take time to speak to me. Walked in here and was greeted. The owner gave me an estimate. Lower than one I had gotten one year ago! Scheduled an appointment for the following week. Done on time. Great work. Car looks like new! Hit a deer on one side. Scrapes on other from hitting my garage . Friendly service, on time, great price! Highly recommend

They did a good job with the auto repair, but not sure why it took 2 weeks for minor damage. I received only one update on the status of my car letting me know it should be done by the end of the week or possibly by Tuesday. They finally call me an hour before they close to let me know my car was ready? I then had to rush in rush hour traffic to get it just to realize I had to call someone to take me to the rental place to drop the car off. Then had to go back and get my car. When I told the man at Aci he was not even apologetic. Just was very matter of fact about the whole thing. It was 6 which is when they close. I couldn't even look at the car to see what they did. Moral of the story is it's not in good form to call someone an hour before you close. Especially knowing that the insurance company is only covering till the end of the day. I'm sure it was no surprise that the vehicle would be done that day.

Stay away. The quality of paint and body repair is terrible. I have been there 6 times and they cannot get the car fixed right. The car has been back and forth since July 27, 2012. Headlight they replaced did not work. Painted the car the wrong color three times. Body panels and front grill were not aligned. The only good thing is they provided me with a loaner car while they try to fix the car correctly. Not worth the frustration and all the trips back and forth. Went there because of military discount and favorable google reviews, but after this experience I believe he writes his own good reviews.

Asked for an inexpensive fix and they gave it to me.I have an old corolla that had the front end smashed in. This is a car for my teenage driver, and I wanted a fix that would be safe and cheap. They worked with me to get the price down, and the car came out just how I wanted. It looks good enough, and didn't break the bank ($1,800 for a new hood, straightened frame, new bracket, new lights). Also the fix was fast, brought it in on Tuesday, and drove it back home Thursday.While I was in there I asked about an error code with my Rabbit where the MAP/MAF sensors don't agree. He game me good advice on how to fix it myself (clean our the sensors, and check the air filter). I did it myself, and cleared the codes, and so far so good. Anyway, it's nice to have a mechanic who gives advice freely, and does good work. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks.

Best auto body shop in Columbia. I've used ACI multiple times and have come away more impressed each time. Herzel is the owner, and he's knowledgeable and professional. Over the weekend my power window stopped working. Called first thing Monday morning to see if/when they could get me in and drove home later that afternoon after his guys replaced the window motor for less money than anticipated. Can't say enough good things about ACI. Feels like I have a friend in the business.

Herzel and his team been working on my car for several years now. He is extremely honest and knowledgeable. They provide excellent service and timely repairs. I feel confident knowing my car is in good hands with ACI.

My first experience came from my wife who took my son's older car there several years ago. The manager (owner?) treated her well and provided excellent advice that wasn't going to make him money but help us. We never forgot and went back a few month's ago and had him do some work on my son's car. He offered a reasonable option for an older vehicle and then did a great job with it. Then, my wife had a board bounce off a truck and hit her relatively new MDX. I took it over just to see what he thought we should do. He asked me to hold while he worked some magic and the car looks almost new. 5 minutes. He said, if you're ok with this, do nothing more. Wouldn't take anything from me.I have to tell you, dealing with folks like this has become rare. I do appreciate it and he'll have all of my business just for doing things right. Great job and thanks!!!

Had my car fixed there many times. The last time (a week ago) I really thought my car is not going to make it but the owner was unbelievably nice and understanding and he got my car fixed in a very reasonable price. Very professional very reliable and trustworthy and I know that when I go there my car is in good hands.

They are great Mechanics to work with! I took my Corvette to ACI to get new headlights installed, now I will take it back to do some more work to it, they have fair rates and good customer service.

I am so pleased with ACI! I have gone there twice already and both experiences were just amazing. I had my trunk lock replaced and they really worked with me when a freak accident broke my sunroof glass. Highly recommend.

Very professional shop, I run a mechanical shop around the corner and we don't do body work. Anytime one of my customers ask me for suggestion's as to who they should take there car to for Body work THIS IS THE GUY. His attention to detail is much like mine, state of the art equipment, really opened my eyes as to how body work should really be done. Give them a chance, I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Tell him the guy from NTB sent you!

I don t understand why is it that after reading all the reviews praising this shop I take my vehicle for a paint job and it looks like someone just used a spray can that doesn t even match. I called to speak with the owner and I was told he wasn t in so I insisted as I m in a car rental which is being paid for based on the car being done. I asked the receptionist to please make sure he called me ASAP, she replied he was probably not coming back. At this point I m frustrated because she is with an attitude so I requested a call back today for which she said she could not do that, I said I need the owner to call me and I m sure she could call him or text him for which she said she couldn t do that. I was there when I dropped the vehicle of and they communicate when not in the office through their cell phones. I just need my car back looking the way it should be. Why is it so hard to get quality work and customer service???

Highly Recommend! Its been 5 months since my son's nissan sentra was repaired. Extensive front end damage. Car drives great! Color match was perfect. A little hard to find, but well worth it. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I recently used aci auto body for a accident repair and was impressed. They did a thorough job and ordered all oem parts. They lined up my gaps according to factory spec and performed the repair in a timely manner.

Horrible experience. They promised us our car would be fixed in a day. It s been a week and it s still not complete. The customer service is horrible, the owner cannot give us a reason why it s not finished and whenever we ve inquired about the status their response is we are still working on it . We have 3 children and this has made it very difficult for my husband and I. I will never return to this place and don t recommend it to anyone.Service: Body & Trim

They painted my truck and within a few months the paint started pealing off, they got paint on my mirror, got dirt all over the headliner and I had to return it to them to replace the winshield due to scratches from a sander and the employees there are very disrespectful to their neighbors and neighborhood. I'll never do business there again.

I went to get an estimate on my car and the representative didn't tried to sell me anything. He suggested other alternative options that is cheaper and better. Most down to earth employees I have ever met!

Very nice people. Very professional. Repairs done quickly and without hassle. They do body work and mechanical work. If I need collision or other repairs in the future, I will not consider going anywhere else. They are the best in the area, in my opinion.

Best customer service I ve ever received for car repair. My car was done in less time than their estimate, they gave me a ride to and from Starbucks while I waited, and the inside was thoroughly cleaned as well!

I had my mustang repaired a couple times at ACI, and their paint job is magic. Don t go anywhere else.
