It was the smoothest and most straightforward car buying experience I've ever had. Everyone I interacted with was nothing less than respectful and helpful, but special thanks goes to Kevin who was very clear and thorough while informing me about the details and option my vehicle included, as well as Marshall who was very kind and heavily invested in helping me with any financing issues or mishaps even when my bank made things complicated. Great place couldn't recommend enough

I recently purchased a used car from DarCars Nissan College Park and the experience was seamless. I worked with Raymond Council and Marshall Nickleberry throughout the three-week process which resulted in my purchase. They were patient and explained every step, in detail. Not only was my confidence increased in them throughout the process, but I also know that I have a new car home that will make sure my vehicle is always operating at its highest. Thank you all!

I went to Darcars Nissan CP this past wknd. I went in and Kevin assisted me. From the beginning I told him I dreaded dealerships. He was so helpful and they made sure the process flowed so easily and as quick as they could. They also worked with me and found me a great deal on a loan giving my not so great credit. This was probably the best experience I ve ever had at a dealership. They were even nice enough to return my car rental for me so I could leave in my new car and not worry about the back and forth.

My experience here was fairly miserable from start to finish.Setting the appointment: Whomever was on the phone led me to believe the multi-point inspection would address a concern I had about the car; when I arrive for the appointment, I find out it would be a separate fee.The service: While servicing one part, they managed to break another. They claimed it was in poor condition, and it is quite possible it was, though the parts in question were replaced quite recently relative to their lifespan, and the car was in working order before their interference. Regardless, they did not contact me until after they had already broken not 1, but 2 of this particular part, and then took advantage of my distress to upsell me to replacing not only the broken 2, but all 4 of this part, plus related parts. It's one thing to notice a part is in poor condition and proceed with my approval, another to call me after breaking one, but to call me and say a total of EIGHT parts need to be replaced for me to even get the car off the lot? I would have expected any reasonable mechanic to work with me on price for the 2 that were broken, but instead they took the opportunity to sell more parts, and more labor, at standard price.UPDATE: I showed the parts in question to another mechanic, who said that only one of the coils appeared to be broken in the way described, with at least 2 in perfect working order. Wow.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great customer service! Very efficient and knowledgeable staff. Noel was helpful in explaining the process of my car repairs. Highly recommend turn around time for a car repair was fast and easy.

I took my car for service and they left it badly I had to take it to another workshop to have it repaired because the service that Nissan gave me was rubbish, I do not recommend it at all. I don't really know if they put someone who was learning to work in my car but they left it worse for me

Nissan car service was better service change oil ,check all inspection and my car 2015 nissan altima I need help support my engine v belt for alternator there never check my alternator and belt check my tension because my engine slipper when driver need mechanic do check inside engine thank u for your work please trainer new people for safety work on cars

Costly, I see why people refrain from taking their car to dealership. Three items repaired, two of which were air filters = $600 in labor! shockingly typical and that was with a discount of the labor.

Tengan cuidado con este dealer de servicio yo compr� un carro nuevo y le compr� un paquete de cambio de aceite de por vida y me dijeron que solamente iba a pagar el filtro de aceite hasta aqu� todo bien, el mes pasado antes de ir hacer el cambio de aceite marqu� el filtro de aceite porque alguien me dijo que tuviera cuidado con los cambios de aceite, y resulta que no cambiaron el filtro de aceite y fui a reclamar y me dijeron que si hab�an cambiado el filtro de aceite, claro ellos se tienen que defender.Como un dealer de servicio profesional esperaba una respuesta diferente as� como .....S� TE CAMBIAMOS EL FILTRO DE ACEITE LA �LTIMA VEZ, PERO SI TU QUIERES TE LO CAMBIAMOS NUEVAMENTE EN 30 MINUTOS.As� tendr�a que haber sido la respuesta de ellos pues yo tengo pagado el cambio de aceite de por vida para mi veh�culoY por �ltimo CUIDADO NO LES VALLA PASAR LAS M�AS revisen cada vez que les cambien el aceite
