My sales associate was Destenee she was a pleasure to work with and got me a great deal on my Range Rover sport. She worked hard to find me the exact car that I wanted. She was not pushy or annoying. I would highly recommend her to anyone that s looking for a positive easy car buying experience. The dealership I had a great experience. I will definitely recommend them. I will also buy my future cars from them.

Had to bring my Range Rover in for some warranty repairs and the service manger Tim and the service team were outstanding to deal with. They got us in and out quickly and explained the entire process for the repair. Tim was great and his team did a fantastic job during our appointment. This dealer is not the closest to us but we will be using them for all our Land Rover needs moving forward.

The service advisor provided superior customer service and the environment was welcoming. An assessment of my vehicle s recommended services were sent by text to my phone and followed by a discussion of next steps. I was surprised to be provided with a free car wash. It doesn t get much better!

Always amazing customer service with this dealership but also with their service department! Would highly recommend coming to them for a new car or any car service needs you need. We recently had to replace our windshield and worked with Adrian, he not only took care of this within a few days before the holiday too, but went above and beyond to help us work with our insurance. We love this dealership! We ve been loyal customers since 2020 and will continue to be!!!

After visiting another Land Rover that I left feeling very unhappy with, I decided to travel an hour to another Land Rover dealership in hopes of finding my dream vehicle. And the experience blew me away! From the time I walked in the door, I was treated like a valued customer and this remained the same throughout the entire process. We went in twice to get our Land Rover Discovery repaired. Timothy Burke, the service manager, was there throughout the whole process to help us. Our vehicle was fixed up quickly along with other issues we were not even aware of. Tim was excellent, very knowledgeable, very efficient and made our every visit comfortable, cost effective and smooth sailing. Tim made sure we had a loaner vehicle until our Land Rover was fixed. Tim, Thank you so much for your patience ,professional expertise and excellent service!

I recently visited the dealership for service. My SA George was extremely helpful and wonderful to work with.That being said - the dealership is in dire need of an update or a full revamp. For a 'luxury' brand - the dealership looks tired and it does not convey a good ambience. Some work to be done there.

Exceptional experience with Land Ri er Hunt Valley! I took several months to make the purchase of my vehicle. The sales associate I worked with Pamela Keys was patient, informative and professional. This has to be one of the best experiences I ever had In purchasing a vehicle. There was never any pressure or armpits to move any faster than I was willing to go. Great job.

Had a terrible experience as an out of state customer. While the salesman was very helpful answering my questions and getting back to me in a timely fashion, after submitting the paperwork and offering to put a down payment on the car, the dealership sold the car to someone else who walked into the showroom. When I was notified the car may be sold, I called the manager and was put on hold for 45 minutes. When he finally answered, I asked why I was not given the opportunity to put a down payment on the car before the person in the showroom (who had not made the down payment or put in the application). I was not given any sort of answer except "there's nothing we can do."I was put on I spent a significant amount of time finding the car I wanted, communicating with the salesman, rearranging my schedule to coordinate pick up, and completing the paperwork, only to have my dream car ripped out from under me. The dealer promised to find me a new car, but instead just gave me another dealership's email and then stopped responding to my questions. Buyer be warned.

I have very positive feedback regarding working with the staff of Land Rover Hunt Valley. My salesman Mark did a great job of making me feel comfortable without being pressured into a sale.The most important thing to me was when it came down to seeing the breakdown of the costs of the vehicle. There were no junk fees or extras added on that I did not ask for.I've had a couple situations when a cost sheet is put in front of me, they've added on protections to the leather, or paint, LoJack, etc. and it's already been added to the vehicle, which to me, is a deal breaker for me.I never experienced anything like that with the staff at Land Rover Hunt Valley and I would highly recommend them to a friend or relative.George Rados

I brought my car in a few weeks ago for a diagnostic check (car isn t sensing the key) $500 later NO Answers other then I need to replace the key battery (which I have done 5 times). A day after picking it up the car still isn t sensing the key. They said I could bring it back for another check at no charge. Which I thought was very nice. I called to schedule the second look. Left a msg for the service advisor. No call back. Called again no call back. Left msg for the service advisor and manager STILL NO CALL BACK!

VERY happy with a custom vehicle I ordered. This was due to the assistance of my Sales Associate, David Haines. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. He kept me appraised of everything from the time my order was placed until I drove off the lot in my new ride. I was prepared for the process and able to make informed decisions along the way. I truly had the best experience with my Sales agent, Pamela Keys. She lives up to the standards of what 10/10 service really is. Not one star was given without consideration. Her years in service really show and her appreciated for her customers are unmatched. She feels like family. I have been to several delearships in the past year and I have to say that Willian (Bill) Keyes, is a very involved and deserving manager. You can tell he is there to support his staff and his customers. Thanks for making my experience so much FUN and luxury.

Service Department: Unfortunately, the mechanic was unable to find the problem, therefore, could not solve it. My check engine light comes on and off. The check engine light was not on when I took it for service. I was told it takes 24-48 hours to check for "check engine," thus, two days without my vehicle only to pick up my 2013 Evoque Range Rover with an unresolved problem. I will need to take it back when the light comes on again. However, each time I start the engine the panel tells me service required.

The customer service is awesome. If you have to wait for your car the waiting area is very comfortable. If they are going to be keeping your car for a period of time, they do their best to get you a loaner.

My recent experience at Land Rover Hunt Valley was excellent. My Service Technician, Chris Baker, sent a video walkaround within 3 hours of dropping the car. His recommendations on next steps for my vehicle were on point and the parts needed arrived the morning of the next business day, allowing me to grab my Discovery in time for a busy weekend. I also got an oil change and overall maintenence. My car felt sweet - super fast and very smooth!

I had an amazing experience working with David Haines, he was my sales person, he was very patient to the extreme, he went out his way to make sure we get the vehicle that we wanted. When you go to this dealership wanting to buy a car, ask for David. This places have the best customer service when it comes to buying a vehicle, there is no hidden fees, the sales manager was also a great person to work with. We will definitely come back, I will highly recommend to my friends and family, ones more thank you David, you are the best.

Andrea and Tim at the service department do not tell you the exact details and timeframes things will be done and often passed us around to a shop Forman that was an invisible person you could never speak to. We were told parts were ordered and when we picked the car up , we have a receipt saying tech ever so slightly tightened the bolt so the leak was handled rather then installing the new part ( contact me and I will show you the paperwork)At the end of the week that our car was there, we have a clean car with a tightened part to stop an oil leak. The original issue of radiator fluid smell and potential leak still exist and was clearly looked over. Onward to upper management and finding a new dealership.Facts,Aaron

Communication on first maintenance trip was terrible. 5 weeks with no loaner...but still on the waitlist...that is good. Picked up on Friday, took it back in on Wednesday.....they have now had it another week. Communication better this time. No loaner.

I was shopping around for a Land Rover dealership to start a relationship with regarding my 2020 Range Rover Sport. I wanted to see the dealership, evaluate firsthand the service/support, and talk with sales as well. I'm happy to say I can end my search at this time. Although I was there for a simple, initial service visit to introduce/get my car into the system... Sales (MattB) was extremely patient and accommodating with my questions. Regarding Service/Support, (JustinW) was outstanding, super helpful, offered great feedback, and was detailed when asked for additional clarity, but also efficient and showed a level of professionalism that I appreciated.
