Had a terrible experience as an out of state customer. While the salesman was very helpful answering my questions and getting back to me in a timely fashion, after submitting the paperwork and offering to put a down payment on the car, the dealership sold the car to someone else who walked into the showroom. When I was notified the car may be sold, I called the manager and was put on hold for 45 minutes. When he finally answered, I asked why I was not given the opportunity to put a down payment on the car before the person in the showroom (who had not made the down payment or put in the application). I was not given any sort of answer except "there's nothing we can do."I was put on I spent a significant amount of time finding the car I wanted, communicating with the salesman, rearranging my schedule to coordinate pick up, and completing the paperwork, only to have my dream car ripped out from under me. The dealer promised to find me a new car, but instead just gave me another dealership's email and then stopped responding to my questions. Buyer be warned.

Amazing dealership. Took our Jaguar in for service and left feeling like old friends. Their white glove service was top notch. From pulling into their impeccably clean garage to enjoying snacks and drinks while we wait, we felt well taken care of. Great place!!

I recently purchased a vehicle through this dealership and to say I was pleased is an understatement. Ms. Pamela was just the sweetest person ever. Due to my schedule I had to come in to finalize everything and unfortunately it was a time where she wasn't scheduled to be in. Ms Pamela came in just to se through I got everything I needed. I obtained a loan through my credit union which made things go a little quicker. The finance personnel was appreciative that it was already done ( Tyler ). The GM, bill stopped in to check on us to make sure everything was okay and going well.... update, unless you're going to spend over 70k on a car, you don't really matter to them. Bought a used car that wasn't their typical inventory. Had a few issues and was told to bring it in to be looked at and well the lead mechanic drove with me and kinda gave a guess as to what the issue was. He wanted me to bring it back in again to take a further look. Called back to get an appointment and I'm told they don't do diagnostics on my vehicle when it literally has nothing to do with the computer. Its an issue with the brakes. So it legit will take the knowledge of a mechanic to look further. They also weren't able to tell me what was covered by the warranty which doesn't matter anyway because they won't do anything on my car... so unless you're spending 60k+ don't bother....

The customer service is terrible here. I dropped my car off on December 22,2023 . I did not receive any feed back in regards to my vehicle until December 28,2023. I have brought a part from there a week before I scheduled service here due to me buying a faulty part from Jaguar. I paid a 3rd party to install the part and which they did correctly. But the part was faulty. Jaguar did not compensate me for any labor and didn t even provide me a rental. I literally had to call every other day to get an update. Shoot they did not even give me a deal on the diagnosis fee. The repairs were not completed until January 5th. This is the worst experience ever. I recommend going to the Annapolis location.So after 30 days later after I picked up my vehicle from this facility, my car began running hot again. This is just terrible work. I contacted the dealership to fix the on going issue and these people had to nerve to ask me to take down my review and apologize to staff in order to have my car service here. That s is absolutely insane. I attempted to go to the Annapolis location where I was rejected for service due to a memo this dealership left. I can t believe I was black balled from Jaguar. I literally paid for work to get done on my car this was a waste of money. This has to be the worst experience I ever encountered with in regards to customer satisfaction. I ended having to buy a new truck due to this incident. I will no longer be supporting Jaguar nor do I recommend anyone buying a Jaguar. Bill Keys you need to do your job. I regret to express my dissatisfaction with the dealership experience at this particular location. Unfortunately, my encounter with their customer service has been quite disappointing at every level.My brother brought his F-Pace S for service on December 22, 2023, and the completion of the work extended until January 5, 2024. Throughout the vehicle's stay, communication was notably lacking. Updates were only available upon our proactive inquiries, and most of the time, the staff couldn't provide information on the status of the car. Despite informing the manager Tim of his imminent arrival, my brother found that Tim had left for the day without confirming whether he was still on the way.To compound the inconvenience, the invoice my brother brought in person to expedite the process had been in the parts department's inbox since approximately 1:45 pm that day. Communication from the dealership was solely through text messages, and no empathy was extended despite the new Jaguar part being faulty, causing the vehicle to overheat.Regrettably, no compensation or consideration was offered no loaner vehicle, no discount on the diagnosis, not even a courtesy call. It was only after I contacted a different service representative that the situation improved, as she promptly took the paperwork to Tim.The level of customer service at this location is subpar, falling short of the expectations associated with a luxury car brand like Jaguar. The two-week period with minimal communication and delays in processing essential information is unacceptable. I advise against choosing this location for your car service needs.

Drove two hours and bought a used Tahoe the other day from them car was exactly as they described.truly one of the best car purchasing experiences I ve ever had, the sales team I dealt with did an amazing job , thank you again! hope to do business with you guys again some day !

The customer representative was excellent and thoughtful. I scheduled the service on line but the computer did not transfer the information. Consequently when I arrived the morning of the service (coming from Lynchburg, VA) there was no record of the appointment. This young man was able to fit my car in even though there was only one technician on duty and his book was full. Everybody there that morning was courteous and excellent at their jobs. In my opinion they deserve a five star rating.Thelma Triplin

One of the finest customer service experiences I have had is with this Jaguar Land Rover dealer in Cockeysville. The GM is first rate and his staff is incredible and enthusiastic about their customer interaction and experience. My go to for service.

Had a very difficult time selling a vehicle that was in the name of my corporation. It took them months to get it right and to get my check (still actually haven't received it as of today). Each time we would inquire about it, they needed more paperwork filled out and signed.

I brought my Jaguar in for 100,000 mile service and received PHENOMENAL service. Adrian spent time with me going over different service tiers, was consistently available for my questions after the full scope of service was sent to me and helped me with a loaner vehicle when more repairs were required. The waiting room is lovely, staff is friendly and I am easily able to contact them. I will drive the extra time to go to this dealership because I know Adrian is there to make this is process comfortable.

I brought my car in for it's scheduled service this weekend and I couldn't have been more pleased with the attention, reliability, and thoroughness of my service. The service team, especially Bill, handled my appointment and gave updates as to the details of the service and time for completion. Loaner cars are very scarce these days and I was lucky to have one secured for me for the day! Even the General Manager, Bill, checked on my satisfaction at the end of the day. Buying a car and servicing your car here, feels like "family."Thank you for your continued excellent service!

First time visit 12/10/22 and, waited for my Range Rover Evoque to receive an oil change. The waiting room was pleasant and relaxing. While waiting George was constantly in tuned to my needs and giving me updates of the progress of service, he made me feel assured that I was getting the best service. One of my tires had a screw in it and I was told that the tire was being taken care of.On 12/12/22 a warning light came on saying that tire needed air which lead me to think that either the tire was not serviced or I need a new tire. Nonetheless, I called for the record and will monitor the tire from here forward. However, this does not change my mind about the 5 star service I received.Thank you George for the excellent customer service you give.

I thought of selling my RR and never buy stuff from LR because of the issues and my time consuming towards the repairs and stuff. On top of it a bad treatment at Clarksville location. The team broke my auto running boards, they fixed it though but still. They try to rip you off. We spend lot of money on these cars and this is what we get? But after Hunt valley service visit, I felt happy and gained respect on the RR brand. Hunt valley location is super with a great service. My service manager is Adrian. It was very nice welcoming and I felt like a pleasant environment. Whole team takes care of you with a huge respect. Very professional and experienced staff. Also I have met one of their sales team Mr. David and the way he explains you the things about the cars was great. Also their team tells about the known issues transparently. I hope this hospitality service will continue forever. Great job and god bless you guys.

We recently purchased a used Land Rover and this was our first experience with the service department at Jaguar/Land Rover at Hunt Valley. It was a truly wonderful and easy experience. They were incredibly knowledgeable, walked us through everything in a way that was both respectful and understanding of our limited knowledge. Did not try and charge us for things we did not need. Presented us with a clear plan for what service should look like on the vehicle over the next several years (including a financial breakdown so we can appropriately plan) and answered all of our questions. The lead service member we worked with was Adrian and he was excellent. It felt very comforting to know that we have a tremendous service team to bring our car to, and because of the amazing job Adrian did working with us, we plan on using their service department for the foreseeable future!

My salesperson Kenny was excellent. He went above and beyond. I was a bit frustrated with the back office folks. They did not make the process seamless. But all in all I was able to get a good car for my daughter.

Pamela Keys was our representative she was wonderful. She made the whole process, so very easy and most of this was done over the phone since I don t live close, but I can t say enough good things about Pamela and if you ever go to Jaguar Hunt Valley ask for Pamela.She is a big asset to your company

Stopped by after Cars & Coffee to test drive an F-Type R I saw on their website. David Haines greeted us outside as we pulled in and has been awesome and patient throughout the whole process of purchasing the amazing car.

I want to first start off by saying that I always wanted a Range Rover and was waiting until the right time to buy one. My original plan was to purchase it in December as an early Christmas gift to myself. But something told me differently. On Labor Day I decided on a hunch to go and just cruise around the lot to see what they had and to possible take a test drive. Upon arrival a very nice gentleman by the name of David came out to greet us and from there it was a match made in heaven. He was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. He made the process easy and I did not feel rushed into make a decision. I swear this was divine intervention. My dream car that I had customized on the website was on its way to the dealership spec for spec except for the fog lights that I could live without. David and Mr. Keys were extremely help courteous and kind. I never been to a dealership that was not overly packed with people and the salesperson walking back and forth with the hustle. This experience was totally different and I would recommend anyone who is interested in purchasing a RR visit David and Mr. Keys.

I believe my service staff member name was George. George was professional and efficient, very personable. He made my experience of having my car serviced here at Hunt Valley Jaguar/Land Rover extremely smooth. What I did not understand he was sure to provide clarity. I appreciate being serviced with above and beyond care. Thank you George and the entire service team.

It was wonderful working with Pamela Keys. She was very helpful and spent time with me explaining some of the items in the car. I still don't have them all fully covered but I shall continue to work on them. Pamela told me that I could always call her when needed. Thank you and your company for the experience, great customer service and a beautiful Range Rover!!!

I took my F Pace to this location for an alternator & battery replacement. Cost north of $3000. Their inspection only recommend future tire change .I pick up the vehicle and the same day the engine started smoking from a coolant leak , and ended up stalling on the highway and blowing the engine .They were neglectful , not compassionate and did not take accountability for their shoddy work .Now i have to let the vehicle go to repossession , as I am not paying on a car with a blown engine .Beware of getting service done here .

As usual the service here is impeccable! My service advisor Bill was kind enough to set my appointment but also when there he answered all my questions concerning my truck. I buy cars for service, not just based on the brand. No matter what vehicle you have if servicing it becomes an issue, you will be miserable. This dealer makes my yearly service so easy! This is the best place to buy and service your vehicle and makes owning my Range Rover rewarding.

I ve honestly had the poorest service I ve ever received by the service department.I ve had my car for only a year, they told me I needed a new engine from a turbo leak and said it would cost $51,000 with no other resolution other than giving me $2,000 to buy the car from me if I don t want it. After declining they sent me a invoice via text to pay a diagnostic fee, i did and I called several times and asked them kindly to email me the paid invoice plus the repair estimate that they ve quoted, they kept saying yes and never have. I am currently still reaching out for my repair estimate and proof of payment. I HIGHLY do not recommend this location or dealer. There is truly no desire to help the people, no compassion or professionalism. The service dept manager was very dismissive and unwilling. Knowing my rights I have full intention of taking this situation further.

I'd like to share my experience with Jaguar Land Rover Hunt Valley. High praise for Jaguar Land Rover Hunt Valley! They were really professional and attentive. I'll definitely return in the future.I took my car in for repairs, which took two weeks to complete because the parts took longer than anticipated. It was a pleasure working with Mr. George, who provided me with regular updates regarding my vehicle.Mr. George provided a comprehensive analysis and the time period needed for completion. Nothing out of the ordinary, just always excellent professionalism.The results of the thorough examination of my vehicle and the quiet�comfortable ride leave me elated. I�wholeheartedly recommend Jaguar Land Rover Hunt Valley for their excellent customer service and politeness.

Yesterday I went to the Jaguar-Land Rover of Hunt Valley Dealership to purchase my DREAM CAR. My Sales associate David was the best. His customer service started with his very first phone call to set an appointment to come in for a test drive. He is very attentive and knowledgeable. He s not pushy. He s patient, kind and funny. He did everything to make my time at the dealership pleasant. David had the entire team engaged to make my time at the dealership was not longer than it needed to be. Once the deal was completed, he didn t stop until everything was taken care of before I left. Please if you are in the market for a new car. Call Jaguar/Land Rover of Hunt Valley and ask for David. He s amazing!

At 65 years of age, by far my best experience was with Adrian McKay at Jaguar Land Rover Hunt Valley. Adrian was very attentive and a man of his word. He constantly updated me with tons of information regarding my vehicle as well as service on my vehicle. I really appreciate Adrian very friendly personally and care towards me as a customer and highly recommend him to all, a real asset to Jaguar Land Rover Hunt Valley !!!
