I have been going to BESTE automotive for quite some time, and even after 20 years, it is still the best place in Cockeysville to have anything serviced, replaced or even upgraded to your car. Not only is the service impeccable, they are very friendly and keep in touch constantly regarding any updates or questions about your vehicle. They also have this new text service that sends you updates so that you can be informed as much as possible! I love this place, and it is simply my favorite place to go for anything car or truck related. I even recently had them add aftermarket downpipea and some rear upper control arms to my 2022 Bronco. They were able to do the work quickly and for a very very reasonable cost. Needless to say, there really is nowhere else better within 20-30 miles of Cockeysville! Ron and TJ rock!

cannot say enough wonderful things about Beste Automotive. AJ and the mechanics painstakingly diagnosed issues with my daughter s car over a few days. They were very dedicated and thorough to get to the root of the problem. I was very happy with the outcome. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Very trustworthy and dependable. Attentive service. Although the hourly labor rate was a bit higher than I m used to paying, they were quick to get to my car. They already had the parts on hand and explained clearly what needed doing. The service desk is close to the work area, so the mechanic himself was close enough to explain what he d done. They had to tow my car to and from a nearby tire place, but charged me only $75 total.

Fast, trustworthy.Pleasant to work with. Prices seem comparable to other places. A tire replacement for my Hyundai Kona was $200. I blew out a second one and had to have it replaced at a gas station. Same price. I recommend them without reservation at this time.

Having my brake pads replaced on Thursday. I've known Mr. Beste since the early 90's. He's an honest person and does great work.

Wonderful service!!As always they immediately identified the problem and the issue was resolved in less than an hour. I have had my cars cared for at Beste for over 25 years and they have exceeded my expectations every time!!

A great experience. Like a few others, I recently moved to the area and was trying to find a reliable and honest shop. They not only got me in fast, but also finished my car quickly. The price for the work done was more than fair and my car is performing great. It's hard to find good honest shops anymore but they are one of the good ones. I plan on taking my car there for any and all auto needs in the future. Give them a chance and you won't be disappointed!

Left front bearing replaced and hole in muffler welded shut on my 2004 Subaru Forester. Great improvement in cabin noise level was obvious on drive home.Communications and scheduling was easy, and both people I talked with in the shop area were helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. After hours drop off and pickup were convenient, and internet scheduling and progress updates are available but I didn t try either.First time at Beste and plan to return soon with my 2006 Forester!Service: Auto exhaust system repair

Beste is one of the few automotive facilities that has experience individuals who know how to work on old vehicles. There very good at problem solving and will not do anything to your vehicle not needed. Definitely would recommend them.

We own 8 cars between our business and our kids.. we take all of our vehicles to Beste Automotive in Cockeysville Maryland. We have never had to take something back because they thought it was " this" but it turned out to be " that" .. ( i see this alot with girls who work for me who spend a ton of money at their mechanics.. I recently had a girl who paid over $950 for a radiator at her mechanic and then it turned out to be her thermostat.. . I of course have since convinced her to start using Beste Automotive instead.. hard lesson to learn )Do yourself a favor.. use Beste Automotive and stop being run around by your mechanic.. this business is family owned and started by the guy who runs it nows dad.. they arent going anywhere and they are here for the long haul..

They got me right in, very fair on price and taken care of right away. Called on Monday, dropped off Monday afternoon at the key-drop, picked it up Tuesday afternoon. That was quick for diagnosing and repairing an ABS issue, flushing transmission, servicing the differential and diagnosing and repairing the rear axle bearings. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. You can immediately tell they are honest people. The team here was awesome, they determined the root cause of the pulling issue I have been having very quickly and called to share what the fix was and gave me a reasonable price. They were very thorough during the whole process as well as they even took my truck back up to Interstate Tire for me to have them check the alignment after the fix. I've been Blessed enough to be introduced to Beste's in 2018 and they have been My go-to ever since!! Everyone there are Amazing, Kind, Polite and Respectful!! That's just the Atmosphere of the shop!! The work Beste's does is Phenomenal at reasonable prices!! With Beste You don't get overcharged and You get the best deals ever!!!! There's not a vehicle they can't service, the Mechanics are very skilled!!!! I found out about Beste Auto from a repair shop insider. I used them twice for relatively challenging repairs. Both times they were super nice, communicated well and completed the repairs quickly. Helped move our grandson to the area for college and had serious suspension issues. They were recommended by a friend and treated like we were old friends. There is no other like Beste Automotive. The entire team is responsive, professional, and very knowledgeable. They are also very candid on what does / not need to be done to your car. Invaluable. Broke down on the side of the road with alternator problems on my way to the airport for a weekend trip. Had the car towed to Beste Automotive and they were able to fix it before I returned from my trip. Picked the car up on our way home from the airport.
