Simply the best service I ve ever experienced at mechanic shop. The price of repair was less than my dealership and the quality of work was top notch! I would absolutely recommend everyone to check out Prime Time Auto!

STOP USING THE OVERPRICED DEALERSHIPS for your maintenance and repairs!!!!!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these people! Honest, but more importantly, knowledgeable (and have the computers, correct tools & equipment) in the workings of European vehicles. I'm sure they work on everything but as a Volvo owner, I could never find anyone to perform the work properly. They saved me when I had nowhere else to go, literally, at the last moment. I've since had them perform additional work on my vehicle and they are always very reasonably priced, prompt and professional.I highly recommend them! And, I'm extremely picky!10 stars from me!

Primerime Auto installed new Autotech HPFP and a new driveshaft in September 2019. They also installed a new fuel line that was sourced from their shop. The HPFP were installed correctly, but the fuel line to the HPFP was not the proper material to hold fuel, so it ruptured. I had to have another mechanic come to my house in Woodbridge and fix the fuel line.The driveshaft was delivered right to their repair shop. 1 year later, I started to hear a knocking sound underneath my car. I thought it was the exhaust. Had different mechanics inspect the exhaust over the course of 2 years, replaced small parts here and there but no one could fix the noise. So in September 2022, I decided to upgrade my clutch packs and was told my driveshaft was not good. Upon inspection, the driveshaft was installed without and lubricant and the rear CV was totally inoperable. This has cost me around 7k in inspections/diagnostic and repairs due to a serious lack of attention to detail.I would not advise going to this shop.

I was referred by a fellow Audi Enthusiasts, and was very skeptical because I always took vehicle to Audi Dealership. However I Had A Less Than Pleasant Experience On My Last Visit.So I Was Going To Travel To Another State To Get Oil Change Done (Customer Service Is Paramount).So I Scheduled Appointment, and I got there the outside was less than impressive, especially compared to dealership.However The Welcoming Greeting I Received Coupled With The Wealth Of Knowledge And Expertise O, (Yardie) Steve and the entire team shared with me was simply Superbike.Went For Oil Change and they found another issue that previous visit to dealer missed.So They Will Be Were My Audi Will Be Serviced At From Here On End.I Would Recommend Any Owners Of Audi To Give Them A Chance A They Will Earn Your Business.Service: Oil change

Words are so hard to explain with the experience and professional service I received today for my first experience with this shop. O was definitely great and the customer support along with the knowledge of the Audi is far from my expectations. They have a long time customer now. Thank you. Richard

Best shop in the DMV! I've never felt so comfortable taking my aging Audi S4 and 1991 VW Vanagon as I do with PT Auto. These guys know German cars!

I need an itemized receipt and the alleged list of work to be done. I paid $2250 to walk away with a broken oil sensor and right fan. My oil sensor nor fan was broken prior to getting work done there. Further, no legitimate solution has been attempted to correct the wrong done or at least give me what I PAID for, part of which includes AC. It s quite disingenuous to not disclose ALL vehicle failures prior to assuring the customer that a problem has been fixed.
