This has to be the worst tint job I have ever seen. Definitely a waste of my money because I have to pay another shop to remove this trash and redo my tints. Every window looks hand cut by a toddler. There were scratches and streaks on every window. They didnt even attempt to clean it up. Look at how this man did my rear windshield. Unacceptable. I would not recommend anyone bring their car here. Go to a better shop that takes pride in their work. Had I been the one to bring my car in for tints, I wouldn't have left without having them remove this garbage.

The level of professionalism was outstanding!! I would recommend Next Level to my family, friends and even my enemy ( if I had any). The owner was wonderful and the amount of time it took to complete my vehicle was excellent... Less than 1 hour. If you want your windows done and done correct the first time go to NEXT LEVEL WINDOW TINTING!!!

Very professional, fast and friendly service, also the waiting area and bathroom was nice and clean. Waiting wasn t long, no longer than 45 minutes for all 9 of my truck windows to be completed. My windows look amazing and very neat. My sister also likes the tinting done on my windows, and she s also going to get hers tinted as well. They also gave me a lifetime warranty. All in all I would definitely recommend to multiple friends.Service: Vehicle window tinting

I am very pleased with the service and staff here at Next Level. Our truck had been through some rough times during baseball season hauling a bunch of kids and equipment around, so it was a total mess inside and out. Made an appointment and we came out of Next Level looking so fresh and so clean! I would definitely recommend them for your auto detailing needs. Check them out!

The owner Moe did a fantastic job explaining my options. He ensured I fully understood my options and even outlined what was legal versus illegal. He also explained how my dark interior would impact the outcome. He is clearly very knowledgeable and honest and cared about the job. I was impressed by his transparency. And then to make the experience even better his price couldn't be beat and he offered a lifetime warranty. Thank you Moe for the great experience. I'll make sure and tell all of my friends.

I m not sure what these people are talking about, anything less than 35% is illegal anyhow. I will tell you that the Shop Owner is courteous and professional. I have brought 3+ cars here with zero issues, he even fixed my rear windshield wiper for free on my old car. When I moved to South Florida and I hit 100 degree weather and sun, there were no issues with no bubbles. I just took tints off to pass inspection on my new car and again it was efficient, well priced and quick. I plan to utilize for a lifetime.

Mo does an amazing job and is by far a master in his craft! He did the windows in two of my vehicles and I referred a number of people to him. He is efficient with both his and Your time AND his work is superb. I will go nowhere else for my window tinting needs!!

Had my car detailed by Shaye and let me tell you I didn t think my car could be that clean. I have 3 little kids so you can imagine what the inside of my car looked like. I really wish I took before and after pics. I will definitely be returning and have recommended them to everyone I know. Very professional service and an awesome price couldn t have asked for more.

Deshaye cleaned my truck and made it look brand new! He is professional and takes pride in his work. The inside was spotless, my windows and and all the hard surfaces were wiped down and it smelled great! He got old stains out of the seats and even gave me a free air freshener for my vent. He washed AND waxed the outside of my truck and got rid of the damage from the fireworks going off in my neighborhood. I will definitely be going back!

Let me tell you all...This is my first time ever leaving a comment on google because of bad customer service.The owner of this company, whose name is Moe, is very disrespectful! He is just in it for the money, SIMPLE AS THAT! If I could put a 0 rating, I would! I asked him for 20% tints, he gave me 10%. At the time, I didn't notice they were so dark. Later on in the week, I got pulled over by Prince George's County Police and they showed me that the tints were 10%.Immediately, I called the owner Moe to tell him about the situation and that he gave me too dark tints and he immediately began getting rude. I simply asked him if I can get a refund or if he can change my tints. He constantly yelled at me over the phone. He then proceeds to say "I am tired of all you black people coming into my store and telling me I did something wrong" ... "excuse me sir, what was that?"And that is my experience with this company. This man is extremely disrespectful and does not care about his customers needs. He gets his money and that is it.Do not go to Next Level Window Tinting and Detailing, you will regret it and you may leave "happy" but you will definitely be coming back "angry"!0 rating!

Deshay was awesome. He detailed the heck out of my car. I was a walk-in and he still found time to help me and give me great customer service. He made the scratches on my pretty blue Camry disappear and was professional in explaining everything to me. I will be going back.

Next Level Detail Car wash has provided service on my vehicle several times both times my satisfaction was increased. After allowing other car wash facilities to service my vehicles I almost gave up because I would have to intervene by cleaning my car after and be so unhappy driving home. From now on I will continue to bring my car to Next Level to receive the car and attention my car need.

If I could give it 0 stars I would.... I came in to get my car tinted and the owner started going off on me about him not tinting my car because I wanted it tinted dark.. talking about he is not responsible if they pull me over .. like duh dumbass I don't expect you to me responsible. What I expect you to do is mind your business..I just think he was being lazy and was enjoying his juicy conversation with the other boy at the desk. I guess they didn't feel like working that day..I don't recommend anybody going here unless you want to be talked down to..

This place and the owner Mo, extremely unprofessional. Even if you call ahead to get tint, you ll get there and be denied service. I arrived at 1:30, shop closes at 7. I was told they were booked when that wasn t said over the phone. To make matters worse when trying to address the issue Mo decided to get loud and argumentative. Plenty of shops around... don t waste your time here!Response to the Rude Owner:You re not slick, you changed your shop hours which should ve been done prior to this situation. lol The phone was on speaker so none of what you said is accurate. And I witnessed and heard the entire conversation. Regardless of anything, you re unprofessional. Never heard of having to tell a place of business I m on the way in order to get serviced. God Bless.

Thought going to this guy would be keeping it real and keeping money in the community that I live in. Never again. The owner did not care about my business. He told me that I was next, 2.5 hours later he told me I was still next. Yet he let 2 other cars Infront of me because they were his boys. Unacceptable and im not suggesting this place to the to anyone.

The owner only has two types of window tint for sale, 40 percent and 20 percent but he will never tell you that without you asking him that question directly.

If you a Mopar guy you should want DESHAYE at Next level detailing in Clinton to Customize your car he did my wicker build it looks great he ordered the screws to match my color of my car I highly RecommendUpdate he also Just did my tire lettering it's looks amazing I highly recommend you go check him out at Next level tinting

I wish I could give NO stars. The man at the front desk EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional. He took $75.00 for an assessment and when I went back to pay the balance he said that the price went up and that I would have to pay for another assessment...smh

Buyer beware tells you he is installing ceramic tint but in all actuality it's regular tint this dude is a scam and his establishment smells like weed very unprofessional ....

I went there yesterday for my bday, to get my windows tinted. The owner told me I was basically stupid if I got anything darker than 35%.This place definitely hasn't been the same since it was All N 1 back in the day. SMH

Just too bad... Heard a guy come in talking about his friend who refered him to come here ... The service is quick and the price 100$ is great if u have many cars or are on a budget.. I recommend this place to anyone trying to get tints

Mo was very professional and did a good job. The price was great when other places wanted to charge me $300.00. The gentleman at the front the desk was rude an unprofessional.
