I have a 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix, took it to EZ Express On-Site Fleet Services for a major overhaul. Brakes and rotors, motor mounts, replace radiator and also struts all way around, oil change and transmission service, whole exhaust system replaced. I was pleased with the Five Star service. Use their service at your own risk. Our truck was not diagnosed properly and we were charged for parts I'm not sure we even needed. This is with multiple of their mechanics working on our Freightliner truck. After working on the issue for over 2 1/2 days we finally took it to the dealership for them to resolve the issue costing us more money. Owner blocked both me and my husband and refused to negotiate with me any further around costs I incurred for my driver stay at hotel for $336 and 5 missed days of business for his mechanics incompetence.

I have a 2000 Infiniti I30. For some reason the rear lights would not go out and was draining my battery. I was completely baffled as to what could be causing this. I took it to EZ Express. The technicians there were able to find and fix the problem. The manager was professional and friendly. I definitely recommend checking them.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I'm always reluctant to place negative reviews however from throwing trash in my yard to charging me for electrical repairs that were never made then having to have my commercial truck towedto a dealer because the electrician connected wiring wrong that seems to have resulted in significant damage and now I'm in over $1950.00 and the dealer hasn't repired it yet please call someone else for real this guy claimed to know electrical and could barely use a meter then I actually saw him arc to test voltage my mete on a 24 v system so what did he exceafter he left read 3.8 dcvService: Electrical
