Shelton @ Caliber Collision was amazing, trustworthy, and kept in touch with me on repairs. Very knowledgeable and professional. The lady at the front desk was reassuring and cordial. Would definitely recommend this shop and locaton. 10 out of 10.

Where do I even begin with how dissatisfied I have been with the service at this Caliber Collision location. Not a single person on their staff - from front desk to GM calls you back when they say they will. I had to hound them to find out when my car would be finished so I could arrange transportation there. When I arrived, I waited 45 minutes for them to bring the car around. I was told it would be cleaned and it was covered in pink markings, there was still a crack in a piece they supposedly replaced, and my key looked like the bottom had been crushed, dipped in goo and forced back together. Needless to say I asked that the repair be completed and a new key ordered for me - for which I had to leave my car again and was told it would take about a week. Two weeks later, I still don't have a car, and now when I call to be updated I get three wildly different stories - I've been told 3 times now from three different people over a 4 day period that it was getting prepped for clean up and would be done the following day - that was over a week ago. And last night, someone even called and left a message that they were still waiting on a part and it probably wouldn't be ready until next week. I was even told that the GM would contact me directly and I still haven't heard anything. This place is a total mess, communication has been absolutely terrible and my whole experience has been completely OPPOSITE of the motto - dedicated to Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life�.No one returns your call or updates you when they say they will. I was totally gaslit when I pointed out that the repair hadn't been completed and they damaged my key. And when I shared my disappointment in the lack of communication noting that this was a huge inconvenience, the person I spoke to had the nerve to say, "Why is it an inconvenience?" I mean gee - I run a business, I have responsibilities and a car-dependent life, I only have a rental car for 30 days and we're creeping up on that quickly, I live a half hour from this location and have to arrange transportation each time I need to go there because supposedly my car is ready, which also means that I have to rearrange my work and client schedule... I don't know, what's inconvenient about those things?? Are you kidding?I was told my car would be ready Friday - cleaned and ready. I said I couldn't pick it up until Monday. I waited 45 minutes for them to bring it around and the work wasn't done properly so now I've been waiting an additional 2 weeks when they said there wasn't even a backorder on the parts needed - what is the problem?I was not kept informed during the process.I had to call multiple times a week just to be updated and finally only received a call when I called my insurance company to complain.The first time I went to pick it up my car was FAR dirtier than when I dropped it off. I was told my vehicle would be clean and it had pink marker all over the exterior, was splashed in mud, and all kinds of scuffs and dirt on the interior in the driver's area.I do not recommend this company to ANYONE as I'm still waiting for my car's original repairs to be completed properly! There was still a crack in the grill cover that either hadn't been repaired or happened during installation.

My service was great, I was updated on the status of my vehicle constantly. This service dealing with the rental car company was wonderful. And it was great work done on my vehicle. I got my truck back Earlier than I expected.

I went there to get my vehicle front end fixed and before the end of the day I got an estimate and timeframe when it will be done . Jennifer who worked at the front desk was very polite and friendly and Shelton kept me informed all through the repair process also Thanks to the entire staff who worked to get my vehicle fixed.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

My experience with Caliber Collision was great. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure that my car was repaired to the highest standards. Although the finished date was pushed back a few times due to parts being on back order, I was kept informed every step of the way. Heather and the team were professional, communicative, and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Thank you for a job well done!

This place has pushed back my pick up date for my car 4 times already. They are very inconsiderate and will not even call and update you on the progress of your vehicle. And if you call and ask for an update it's an attitude. My car was supposed to be done on the 11th. It's now the 21st and for some reason they are still working on my car. Will never use this place again

Most of the work seem to be good but I had to go back to get something reconnected. The staff seemed friendly . The Place is really congested no place to park , before we drove off I checked inside of the car and there was a lot of glass left in the car that was visible . This was ridiculous and totally unacceptable !!!

I took my car in to Caliber for repairs after a hit n run. Caliber is a partner with my insurance company. From making the appointment, to picking up the vehicle after the repairs were completed everything went well. Enterprise is a few doors down and they pick you up from the shop and take you to their store to get your rental if needed. Heather s (at Caliber) updates and communications were great, and Nakia at the desk was very pleasant and helpful. Repairs were done on time and looked good. They even washed my car and cleaned the interior! I would definitely choose Caliber at this location again if I ever need service to any of my vehicles in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The bumper was scratched. Insurance estimated a two-days repair. It's a bumper scratch so the vehicle was drivable. It took 10 days to complete the service. Our experience with similar repairs at dealerships was that we held on to the vehicle and when the part came in they would call and scheduled a drop-off for repair. It took 2 days at the dealership. With the insurance, your cost would be the deductible regardless of the collision repair center. We recommend using your dealership instead of Caliber Collision Center.Service: Body & Trim

Decided to take a extra step on my experience at this location, I have a Honda Accord coupe 2014. She was in pretty bad shape when I brought her in (big dent on the side and my car was just overall looking raggedy bc of it). It took them no time to fix my car and on top of that they detailed the inside and outside, customer service was also outstanding. Every one I came across was very nice and professional. I really appreciated that, my last couple experiences with customer service in business hasn t been the BEST unfortunately! But this staff is outstanding, and I really appreciated the professionalism and how they looked out for me. :-)

Excellent service. Tameka,Bria and Jordan are the best representatives. My vehicle was completed quick and efficiently. The costumer service was very friendly and kept me updated daily. This is the best customer experience I have ever had and will definitely recommend to my friends and family. 10 STARS!!!

Caliber Collision has had my car for 3 months, they claim that it s not their responsibility that the wrong bumper was ordered 3 times & last week they said they are waiting on a headlight. They even referred me to call Jaguar of Chantilly because it s their responsibility. Caliber Collision refuse to provide a loaner or to even call with status updates or provide me with an estimate date when the car will be ready.

Brought my car to get fixed. They fixed the problem but messed up everything else. My sound on the driver side isn t working and it was perfectly fine before. They messed up my window so now it squeaks when you roll it down and there is so much paint and scratches on the window that weren t there before. Not to mention they did not call me to update me on my cars progress throughout my time there. Depending on how this matter gets fixed tomorrow I will update my review or notServices: Painting, Body & Trim

My car was fixed but the person assigned to me was hard to get a hold of. Didn't return my calls and my car was fixed 2 weeks after scheduled time, and after I spoke to several people who told me it was on schedule, the car was still being "washed and waxed" for a week!When I got frustrated they finally let me know that it needed a part that had not arrived yet. Why not say that in the first place so that I can extend my rental, or plan for travel to work and childcare for my children.I was told "you will have it by 4p today" which was 4 days past the fixed date. At 530 p I called they r closed, and I didn't get my car until the Tuesday of the following week. Not sure what went wrong there in customer service or the communication between the shop and the front desk but that gotta get better.People depend on their vehicle for life errands and situations, especially in this pandemic where UBER is hard to come by, and losing your job can be catastrophic. Be honest if repairs need more time so customers can plan their lives. In total it took a month for me to get my car back for front collision body repairs with no damages to major parts.

This was my first time ever having to get my car painted and getting dent out of my car. I took to Caliber Collision, they were very professional . It took them no time at all to fix my car. They keep me updated on what was going on with my vehicle every step of the way . when I got my car back it look brand new. I was so happy. They made my day. I was involved in an accident at the beginning of March and GEICO recommended this facility for my auto repairs. I have to say, they took wonderful care of me during the initial walk through for the damages, they called and texted to keep me updated, and when I got the car it looked as good as new. I did notice a scratch on the opposite side of the car that I was uncertain if it was there before I turned the car in along with some black marks on the seat. Mr. Thomas went above and beyond by taking care of both! He was truly wonderful and if I could give him and this facility 6 stars, I would. Thank you!Service: Body & Trim
