We had a great experience! The team was wonderful at Ourisman! Tina followed up on us personally knowing we had been on the Key Bridge traveling home from the dealership just a short time prior to the collapse. Very thoughtful! Tiffany worked diligently and late trying to get us the best rate possible.

Contacted service dept for a recall. Was advised the parts must be ordered and it could take 30 days. Parts came in 4 days later. They then got me scheduled for that Saturday, which is usually impossible on short notice. I was even able to move the appointment to an earlier time on Saturday the following day! Finally, my Grand Cherokee repair was done 30 minutes after the appointed time. No doubt one of the best experiences I ve had with a dealership service department in my 30 odd years of owning new cars. Thank you, Aedan(sp?)!!

We found the car that we were looking for online and the salesman Tim was kind enough to wait for us to arrive from out of state until 7pm, well after his work day had ended, in order to complete the sale and give us the most attentive service. the buying process was simpleand streamlined. Financials were prepared and ready to sign. Easily the best car buying experience we've had.

Ourisman Clarksville CDJR Dealer is disorganized, inattentive to their customers and failed to file the paperwork to register my new car purchase in a timely manner.At the time of delivery, their finance department did not have the appropriate paperwork ready to go and had to follow-up for signatures on several items after taking delivery of the vehicle.After taking delivery, I had to repeatedly follow-up with the dealer to check the status of getting a registration issued. Three months after taking delivery, it seems like they had not actually filled the paperwork, finally submitted it, but didn't take accountability for the delay up to that point.When they received the plates 4 months after I took delivery of the car, and having hounded them to get the paperwork filed, they are now trying to collect a $250 state penalty for filing the registration paperwork late. This is on top of the $500 dealer processing fee they charged at the time of sale, which they seem to not have done the actually processing work in a timely fashion.This place has been an administrative nightmare to work with, has made purchasing a car unnecessarily complicated. This is the third car our family has purchased in 24 months - and this was by far the most I've had to interact with and stay on top of a dealer to get a fairly simple purchase processed. I don't think will never buy another car from this dealership, particularly when there are so many Jeep dealers nearby.

I have had to work with the service department a lot over the past couple years resolving various issues on my Grand Cherokee, and I want to give high accolades to Mike Porter, the Service Manager at Ourisman. He is incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive. I am grateful to have him as a resource as I navigate the challenges with repairing and maintaining my Jeep. Honorable mentions to Dave, the Service Director, Jason and Jacob, the Sales Managers, and David the Salesperson. All of them are incredible people that offer great customer service. I am always impressed that they are willing to keep on dealing with me no matter what I need. Thanks!

It was all great until it wasn't.There was excellent communication with the salesman and the GSM when they were trying to close a deal before the end of the month. Unfortunately, I could not make it to the dealership in time to get the deal done and we needed more time to review the final numbers as we were a little far apart. I called, emailed, and text both the salesman and GSM the next day (1st of the month) and was ghosted. No response from anyone. The finance manager called me 2 days later to figure out what was going on and I filled him in on the situation. I mentioned bringing more $ to the table to help close the deal and he said, "let me review with the GSM and get back to you". Again, ghosted. Maybe because I had my own financing and didn't want to finance through them? Either way, extremely unprofessional.

I came in early Tuesday morning to drop car off for oil change . The service advisor charged $160 for oil change. I said I normally buy the oil change package that pays for 4 oil changes. His response is oh aren t you trading it in? For a service rep to be thinking about when I m going to trade in a perfectly good car that has not been inspected yet raised some serious red flags. Then I told him my ac is blowing hot. He quotes me $560 just to diagnose my ac issue!! Needless to say I got out of there. Don t waste your time and money. They are gouging customers.

Matthew was the tech that checked me in and he was fantastic. Very professional. Got me the best price he could on my service and over delivered on how long he thought it would take to finish me up considering how slammed they were.It s a solid 20 minute drive to this dealer but I make it and drive away from the dealer just a few minutes away for the experience I get at Ourisman. Can t recommend them enough.

The service advisor wasn't beneficial and did not appear to take my issues seriously. He wasn't as responsive, so I had to contact him for updates consistently, then make my own suggestions on what I thought the problem might be with my truck. My truck stayed in the shop for 3 days only for them not to find the original problem.

They are friendly, outgoing. Got my jeep right in and taken care of. The process was smooth and simple. I'm so happy with the outcome, I'll go back to them for future vehicle needs. I'd recommend that you choose this dealership for all your automotive services.

I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Ourisman in Clarksville. I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit last night and could not have been happier with the process. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. David was my salesman, he went above and beyond and made sure my three daughters were comfortable while waiting. Ourisman in Clarksville is an amazing dealership to do business with! I m sure I ll be back soon to purchase something for my daughter who will be driving soon :)

The only reason it didn t give one star is because the service manager made it right. But the way the service writer talked about me while standing behind me made the whole experience unacceptable. I dropped my 2021 4xe off for two recalls, a check engine light and an oil change. I was told I would get the car back the same day. Eight hours went by before we heard anything and it was only because we called them. Only to find out the recalls were not done, and I was charged for the check engine light work that was done without my approval or even my knowledge. Thankfully the service manager made it right and took off the labor and diagnostic cost, but I still left without either recall being done on my car. The recalls were the reason I took the car in. the dealership didn t know prior to my appointment that they needed 12 hours of the car being plugged in. That s on them, not me. Terrible experience. Never got an apology, as the service writer said to the service manager just make it right and get her out of here.

I had a great experience buying our new Wrangler from Ourisman CDJR. Stopped in to research Wranglers with the anticipation of a custom build to get exactly what I want. Josh was very helpful showing all of the features of the Jeep, including how to fully open the soft top, as that was one of the big decisions to make. Ourisman has a huge inventory and I ended up coming back a few weeks later for the Jeep that I pretty much would have ordered. Josh, Bobby and Tiffany are great to work with and ensured a smooth transaction from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Ourisman CDJR to anyone looking for a new (or used) vehicle.

After searching for a Jeep 4xe for nearly a month and visiting around 5 or 6 dealerships in DE, MD, and VA, I was on the brink of losing hope. My sales person knew what i needed regardless of my budget. I was well taken cared off by my sales person personaly. I was served by Brandon, who was very patient and understood what I needed. This dealership provides phenomenal customer service and it does a great job of listening to your needs, which is important. Brandon and David offered great service and April in financing was able to provide TOP NOTCH service by being transparent, honest and trustworthy which is a rarity in this business. I just purchased a new 2023 Willys Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4x4 from this Ourisman dealership. It has a 2.0L Turbo, the Xtreme Recon Kit, Safety Group, and Tan Seats.Mr. Mitch Stainback was the salesman I worked with throughout the whole process from talking through what I wanted to factory ordering it, getting it delivered, and signing the paperwork. He was very straightforward with me the whole time and, after hours and hours of research, I genuinely believe I got a good deal. This was my first vehicle purchase ever and Mitch was better than what I went in expecting! Even when an instant, $1000 cash rebate (that I received 2 months prior) was removed by the manufacturer (which we knew was a possibility ahead of time), Mitch fought for me and got another one added in its place. I knew my OTD price when factory ordering and Mitch stuck to his word while being very responsive over email. There were no surprises!I'm happy with my experience here and look forward to coming back if I need anything again.

Nice people. They got the job done. Unfortunately Ourisman charges a 3% credit card fee. Wish they would have been more upfront with this surcharge that other places don t charge. Glad that my headlight replacement was only $150+ instead of something more expensive.

I found a car I was interested in at OURISMAN CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM OF CLARKSVILLE.I was the first to contact the dealer salesmanJosh Swars. I was approved for an auto loan and I ve been told by Josh the car was going through an insurance before I come to see it. Next thing I know the car was sold to someone else!! I m not sure if that s normal for this dealership to do that to their customers!!! I was very disappointed.

Steve Ritter!!! What a great representative for your service department. He should definitely be promoted or receive a raise at the very next opportunity. I enjoy working with professionals.My vehicle was brought in because the check engine light came on.We diagnosed what was wrong. Waited for parts to come in. First off..I don t even typically leave reviews but I MUST WARN YOU! They lure you in with the sales team and you feel like you re in good hands. Then the service department show you the true POS they really are! Have had my vehicle for over a MONTH! I m so frustrated and annoyed I m going there to get it TOWED because I m OVER THEM! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM! DO NOT USE THEM FOR SERVICE!!
