I had just returned from a long flight back from California only find I had a flat waiting for me when I got my car out the parking garage. I called the Chester Mr. Tire Team they had on my way home they had two new tires delivered changed and mounted the very next day.This isn t my first time getting my car serviced here and certainly won t be my last. From the Managers at the Counter to the Mechanics and Technicians in the garage they could teach a College 101 Course in Customer Service. I can t say enough about the ALL-STAR TEAM at the Chester Mr. Tire they make everything easy.

If you are a woman don t come here!! Is a shame that people can put others life at risk for a few bucks. I had a flat tired left my car I received a call after an hour telling me that my new car will need 4 new tires!! Also that suddenly other tire have a screw mind you my new car alerts when a tire is damage!! As soonest I get out of the dealer the tire exploded!! Thanks God I got to the Ford on minutes. I was in the middle of the road driving in the pouring rain. When I got to my dealer they told me there was no need for new tires !! I like to support local businesses but unfortunately will have to keep supporting the big corporations.

Had a tire problem on the way back from the shore on a Sunday afternoon, and stopped in to Mr Tire. They were extremely helpful and made sure to work us into the schedule even though it was mid afternoon on a Sunday. They provided excellent service with a quick turnaround. Really appreciate their help and work, thanks!

My tire light came on and I was heading to the bay bridge! I stopped without an appointment at Mr Tire in Chester. They checked all tire pressures and tire sensors. I had a bad sensor and they assured me it was safe to drive home. There was no charge for this peace of mind. What a great service this was on a Sunday. Thank you Mr Tire! 5 stars to you and your team

I made an appointment online and stated I wanted an oil change and tire rotation. When I picked up my vehicle, I didn t see the tire rotation completed on the invoice. I asked why it wasn t done and the tech said he didn t do it because of the vehicle I drive. Wait what! A tire rotation is to provide even wear on the tires, I asked for it and it sounds like they were too lazy to do the job. I ll go somewhere else. It sounds like they just want my tires to run uneven so I can buy new ones.

I was stuck with a flat with my toddler and 2 month old in the car. I called multiple other places nearby and no one could get to me same day. Despite being short staffed, they squeezed me in and got me back on the road as quickly as possible. Very friendly and helpful staff, and a great price too. Highly recommend!

My tire blew out on a Sunday morning and they were less than a mile away. The staff were fine but there were literally $100 in extra fees. The cheapest they could do was $260 for a single tire on a 2012 Mazda. And the warranty on my old tire didn't cover "road hazards." What does that even mean? What made my tire blow out the side?

The service dept was amazing in our time of need! The young man who helped us out on a Sunday in a pinch, was amazing and helped us get back on the road to Virginia. I do not remember his name but, please bless him when you see him! We were driving a 97 Infiniti q45.

Wonderful service! My car broke down with a bad battery the day after Christmas & needless to say car repairs are very stressful (especially after the holidays). I spoke with Stuart who was kind and helpful from the jump. He accepted my same day service request & stayed after hours to ensure my vehicle did not have to be left in the parking lot with keys after hours. Despite staying late - the team completed the full diagnostic and my battery replacement before 8:30 AM the following day. I m got an additional quote to replace all 4-tires and the price was comparable to what I received from Wal Mart (approximately $300 less than other new tires that we were quoted). Most importantly, Stuart exceeded my customer service expectations. He was enthusiastic, has amazing energy, and certainly made me have a 5-star experience. Highly recommended for all service/tire requests in Kent Island.

Matthew and his crew here are so friendly and quick. If I had cash to give to the guys, I would have because not only did they do a great job but they reloaded my things back into my trunk. I want to thank Kevin Hull for helping me out today. I had a screw in one of the tires of my brand new car, and he was extremely honest and helpful. My tire was fixed in no time at all. I highly recommend this place.

I have been coming here for 2 years for tires on all my cars and oil changes. The last time I had an oil change and a tire rotation. Right after that the car pulled to the left and not smooth at all. Being super busy we didn t take it back and just dealt with it. After a month or so we took it back to ask about it pulling to the left. They evaluated it and said we needed 4 new tires because they were bald and an alignment. Tires were expensive and the alignment was $100 so we decided to go to BJs for a better deal on the tires. BJs mechanic took a pic of the tire sensor that was secured with a zip tie and plastic and sent it to me saying that this was like this before they got it! Mr. Tire in Chester, MD is he only company that has serviced the car in 2 years. No wonder it was running messed up the last time we had it there. I surely won t be coming back to service any of my cars now.

I had a tire pop while on a 10+ hour road trip and it was almost dark, so I was not hopeful that I would find somewhere to replace my spare before the following day. That's when I stumbled upon this Mr. Tire and the service was AMAZING. They had me fixed up and back on the road in no time and the whole staff was so friendly. If I lived in the area I would never go anywhere else for tires again!

We were on our way to St. Michaels for a fun-filled day trip. About 20 miles from our destination, a tire blew. Ugh! We frantically Googled and called around. NOTHING! That is, until we called Stuart at Mr. Tire in Chester, Maryland about 23 miles in the opposite direction. They were closing at 5pm, but he agreed to change the tire if we got there by 4:30pm. Well driving at the speed of donut, we were more than 30 minutes out. We didn t arrive until 4:55. Nonetheless, Stuart graciously accommodated us. Stuart was kind, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Justin, the mechanic who installed and balanced the new tire, did a phenomenal job! We were safely back on our way. Undaunted, we made it to the Bay in time for light breezes, a spectacular sunset and ice cream! If you have an emergency on the way to the beach this summer (we pray you don t, but if you do), we highly recommend this Mr. Tire location.

Went to check out buying tires for my Jaguar that I had bought used a couple of years ago. I was not happy with the ride and noise. Mr. Tire offered suggestions with a variety of prices. I checked their prices and they were competitive. Went with their suggestion and was very happy with the ride. Top notch. Quality work at a fair price.

Two experiences with Stuart Friedman at Mr. Tire.First experience - 2PM Saturday afternoon. I needed 4 tires installed that day as my son was driving back to Norfolk Naval Base. Stuart said as long as you get it in here in the next 30mins we can get it done. WOW great service!Second experience - 3PM Tuesday afternoon I noticed there was a bolt sticking out of the tread of my front tire. Called in to see if I could get it patched not plugged. Again Stuart said as long as you can get it hear by 4:30 we can get it done. What I didn't realize was the store was short staffed due to sick employees & vacations but they still brought me in and completed the service.Stuart has gone above and beyond on two occasions. You just don't find that kind of service these days!Thank you Stuart and Mr. Tire of ChesterBill Betch

Stuart was incredibly helpful and caring when I called asking about oil changes last week. He got my car in and out quickly and gave me a coupon automatically. He is a genuinely kind person to converse with and you can tell he really cares about each customer. Yesterday I got a flat tire and was stressed about getting it fixed before work on Monday. They are open Sundays and Stuart was able to work me in to get an appointment the same day. Best part is, if you buy your tires from their store they will repair them for free (vandalism, nails, etc). No more costco tire center for me! Very convenient location, quick and affordable service, and a superb staff. Thank you Stuart.

Stuart and Darnell are the absolute best! I had a tire issue & Stuart was very concerned & caring on the phone. Despite being very busy, Stuart gave me an appointment that fit my schedule perfectly. Once I arrived Mr. Tire was clean, inviting and friendly atmosphere. I was able to drop my vehicle off quickly once Stuart went over all my concerns and genuinely asked all the right questions. Once in my the service area, tech supreme, Darnell diagnosed my tire issue, recommended a bead re-seal to cure my slow air leakage in my two left tires. It was a real relief that I didn t need new tire at this time. I ve been to other Mr.Tire locations in both Maryland and Delaware as I travel for my job. They were both informative, friendly & accommodating. I will definitely be back to see Stuart and Darnell at their Kent Island location. It s a little out of my way, but because of Stuart and Darnell I will make it a point to there for all my tire and automotive needs. Five stars across the board!

One of the best tire repair experiences that I have ever had. I went in for one tire and ended up with three for the sake of safe driving. My repairs were done promptly and at an excellent price. I woul definitely recommend this Mr. Tire, and the manger is great as well.

I've been going to Mr. Tire in Chester for many years now for all of my oil changes, new brakes, and of course tires (somehow I keep running over nails). The staff is always very friendly and upbeat, as well as knowledgeable and trustworthy. I've never felt like I'm being sold something I don't need, which is the feeling I've gotten at other maintenance shops. Matt and Stuart helped me out yesterday with my latest nail. They got me in and out quickly. Happy customer here! Highly recommend!

I discovered a nail in my tire Saturday morning so I headed over to Mr Tire. Stuart and his team were slammed with scheduled appointments, but were able to accommodate my needs. The team hustled to get the job done and send me safely on my way. Thanks for great customer service and competitive pricing. I m a happy customer!

Fast and friendly service!! My daughter was here visiting from out of town and had an appt on Friday for new tires but had a blowout late Wednesday evening and they were able to fit her in a day early! Mike and Stuart were so nice and efficient which kept me calm knowing my kids would have a safe trip home. I m taking a second vehicle there next month for new tires! Great location and prices!!

I called Mr. Tire and spoke to Stuart about new tires and an alignment for my Honda Accord. Stuart answered my questions and recommended tires that were in the price range I had specified. My vehicle was ready in the time frame Stuart had give me. He thoroughly went over the report the technician had provided and recommended certain services for my vehicle. Stuart was very knowledgeable and answered other questions I had about my car. I would highly recommend Mr. Tire to all of my friends and the community as a whole. Thanks Stuart!!

Absolute amazing experience from Stew and Darnell. Took the time to help me out after I brought in my own tires that did not work for my car. They were honest and thorough making sure I did not leave till I was happy. They have a permanent customer from me for as long as I live in Chester, Md. Absolute incredible work.
