Great group of guys, really took care of my Miata. Extremely competitive pricing. Their shop is quite impressive with a lot of really nice cars. They know what they re doing from standard services to performance, detailing, auto body, and more.

Very nice people John and Stephanie. Hard working excellent prices and service. Time turn around is good. Son Scott is friendly and knowledgeable. Get your oils changed or a tune-up.

I've been here a few times, and they've always been great. But this morning, I take my Sienna in for an oil change and tire roation. They charged me over $320!!! He said the price of oil has gone up. They never mentioned anything when dropping it off, or when they called me to say it was done and go over what was done to the van. I'm absolutely shocked at the amount they charged me. I called the dealership where I purchased the van to ask how much they would have charged me, and they said $85. I'll be taking my vehicle to the dealership from now on!!Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

We have had a fleet vehicle there for nearly a year for repairs. That is no exaggeration either. It was dropped of in November of 2021. Every time you call, the owner is either "under a car" or not there and he will call you back. He never calls you back. I finally received a call that the parts were in and they would fix it as fast as possible. This was nearly 2 months ago. The excuse now is "our body guy has had covid for 3 weeks!" LOL! Are you serious. I'm guessing we are receiving such terrible service because it's a fleet vehicle. Such a shame as I was going to bring my 370z to them for work. That sure isn't happening now.

Bought a vehicle recently and was in dire need of some exhaust work. Scott the owner was quick to get the car in and on a lift to inspect. Was given a very great price on a quality job done. Few weeks later the cars transmission let go at 11:45pm on a Saturday. Luckily the owner was in the area stopped what he was doing at basically midnight to open the shop up to bring the car in. He then swapped the trans out for me along with cleaning up a bunch of odds and ends with a super fast turn around. I can t thank Scott and his team enough for the quality work and making myself as a customer feel like a priority. Highly recommend Straightline Automotive to anyone and everyone!Services: Transmission, Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance
