Shan was amazing, very friendly, kind, knowledgeable and an educator. This is the first mechanic shop I came, where I don t feel like I m going to be wiped off.From my very first encounter, he was educating me about my car instead of giving me a list of problems to get money out of me. In all the years, I ve been bringing my car to mechanic s shop, here is the place my car will call home. I ve never had anyone educate me before about anything about my car until Paradise Auto Repair. The name Paradise goes with the service, ethics and character of this place and Shan. If you are in need of a fantastic auto shop. This is the place, you find it. Come check them out, you ll be glad you did.

I called this man 10 mins before closing on a Thursday for brake job on my mothers vehicle, fully prepared to get front & rear done. Not only did I not have to beg for next day, same day, HOLIDAY service, I didn t have stay on the phone a long time or put a deposit down like the other two places wanted. And when I picked my mother up from the garage, she was mad at ME for making her wait. I left her house 5min after her so she would have time to give her contact info and key to the tech, but they were ready for her and got to work so fast that they called her before i dropped her off home with diagnosis and quote. And even told her not to do her front brakes for another 2 oil changes, when I was fully prepared to have both done. They didn t try to sell services I didn t request or that she didn t need and had her car ready way sooner than expected.

I gave my car for repair here in order to pass the Maryland safety inspection and the prices they told were sky high for me that was not reasonable in my opinion finally I paid them to repair my car hoping for better service only because it s near to my house.And before repair my turn indicators were working fine but after repair left indicator stopped working instead of fixing the issue they creating issues to my car so the very next day I asked them to fix it.They simply just refused to fix and blaming me that bulbs were faded out. Totally disappointed with their service provided.

I was referred to Paradise Auto Repair by my usual mechanic who didn't work on electrical issues. I spoke with Sean (sp?) who was very professional, knowledgeable and honest. He and his co-workers found the problem, fixed it, explained it to me, and charged me fairly.

I came in to get my headlight bulbs replaced and after looking around the area, I decided on Paradise Auto Repair Shop. Sean was very helpful and kind and took care of my car immediately! Definitely recommend this place for any car troubles or breakages.

My experience with this shop was very frustrating, they charged me an exaggerated price for the repairs, which you need for the county inspection, they kept the car for a week, the car was shaken when I returned it to them, I took it to another shop and they They said that maybe they changed the catalyst, it seems that they changed it and that's why the car shakes. I do not recommend this workshop, not gift operated

My experience was amazing! Customer service is A-1 and they honestly seem to care about the longevity of your vehicle AND the well-being of your pockets(fair pricing)! Not only did my car receive the TLC it needed, I was also given great advice about cars in general! I will never go any place else as long as PARADISE is in business! Great place with friendly staff! The work to be performed was explained well when we did a walk around the vehicle. Price is reasonable, and they don't try to push you for anything unnecessary. My roommate, his gf, and myself all use this place and will continue to do so. Car feels great and rides smooth. Happy customer!!

These guys are the best, hands-down. I've been using them since they opened, and they've never let me down! I really love these guys and there shop. They went the extra mile just to make sure my truck was good. Very low prices will beat anyone else's prices in Baltimore and does really great work. Affordable, knowledgeable and gets you back on the road quickly and timely. Mechanic explained what was wrong with my vehicle and why; even showed me the failed parts. Great communication throughout the whole process. Repairs were thorough and most importantly they did not try to sell me on any unnecessary repairs. Definitely recommend and will return for future car maintenance/repairs. If you're looking for an affordable repair shop that doesn't try to over sell/take advantage of fact your a female then go to Paradise Auto Repair.

Worse service never saw my car moved to check it be careful not trustworthy will never let them touch my car again whatIs a shame is u trying to rip people off with fake car problems that didn't exist and try to over charge showing fake pictures without my car attached to it had car beware of this place can't steal what's mine go steal someone else money

My Ford Escape broke down due to overheating and coolant leak. I contacted Paradise Auto Repair and got my car towed to their garage. Shan was accommodating and explained what could be wrong with the car and the expenses associated with it.It was the first time I had to take any car to the garage and the experience was made better thanks to Shan. He diagnosed the coolant pump needed to be replaced. The work was quick and the car was delivered the next day itself.This garage is definitely recommended!P. S. You can park your car at the garage even if they're closed - you'll need to drop the keys in through a slot present on the office door.

Great shop! They took me as a walk-in and replaced the oil. To fix the heating system in my car, he picked the part up on his way into work the next business day. They were kind enough to advise "yes" on replacing cabin and air filters, and "no" on the tire rotation. First time here, and the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable of the issues involved with working on a mobility vehicle..Granted, I only got an oil change, but they were fast and efficient. Plan on getting my oil changed here regularly.

I can't overstate how good my experience with Paradise Auto has been! Shan was kind, proactively took the time to explain - and show - what work had to be done and why, and got the work done significantly faster than I expected. He and Paradise Auto do good, honest work, and I'll definitely be going back the next time I need service on my car.

This shop is so efficient and I have never felt so cared for by a business, especially an auto body business. I stumbled across this shop because my car kept cutting off in traffic and it was the first place I could reach. The repair man said they were closed but kindly took my car anyway. He saw I was with my two kids in the rain and allowed us to sit inside to wait for a ride even though he was closed. Nevertheless, it was a holiday. I am grateful for their fast and efficient service. My car was ready within 48 hours even considering the holiday weekend!Service: General repairs & maintenance

While driving home from work my car started having issues, after calling my insurance company they towed it to Paradise Auto shop. They did a great job and the price was reasonable.

Shan and his amazing staff have done work for me for many years and I trust them completely. Shan is very polite, honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable and won't hesitate to give you a complete assessment of what could be wrong and what should be done to correct the problem. I'm not a mechanic but know more about my vehicle than I ever have before. They're the only people that I will allow to service my vehicles (2003 Honda Accord, 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 and a 2012 Mercedes Benz E350). We were towing a small camper trailer and had some electrical burning coming from my F150. We quickly exited and found Shan at Paradise Auto. He was amazing! Was able to squeeze us in and found a small part of the vacuum hose was touching the block. He spliced in a little hose and we were on our way in less than 30 minutes. What a wonderful person, killer mechanic, and A+ business. Thank you for saving our camping trip!!!

I would really like to give 0 stars. It is interesting that this place only has good reviews, they delete the bad ones. Took a car there for inspection and they listed lots of issues because they thought we would have the work done there. Horrible place. I had to take my car in for inspection and they lead you to think there s a lot you need to fix worth about $3000. I had an inspection in another place and my car passed. Would not reccomend this place for overpriced services.
