The dedicated and friendly professionals at the Catonsville shop were AMAZING!They worked seamlessly with my insurance company, were clear on what work likely needed to be accomplished and keep me informed and updated the entire time. Even though my insurance Co. was paying the bill, they treated me like a valued customer; accommodating my schedule and making sure I was 100% satisfied with the plan and final outcome.The best part of the experience were the EMPLOYEES who were clearly passionate about their work. Drew and his colleagues were so [rightfully] proud of their paint matching mastery (they mixed and tested three different batches of paint to make sure the color was perfect) they came out with their boss to admire their work one last time as I picked it up. They also finished in half the amount of time and Drew did a little detailing work on the wheels as a parting gift. I will always recommend their shop and, if misfortune visits me again, they will be the first ones I call.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I want to say Drew help me thru a crisis someone hit my car and left. i was really upset. I left my car at Gerber and a week later had it back good as new! they fixed the door and you would not believe it had ever been there. They wash and waxed and took care of a few scratches I had cause too. They were all very pleasant, helpful, and calming and handle my issues like theywere their owned. If you need repairs for your vehicles this isthe placed to go.\

Had the most amazing experience ever at Gerber Collision and Glass of Catonsville Md. Kelly and Don turned an already stressful situation into an easy no fuss , we will handle everything for you experience. My vehicle damage was quickly and thoroughly assessed and I was contacted right away with a full report and plan of action to get the necessary repairs done and to get me back in the drivers seat ASAP. I was updated regularly and often as to the progress of my vehicle as well as an estimated day of completion. Not only was my vehicle finished AHEAD of schedule but the work done went above and beyond what I was even expecting ! The detail and the workmanship that went into the repairs of my vehicle surpassed even my wildest expectations. Gerber Collision and Glass of Catonsville Md will for sure be our go to place for any and all of our body repair or glass replacement needs. If I could have given them 10 stars, I would have ! Don t believe me? Check them out for yourself. I promise you won t be disappointed !! A big giant shout of thanks to Don and Kelly for going above and beyond to see that we were 100% satisfied. Thus far the repair on my vehicle appears to be great and the repair was done timely. The ladies that work in the office are very polite and professional, however, they lack communication when it comes to updating you about your vehicle. Other then that I would highly recommend this place if your vehicle needs to be repaired.

Staff was very polite and helpful. My vehicle was so dirty when I received it back with seasonal piling and birdpoop. A suggestion for better services: is to detail vehicles before given them back to your customers. The hard body work/repairs that your company guarantee would stand out better.

I took my car to Gerber Collision and Glass to have repairs made due to a fender bender. Dropped the car off on Monday, and it was ready by Thursday. Donald was friendly, helpful and efficient. He explained everything they were going to do from beginning to end. Kelley is wonderful as well. Either she or Donald called me daily giving me a progress report on the work. Best experience I ve ever had in regards to automobile maintenance. Thanks guys for the really good job!

My insurance company State Farm listed Gerber as a reputable body shop. Fortunately, I live 4 blocks from the shop. This facility is busy, however the text communication was excellent keeping me posted on the progress. The shop manager Gary called me to discuss my repairs in more detail. Car was repaired when promised and some staff was on vacation too. Had minor issue with my brake pad - customer service was excellent resolving my problem and apologized for my inconvenience. I recommend Gerber - excellent experience.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I live in Florida and my son lives in Maryland , Lamont assisted my son with his car from start to finish. He called me to keep me posted on everything. I couldn't believe this was the service I was getting from an auto repair shop. Excellent customer service, if all other representatives are like Lamont, this should be your place to go. I was in a collision recently and I was preferred to Gerber Collision of Catonsville, living only 4 miles from there, I m familiar and about 2 years ago a friend of mine used their services and was totally disappointed with not only the repairs but also the lack of communication and compassion for their experience! Against my friend s experience I will give them a chance as I am also expecting an additional family member really soon. So due to this I was willing to give them a chance anyway. And to my surprise, my experience was very pleasant from beginning, being greeted by a gentleman named Lamont, whom was personable from beginning to the end, even so much as to deliver my vehicle to me, so I wouldn t have to take myself and other little one out in the snow. On top of that, he did EXACTLY what he said he would do, he helped me understand what repairs were required, called me twice a week as promised and DELIVERED. Results of the repairs were awesome as well and... THEY CLEANED MY CAR!! All moms with toddlers know the struggle! Extremely Pleased

We had minor damage to two of our cars. They got right back to us with the estimates. Two other places contacted did not even get back to me at all. They provided prompt and professional service. I would recommend Gerber Collision and Glass highly.

I live out of state and helped my daughter, who lives in Maryland, coordinate her collision repair. I could not be more pleased with the service she received at Gerber in Catonsville. Before she took the car in, I called and spoke at length with Lamont, who patiently answered all of my questions. He went out of his way to communicate with both me and my daughter throughout the process. He was kind, professional, and made sure we understood everything. Not only was the repair work top notch, but having Lamont reassure me and really go above and beyond to work with my daughter's work/school schedule was the icing on the cake. He also helped us coordinate her rental car, and, on the day her car was repaired (a week earlier than promised!!), he even returned the rental car for her so she could simply pick up her repaired car after work and head right to class. I would not hesitate to recommend Gerber Collision in Catonsville to family and friends, especially if they can arrange to work with Lamont as their service advisor/coordinator. My daughter was upset about the damage to her car, but Lamont worked diligently to get her repair work done quickly, to help her understand the process, and to make it as easy as he could for us. I can't say enough positive things about working with Lamont and the way he communicated with this out-of-state mom. The work was great, and Lamont was awesome!!

I had minor paint damage on my vehicle repaired here. The repair was done quickly , accurately and I was consistently updated on the progress of my vehicle. I have also had friends and family have major accident repairs done here and they were satisfied with the work as well.

Allstate claim, Gerber had my car towed before any tags or personal belongings had removed (2-3 hrs before I arrived to pick up items). They knew I was coming and forgot about it, so they had it towed to Finksberg. The only reason this isn't a one star review is that i recognize this as a relatively simple mistake, and Allstate is taking care of it and paying to have all of the items mailed to my address because they messed up.Update:The manager Arthur gave me a call and definitely helped out. I told him about the situation and he offered to help with the cost of my rental because of the delay in receiving my old tags to transfer to a new car. I definitely appreciated his help.

I want to there shop for a estimate I talked to a lady named Taylor she was very rude from the very beginning called my car a piece of sh.. and I'm wasting her time her words I don't have time for this p.o.s. my car is far from a p.o.s all I wanted was a front bumper on my 07honda Accord I told her in the very beginning I wanted to pay upfront I was speech less and very upset about my experience with this shop I couldn't believe she talks to paying customer like that very bad experience to say the least

This company subcontracted to another company to do their glass work; Glass America. When the car was returned, all the change and cash was stolen by the workers. The owner of the car could not retrieve the money, because shattered glass was all over it. Total stolen by Glass America around $35 dollars. It is one thing to have your car window shattered by thieves, yet another thing to trust those who replaced the drivers window to steal from your car. I rate the Integrity of both companies a zero.Shame on them. This company is located in Catonsville.

These people are very professional in my opinion. Fixed my car in less time than promised. Even helped me with an unrelated issue for free. Hopefully I'll never need them again but if I do I'll be taking my vehicle back to them.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I'm going to go to the Attorney General's Office, BBB and every where else I can to have this place investigated. They are taking advantage of my daughter to the point she could lose her job behind the length of time they've held her car! Crooks

I took a replacement side view mirror to the shop to have the trim painted to match the vehicle color. When the the mirror was returned I noticed the trim did not fit securely, and there was a gap present between the mirror housing and trim.When I discussed this with the owner/manager, I was told that the defect was noticed before painting it. They showed me a picture of the defect before paint. My question was, "Why did I not receive a call before proceeding to paint the part?". The answer was, "We assumed you were ok with that".Now they have my money, but I have a part that I can't return to the dealer. I did not take a picture of the part, but I am 100% sure the part did not look like that out of the box. My assumption is the painter messed up trying to take the trim off, and covered it up by popping the trim back as best as possible, then took a picture of it to say it was "received" like that.Two mistakes by this company:1. They thought I knew the part was defective.2. They assumed I was ok with the way the trim looked.In my line of work, if make an assumption, I get burned for it. I guess that is not the case with this company.

Heard good things about this place but I guess that also makes them too busy to answer questions, answer phones, or return calls. I wanted to take my car here so called and no one answered so my call was routed to the national call center who also tried to contact them but said they must be busy. So the call center took a message and said someone from the Catonsville location would contact me. Waited about 3 hours and heard nothi g so I called again....and again no answer...rerouted to national call center. Called again about 2 hours later...no answer...call rerouted again. My insurance company wants me to give them the name os a shop where I want to get my car repaired so the can get it out of the tow lot its been in since my accident but I dont want to give then the name of a place before I have even spoken to them and it seems like this place might be too busy and not able to take on any more work...or just not interested in having any more customers. So the hunt for another shop ensues.

Mike was great, super friendly and fast. I will say I live in area an passed this place so many times not even noticing it. Even with GPS on I missed the small turn to get in. It s a small hidden entrance to get in.

Gave them a 2 star review, then they kept calling me to find out why. I finally answered so they would stop calling, it took over 24 hours for a simple estimate, and still they keep asking me why! Very poor communication at this company

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Got an estimate for 1500, then went up to 2300. As it turned out, I got an estimate somewhere else for $309. Go figure. They just tried to rip me off. Consumers beware!

I am not a fan for this business I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt over and over again and same outcome comes along because they have poor communication skills and poor customer service. They are very rude and don t know respect or how to give it in that matter. There business is very unprofessional.
