I recently had some major work done on my wife's car here at Elite. They did an outstanding job! Thank you to Cedric and his team. Service was very good, staff very cordial and professional. Car work was completed in a timely manner and pricing was affordable for work completed. We were visiting Maryland from Georgia. We filled up our 2012 Mercedes Benz S350 with diesel fuel at a local BP station in Capital Heights. Soon after the car started to sputter and would not accelerate above 40 mph. Soon the check engine light came on and the car stopped working completely. We had it towed to Elite European Motors. Cedric checked and found that apparently the fuel had some sediment in it and had damaged the fuel injectors and turbo. He and his team ordered the parts needed and made the repairs. He kept us informed on the repair status and his prices were very fair. We made it back to Georgia safely.Thanks again.

I have been coming to Elite European Motors for years. I would never trust anyone with my mercedes. Cedric and his team always gets the job done. There prices are the best for the services you receive. There waiting room is clean, with a TV. Super friendly receptionist. Again, definitely the best place in the DMV to get your car serviced. No need to over pay at Mercedes! Don't hesitate. Call to get your car fixed!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Elite European Motors is a great company. They do GREAT Work and Provide Great Service to their customers. It's very disheartening to hear some of these complaints about the service they received. How can these prices be too high? If you can drive an expensive vehicle you should be able to afford the maintenance on it. Take it to the dealer and see how much you are going to dish out. I've known Cedrick for years and he is an honest person and does great work on my vehicles. He is fair and will do his best to get the job done.

Elite European Motors is one of the best vehicle service centers I ve ever patronized. They are honest and give you full knowledge of what s going on with your vehicle. They don t try to rip you off like most places and the prices are amazing. Again one of the best service centers I ve ever patronized. Everyone is friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable about the services they offer. Last thing they are very very timely and efficient in the work that they do. I d recommend them to anyone any day

I did a walk in to inquire about having a scheduled service done to my car. I actually let them perform the service and saved a couple hundred bucks compared to the dealer. The customer service was on point. Tameeka (Hope I spelled it correctly) helped me out and ensured me that I was in good hands. This was the first time my vehicle has been to any shop outside of the actual Mercedes Dealer. I was also assured that my maintenance would also be submitted and captured to the car fax database ensuring my record keeping stay in tact.

7 years of sustained excellenceI was going to trade my S430 about 7 years ago because I had so many problems with it until I was introduced to the owner of Elite EM, Cedric. Cedric has worked on my car exclusively for the last 7 years and the last 200,000 miles. I'm a Realtor and I put a lot of miles on my car and at 240,000 I wouldn't hesitate to head out across country with my S430. I'm very thankful for all that Cedric has done for my car over the years. He's the only one that I trust to keep me pushing to my next milestone of 300,000 miles!!

Drove all the way from Southern Maryland because they quoted me a good price compared to the dealer. But once they had the car, they called and informed me that I needed something else and they Charged me a couple bucks less than the dealer?! They did the work but I could've went to the dealership by my house and had a loaner for the same price...wont be returning.

Don t trust this place !!!! Cedric stole my mothers Navy blue 750Li BMW !!! Car has not been seen in over a year! Making us go to court over fake jacked up prices. We have proof video/recordings & receipts!!! Will not give her car back!! PLEASE REPORT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS Bureau!!! Clarence Mason!

Cedric Cedric Cedric!!! I came in after doing a full purchase of the vehicle for service on the car... I gave my payment, a date of promise for the car, estimate and etc. for him to TELL ME HE NEVER SEEN MY CAR BEFORE!!! How does a car vehicle just disappear!!! And Cedric and the European motors employees don t know!!! He is a SCAM!!

Upcharges by a lot in comparison to other places you contact. Also seems to try to take advantage of customers if they think you look younger. They made comments indicative that they thought I was a kid or something and tried to charge me over $2000 for a bunch of services I didn t ask for or need. Definitely would not recommend. Don t waste your time, gasoline, or money.

Don t trust them with your car! Cedric won t tell me where my vehicle is. He took my car and wouldn t give it back when I refused to pay an outrageous fee.

Do not trust these guys. Paid $1200 for a part based on a code and their recommends. They said they replaced it but it still needed other service. I took it to another shop after the problem didn't get fixed and they told me it was still coding and they showed me where it was broken. They called the other shop because they knew these guys and when I took it back the shop had no choice but to replace the expensive part.

Unprofessional steal ppl cars . They take your car and tell you it would be fit and then months later steal your car I took a Nissan there for engine problems and never seen the car again I took it as a lost ...
