NEGLIGENCE CONSUMER PLEASE BEWARE!!!!! Pictures don't lie.I took my car in for service on Friday November 11, 2023 and had two front tires replaced, I was charged over $500 for the service. While travelling to New York on Saturday November 12, 2023, this gentleman flagged me down on the highway, I pulled over and he pointed out that the entire bed of my car was on the floor, had this man not stop me when he did, I would have crashed my car on the highway and killed both my passengers due to the negligence actions of this facility. The gentleman was heaven sent, he helped tie a shoelace around the bed of my car (pictures attached) and directed me to the nearest auto shop. I plan on exposing this shop for their negligence and for risking people's lives by not even checking their work to verify if they put in the same screws they removed from my car. UNACCEPTABLE.

They were slow. I made an APPOINTMENT and sat for over 2 hours waiting for my car to be serviced. While I sat there waiting, I got online and made an appointment with Toyota. I got in my car and took it to Toyota for the oil change. I would actually like to rate this place a 0 , but it wasn t available.

Tarik took care of everything during my visit. My first time to this location and I was a walk-in. My information was already in the system from a previous location years ago. Check in was fast and easy. I needed all 4 tires pressure checked and sensors. My sensor light was on. I also needed a battery test. I was estimated 1 hr wait and they stayed close that time frame even with having to replace my start/stop battery. I was grateful everything was taken care of and I didn't have to keep starring at the annoying light on my dashboard which was supposed to be resolved at a prior oil change at another place. Thanks Tarik. I'll definitely come again if I need anything.

Quick scheduling and tire installation. In and out a little over 1 hour. Wonderful customer service. The Brandywine location is my spot now. Thanks Mr Q and the specialist who removed and installed the new set of tires.

I was unsure where I was going to take my car when I moved from Clarksburg to Brandywine. I am grateful that I found this place. The gentlemen in this store are very helpful, they fully explain what is going on with my vehicle and have gone as far to show me what is going on. Their prices are reasonable compared to others and they have informed me of promotions and discounts when applicable.

The Waldorf location wouldn't/couldn't do my oil change for my C8 so I was sent to the Brandywine location. They were helpful, courteous and extremely fast in getting me in and out. Will be using them from now on.

Definitely will not bring my car back! I had an appointment and dropped my car off on time for service. I returned 2 hours later to find my car had not been touched. The guy at the desk said he thought he mentioned they were backed up. But I would be next then he had the nerve to ask me if I want to reschedule. What I want is timely and good customer service. Never again! I'll take my business elsewhere

If I could give this locations no stars I would have. The most professional person in the entire store was the young lady at the front desk who was 8 months pregnant! To start my appointment was for 5pm. They took my car back at about 6:30. The employees were leaving with customers still waiting. Some customers left! They over charged me... but couldn't refund me that day because the manager left too! Had to come back to get my refund.Fast forward 4 months... my tires are making an awful sound... my gas mileage sucks! Take to another store for a look. My passenger side tires were not properly balanced. Now my tread is awful! This can't be fixed!! So now I have a claim pending to replace the tires and get a refund!If you need anything other than a plug... go somewhere else! I will not be visiting this location ever again. I might even stop using Tires Plus period!Service: Tires

They was doing my caliber brakes and rotors on the front of my suv. They order the wrong front caliber twice and kept my truck overnight. They don t call you nor notify you of any updates. They put the wrong caliber on again telling me it s fix come get my car. Five days or more went by and I heard noise as I was driving on highway and caliber, brakes locked up then went out on me on highway almost got hit by cars and was scared for my safety and life. They didn t put the correct stuff on my truck they tried to make it fit and didn t tell me at all. I could have gotten in a serious accident because of their negligence. I had to get off the highway to a safe place get a tow truck. The whole side where they replaced caliber was damaged. Never going there again. Since Angela left that shop has gone totally down.Service: Brake service & repair

We dropped our truck off early in the morning for a diagnostic and never got a phone call so around 3:30 my husband happened to check his email and an email had been sent hours earlier. No phone call, nothing and to make matters worse the recommended repairs that were attached to the email included two repairs that I had just paid for in June, a few months ago! So I call, no manager, was put on hold twice, finally came up and the woman did not offer any assistance at all. I am writing this because I would say BEWARE!! I spent over $3,000 here in June and this is the kind of service they provide! We are not sure if the prior repairs we were charged for were even done at this point and I will NEVER use them again and customer service is useless!

Made an appointment online, received an email and when I arrived was informed my appointment was not valid as no one in the store verified it. Excuse was they ve been busy and no one could check the system .Was told I should have called to verify. What s the point of online appointments if I need to call as well. In addition that was not stated online in the policy. Waste of time and gas be advised.

I pulled in after work with a slow leak in one of my tires and asked for it be plugged. Tarik (store manager) listened to my needs then explained the newer patch option. Within 30 minutes, I was out driving my car again. Thank you, Marvin, for repairing my tire and offering additional information regarding my tire sensor. Came in for service and repair team completed the job and pulled my car up. Placed my key in the window for the front desk (Manager). I m waiting for the Manager to come out of the office for 20 mins now. I ve called out his name and still, he s in the office. This is the second time I ve used this location and it s the front office that s the problem. The two times I ve gone to tires plus to get new tires they ve somehow installed the tires wrong. The rim isn t flush to the tire and it sticks out in an unnatural way. I had someone grab my attention on the road because my tire was wobbling crazy. I guess you have to be an expert in order to recognize their bad work before you leave. Very lazy and unprofessional work.Service: Tires

Told my wife they'd need $2000 to fix an issue with the tie rods. Turns out their solution was to replace the entire rack and pinion. For a damaged tie rod. Ontop of another $1000 to do the brakes and spark plugs.AAA quotes us 500 for the tie rod replacements and I'll do the rest myself. Don't take your car here. They'll just keep running up the bill because they can.Services: Brake service & repair, Oil change

They squeezed me in on a Saturday morning for an unexpected tire change. They serviced my vehicle and I was out the door with two new tires within 2 hours. They re also competitively priced. My tires were only $40 less online vs getting it from them in the store. Worth it for unplanned maintenance.

Had a new tire installed. They did NOT reset the system = causing my 'tire pressure low' light to go off. When I called about it, I was told that they would charge me $53 to diagnose???Please at least put in a keurig for customers that are waiting.

When I first posted my review on this Tire Plus I thought this place is nice, clean and like other shops busy but professional. I got 6 tires put on my truck and needed to make sure I didn't need a oil change and that my brakes and rotors were okay. I needed a complete check. I asked questions and thought I left with some type of clarity to what it was that I was getting done with my truck. When I left the shop there was a lot of traffic on the road cause it was Black Friday but I took my truck home and parked it. Few days later, I'm driving my truck and it's shaking every time I brake. I call them up cause it wasn't happening before and they told me it's my rotors. Ya, okay. Now, you want me to bring it back and it cost to check it. No thanks. For the amount of money I already paid you don't have to worry about me anymore.

First visit in almost 1 1/2 years and not a good experience. I waited in the lobby area for about 10 mins before flagging down the guy that's supposed to be at the service desk. Finally got checked in and my vehicle in for my alignment. While waiting, other guests arrived and also had to wait to be acknowledged. I informed them of my experience and suggested they do the same. I didnt have to wait long which is good. However, I was not offered an explanation of the service once completed. I would recommend the company ensure its employees are trained to make sure they are meeting and exceeding the needs of the customer.

Not the best customer service at the front desk. Hispanic or Indian girl was more concerned with her personal cellphone. Waited 3 hrs for an oil change and one of my tires was almost flat when I got it back. No one noticed my tire was really low? Dont give this store a dime, wont be back

I called for 2 tires and the lifetime alignment deal, Set up an appointment for 11am the next day with tires I was told were in stock. I arrived at 10:20am dropped off the vehicle told them I d be waiting rather than sit in the waiting room due to covid and comfort I walked over to target, walked back over around 11:20am my truck still had not been taken into the shop, okay they seem a bit busy I walked to chipotle and got lunch, walked back over sat in the waiting room; time is now 12:02 a mechanic walked through was asked to do something an said no I gotta get this done they ve been waiting an its 1000$ just sitting there. In the next 10 minutes he goes out an pulls my truck in. One of the counter employees then calls me over an says the tires they showed 4 of in stock are missing so I ll have to get different more expensive tires but they ll give me 10% off, I need the tires so Okay but why did it take 90 minutes 60 of which were after my appointment time to find out you don t have the tires. An all you can offer me is 10% off? The mechanic was the only person to have any interest in my personal time. As of 1pm I have not left the shop. This particular shop is not ran well.

In and out without a hitch. I highly recommend the lifetime alignment if you plan on keeping your car. The roads will pull your car out of alignment and affect your tire wear.
