Eby s is great! They have worked with my family for years and have been really accommodating/helpful! I had been taking my used car to the dealer I purchased it from about 3 yrs ago, because of coupons for free service. I can tell you now that EBy s is caring for my car it has never run better! I was in shock with how nice it drove after service. It was like a whole new car! So impressed! Thank you Eby s!

I was very impressed by the service I received at Eby's Garage. They were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They diagnosed and fixed the problem with my car in no time, and charged me a fair price. They also gave me some helpful tips on how to maintain my car in good condition. I highly recommend Eby's Garage to anyone who needs professional and reliable automotive service.

Clearly I had a different experience than most of the reviews here. I took my car in for engine sputtering, asked for tune up and diagnostic. Supposedly work was done, found another issue during tune up, bill almost $800 and diagnostic recommendation was to get a tune up. Pick up car and within days the sputtering is back and check engine light back on. Sputtering has changed to occurring at low speeds or at idle. I set appointment to go back in. Takes a few weeks as I only have this one car. They had some offer for free diagnostic, so I selected the option, though to me I m still dealing with engine light and sputtering which was original complaint. So now they say the air intake valve is damaged and needs replaced. Another $600 including a second diagnostic fee. They claimed first diagnostic was inconclusive because check engine light wasn t on at the time. And apparently no one noticed the tail light that is out. I don t mind paying for quality work, but I certainly don t consider their diagnostic rates or quality to be a good investment.

We have been very pleased each time we have had work done. Jeremy Myers, Service Manager, makes sure we are constantly informed regarding the work being done and it is always completed in a timely manner. The owner, Doran Eby and everyone else at the garage give personal attention to each customer and it is appreciated. The garage is easy to access and very well known in the area.

Cost of service was reasonable, and service itself was very professional. Most importantly, I could tell the staff was being honest and not trying to gouge, which is worth plenty. Appreciate the work!

Prompt and courteous are what comes to mind when I recall my visits to Eby's Garage. They have chairs for waiting for minor service or they will give me a ride home if my car needs major attention. Easily a 5 Star organization!

Eby s garage was fantastic! I used them for the first time on repairs for my Jeep Wrangler and they were outstanding in their communication and the final repairs. I will be using them for all of my vehicles in the future!

I needed to get a Maryland inspection on a vehicle that I had purchased out of state. They got me an appointment quickly. They were very helpful answering my questions and gave friendly advice as well.

I've used their services twice and recommended Eby's garage to friends and family a few times. They're great. This is a team that shows much knowledge, responsibility, and fair pricing. There are two things I love about this place the most: they're completely honest (trustworthy), and one can tell they love and are proud of their craft.

Again, thank you to all at Eby s garage. Fantastic service, turnaround time and very good quality work. It pays to find a reputable repair shop that has a service record not just repairs but what is going to be needed. No Monday morning quarterback on the side of the road. I walk in a say my wife s first name and they tell me the car!!!!That s the beauty of Boonsboro. Local reputable businesses and personal services.

Great experience with Eby s Garage! I m new to town and my truck battery died. They had someone come out immediately to my house to jump the battery, ordered one for me (went across town to get it for me) and had it installed very quickly. I had my usual annual tuneup done, where I ask to have all my fluids, spark plugs, wires, filter replacements, the works done anything that can be replaced, replace it! I was also going to need to have at least 2 tires replaced because one had a few nails in it, but they warned me that my other tires had worn unevenly so I needed all 4. They also saw that I need two of my brakes replaced. And my check engine light had just come on where they luckily found no problem. Also with my car make, there s apparently a common problem with the lugs needing replacement, which they also did. And all this was done in one day! This is the first time I ve used this shop, and I feel totally confident in everyone there and they have won me as a customer!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Auto brake repair, Auto tire replacement, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

Jeremy and the crew at Eby s garage were great. They helped me out with an issue that I had with my truck. An issue that had just been worked on at another shop that left me with more issues than when I started. Jeremy was great at explaining everything to me in detail about what was going on, how they would fix the issue, and insured me that they would make sure it was resolved before having me come out and pick it back up. I highly recommend Ebys Garage and will be using them again if we need any work on our vehicles.Service: Transmission

It was ver easy to schedule an appointment online. I was able to drop my Suburban off and I used the key drop. The work was completed very quickly. I received a call from the garage to explain the estimated cost of repairs and then they allowed me an opportunity to decide if those repairs should be completed. I have been pleased with the service I've received and, more importantly, they have not done any work I haven't approved.Service: A/C installation & repair

On September 14, 2023, Eby's Garage charged me $51.80 for labor to remove and replace cabin air filters which I provided at my expense. On the same visit, Eby's Garage charged me $120.87 for labor to remove and replace a battery. I was charged an additional $176.58 for the battery. I believe the labor charges are too high so I give Eby's Garage 1 Star.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

Super nice people working there! I was running late because I found a wasp nest in my car door & got stung and when I got there they even gave me ointment to put on the stings. Eby s made the process effortless and stress-free from start to finish when I desperately needed my car looked at due to a rattling engine and check engine light on. I dropped my car off in the morning without an appointment and by 11:00 they had called me with an update. My car was finished before 2:00, and even though I couldn t pick it up until after hours, they made it easy by putting my key in a lockbox. Jeremy was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions without making me feel unintelligent Highly recommend their services to anyone!

They repaired my axles and advised me on additional safety items that need attention. They also kept my car for several extra days trying to help me with an intermittent issue I have been experiencing. They did everything they could to help and I am very appreciative of the time they took without charging me any extra. They even replaced the locense plate bolt on the car I was using that day and didn't charge me anything. They always go above and beyond and never pressure me to spend more than I need to. I plan to return for more work that needs done. I trust Eby's and have only had positive experiences with them.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection
