I have been taking my vehicles here since 2016. I totaly trust adkins with all my automotive needs. From wiper blades to oil changes to everything. The prices are reasonable. The staff is ao friendly and knowladgable. They wont sell you stuff you dont neeed. There 100% honest. I feel confident taking my vehicles there. Knowing they get the utmost care. The staff is very kind they go out of there way to help.

Fast, fair and affordable. I was able to get two vehicles in. One was scheduled and the other had a sudden TPMS light. Adkins was able to get my vehicle in, repaired and back to me without any issue.Both vehicles I was kept up to date on the service and completion.Super welcoming and made me feel like family. I needed brakes and some other miscellaneous things fixed on my C class motorhome. They kept me informed throughout and was happy overall with the work and it was a fair price. I won t take my motorhome anywhere else.

Adkins Automotive is the best repair shop I've used across 35 years and across 3 states. They are very honest, up-front, and will not "fluff-up" what is needed. You can be sure what they tell you is correct and they will let you know if there are other dependencies for not doing something they recommend. They are willing to work with both a novice car person as well as to work with an advanced car person. Great service! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Repairs were done right the first time and the price was better than competitive. Another mechanic tried to get me for $1700 but Adkins said I did not need all that work and only charged me $285.

They are the place to go fixed my son car run better then we first got it the young lady that answered the phone was so sweet and nice and very helpful. So if you need your car fixed go to Adkins Automotive!!!!!

Jason and Tanya are not only extremely nice but they are also very professional. They are very knowledgeable about vehicles and the types of repairs needed no matter what make or model of vehicle. I have been going to Adkins for over 3 years and have never left unsatisfied. I trust Jason with my vehicle no matter what the repair. He is thorough every time and takes the time to explain the repairs before and after it s done. They are very affordable compared to many other big and small auto shops. They not only treat every customer like family, but they make sure your vehicle is safe and reliable as if you really are a family member. Jason has worked on my 08 Jeep, my fianc� s 14 Jeep, my mother s 04 Toyota, my mother s new 19 Nissan Rogue, a friends old 02 Yukon and a friends new 18 Chevy truck. Jason is very skilled and is able to work on any vehicle no matter the age or make/model. I would recommend Adkins Automotive to anyone I know. They really are the best in every way possible.

Absolutely amazing staff with amazing work ethic. Fast and friendly staff. The facility is extremely clean and the prices are very competitive. I have no issue recommending this business to anyone . The knowledge staff can fix anything that from a car to a Fire Engine. The staff just completed some custom restoration work on my classic truck. Thank you so much!

The best mechanic and service you will ever get!!!Adkins automotive service is absolutely the best auto service that I have ever encountered. In this day and age where service is generally average at best, this business by far consistently exceeds on all levels. Jason and Tanya are always friendly and professional in dealing with all automotive issues. You never feel that awkward or uncomfortable when it comes to discussing pressing mechanical issues. Tonya always goes that extra mile to explain and give you options to all situations. I have recommended many friends and family to this business. Great experiences are the best advertising tools. My vehicle had been making a very disturbing noise for several months and I was not sure where to take it for repair. A friend of mine recommended Adkins Automotive. Upon arriving for my appointment I was promptly greeted with a friendly smile. After explaining the problem, it took Jason only a very short time to discover the problem. He explained what was causing the noise and what it would take to repair the same. I was given a cost for the repair and was stunned that it was nowhere near as much as I was expecting. I advised him to go ahead and order the parts and make the repair. While waiting I inquired as to their prices on oil change and tire rotation and was pleasantly surprised to learn their prices were less than half of what I had been paying at one of the drive-thru places. My total time spent there was about 1 hour and my experience could not have been better. Needless to say, I will be returning there for any future automotive needs. I can't say enough good about Adkins Automotive.

We were very dissatisfied with the extensive service they said was needed and then did a very poor repair job. I paid over $1100 for the repair only to find out the next day the problem hadn't been repaired at all. We called and they said, "it must be something else," and wanted to charge us again. My question was if it was something else, why didn't they find the problem in the first place and what did they really fix for $1100. I understand sometimes things are missed but then I would expect them to honor the repair and fix the problem. We took the vehicle to another repair shop who identified the actual problem and who did a great job but it cost us another $2100.00. We requested a refund from Adkins for the $1100 but they refused. We won't be back!Response to Adkins Response: No I will not remove. You are located on Crystal Falls Drive, it was my daughter's Nissan SUV you worked on K Bailey. I paid for the repair both times.

I've been coming to Adkins automotive for a long while now with my mother's and my cars..their always fast, friendly, and affordable. I love that when I go I get my car worked on in a timely manner and I get puppy time with their shop dog "peanut"..if u want your car fixed by honest people in a timely manner and get your fill of puppy time while doing so come visit Adkins automotive

Excellent job and even used higher end aftermarket parts to ensure the repair will last the life of the truck. Willing to go the extra mile and willing to listen to their customers concerns. I went in today because my car was squealing. I was expecting news about a pulley or something. Instead they brushed off a component and the squealing stopped. It took less than 5 minutes and they said "You're good". I left with my mind blown and a smile on my face. Honest, straight forward service and good pricing every time I have been there. Its refreshing to leave the mechanic without feeling broke and desperate.

My minivan broke down on Friday night, in the beginning of the weekend family trip to WV. Decided to leave the minivan at Adkins because they were listed as working on Saturdays. Indeed, they took care of the problem on Saturday for a great price, and I picked up my car on the way home on Sunday. Thank you so much for saving my time and money! Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.
