If you are looking for great customer service, I highly recommend you bringing your Volvo to be serviced at this location. I brought my vehicle in to have brakes checked, and Malcolm provided exceptional customer service. He answered all my questions and frequently checked in on me to provide status updates. Malcolm, keep up the great work!

Got a real nice car from here. Easy transaction quick and the best part I didn't have the salesman ride woth me and my family on the test drive. 1 place I went to salesmen drove with us and just ruined it. My salesman did not do that. Once I remember our salesman name I'll post him but he definitely took care of us.

Went to go get my 6-month maintenance check. I was very pleased with the hospitality. I did not or rather I was not aware of how the process goes after dropping off the car but other than that it was a good experience and I will be back to have them work on my car only. And shout out to Daniel who was the consultant at the time of my car being served.... You rock dude thanks

I purchased my vehicle from Ourisman Volvo in Aug 2023 and bought my 30k through 60k services. I took my Volvo to Lindsay Volvo for the 30k service because it was closer to my house. I ended up having an issue with my tire that was Lindsay Volvo s fault, however Lindsay Volvo would not fix it. I called Ourisman Volvo and Beaver and Brian went above and beyond to take care of me. It literally an hour away from my house but I will always go to Ourisman Volvo because they understand customer service and how to properly service a vehicle. I was regretting my decision to buy a Volvo but Beaver and Brian restored my faith in my decision! Thank you to those guys and to Ourisman Volvo!

I ve had incredibly poor experiences both at the dealership and at the service department. I was quoted a price and returned to pickup my car and told 30% higher only to be told oh we made a mistake . Multiple issues drove me to lease me next Volvo from DARCARS Rockville and had a considerably better experience all around.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I tried with this location several times,the customer service and service was horrible.The service rep Walter was always extremely nasty and wasnt pleasant with me at all.It was one gentleman by the name of Danny that would always step in and be of great help.But I switched volvo location,which is so much better,and more customer service friendly.I wouldn't recommend nobody to go to the Butler rd location.

Dealership tried to charge twice for a repair. Recall of air bag. Required work replace clock spring located next to airbag which would require removal of steering wheel and airbag. When I complained about the double charge for labor they agreed not to charge for labor and proceeded to upcharge for the part, 2 other dealers charge $354 for part $ I was charged $600.

I had my Volvo for six days when the check engine light came on. The dealership I bought it from did not respond. After two days, I called Ourisman. They told me to stop by and they would fit me in. They took care of my issue in one minute. Very responsive and polite. Much appreciated.

In July 2022, my car broke down in Leesburg, VA, and was towed to Fairfax Volvo. Due to staffing issues, they recommended transferring my vehicle to another service center. I agreed to wait, but without my consent or knowledge, my car was transported to Bethesda Volvo.In November 2022, I was informed by Bethesda Volvo that my car had been at their facility for over a month, and they requested payment for storage costs. This issue arose because Fairfax Volvo provided the wrong phone number for me. I updated my contact information with Bethesda Volvo and worked with them to resolve the car issues and collision damage.In December, I worked with Volvo Bethesda to claim my insurance and to start collision damage repair. I submitted an insurance claim, and the inspector visited the service center and provided a quote in December 2022 as well. However, in January 2023, Bethesda Volvo contacted me, inquiring why my car was still at their facility. They promised to send a new quote within three days, but I did not receive any updates in February or March.Upon contacting Volvo North America in March, I was told they had tried to reach me by phone, but I had not received any calls or emails since January. I believe my updated contact information was not properly recorded. Attempts to communicate via email have been ignored, and I have incurred over $4,400 in lease and insurance payments since last July.As a luxury brand, I expected a better customer experience from Volvo. However, the service I have received has been extremely disappointing.

Customer service was very good except no available loaner and had my vehicle for more than a week through the holiday season. The repair seems questionable... so much so that I've decided to trade for another Volvo. May have a better experience for less complicated repairs and service.

TOTAL SCAM! We were quoted over $6000 worth or work on our 2013 XC60. They attempted to scare us into spending money on completely unnecessary work. Took the car to Volvo specialists in Rockville and got the necessary work done for under $2k. When you compare charges here with those elsewhere for standard things like alignment checks and fluid changes the prices here are literally 3x elsewhere. Replacement timing belt estimate was $2,800! We got it done for $600 in Rockville. Worst of all, the salesman was constantly gaslighting me. Saying things like this car has been really well taken care of, everything is going really great and then pulling out the $6k bill at the end. They are cowboys dressed in suits.

Highly recommend and would have my car serviced here again in the future. I was visiting family in DC and needed my car serviced while in town. Worked with Evereth as my advisor who was friendly and thorough. They picked up my car, did all the work and brought it back to me same day.Since moving to DC I have now used there services a few times. I have not had any complaints and have been happy overall.

Don't go for waiting for car to be serviced. I went to there twice and both of them it took me over 4 hours. I went to there a year ago for a 3 year warranty service and took me over 4 hours but I forget this for this time. Again, it took me over 4 hours. I will never come to the Bethesda service center again. There are no loaner car service and nothing to spend time there except coffee and tea. I also see that my car was dirty after the service. No cleaning service at all.Service: Oil change

I feel I am robbed by this dealership. I took my car for service couple of months ago and my break pads were reported to be at 50%, couple of months later the are worn off completely resulting in damage to routers and increase in cost of repair which could be resolved by only changing the pads.I would never go back there.

I recently moved the the area and was in need of an oil change. I scheduled my service online and was pleasantly surprised by the valet option. When I scheduled my service, it never once mentioned an additional cost for valet, yet I was later charged $25 for this option on top of $1,100 service bill. Online, I was able to select an option for a loaner and when I called to confirm my appointment the day before, I was told the dealership didn t do loaners. I was forced to cancel my appointment because I was in need of a car for the weekend. Even though I canceled, the dealership still sent a valet driver out the next morning. I called the dealership to inform them of the mistake and no one answered.I rescheduled my appointment for following week, and Ourisman Volvo continued to disappoint. My car was picked up at 9AM, and it wasn t until I called at 6PM that I had an update on my car. I was told my car hadn t been looked at, but would be taken care of first thing in the morning. When I hadn t heard any update by lunchtime the next day, I called the dealership again, only to get no answer. After multiple phone calls and texts to the service line, I was misdirected to the wrong service advisor s voicemail. Once someone finally answered, I was told my car would be ready by 5PM. My car wasn t dropped off until 6PM.After all of the miscommunication and poor customer service, I was greeted with an $1,100 bill. I was charged for a service I didn t approve of and not one fee was waived or discounted for the terrible experience. I will never trust Ourisman Volvo with my car again. If you live in Bethesda, spend the gas money and find a dealership father away.Service: Oil change

I have owned a Volvo S-80 for the past ten years and have kept it maintained by the Ourisman Volvo maintenance team during this entire time.I ve always appreciated the professionalism of staff and the quality of the work. I appreciated their shuttle service and LOVE their recent option of having my vehicle picked up at my home.This year, a friend expressed interest in purchasing my still-reliable sedan so I began reviewing new-ish models. I winnowed my choices to two different brands, but selected the Volvo.Why? Ourisman VolvoI know I will receive quality service.I hope to drive another well-maintained Volvo for the next ten years.

Went in to get my oil changed and airbag light cleared. Somewhat confident my oil was changed but when I got back in my car, the airbag light was still on. They charged me $190 to clear the light and the light is still on. When I called to discuss, they were very argumentative and defensive. It did not seem like they wanted to work it out.

Brenda was awesome to work with. We had a problem with how the bumper cover accessory was installed and it was damaging the lift gate. She got us in quickly and fixed it all! This Volvo is not the closest to us at all, but we will be returning for further service from now on.

Scheduled service online over the weekend in an available appointment. Called them an hour before the appointment to confirm only to be told that may car would not be serviced until the following day after spending 40 minutes driving to the service center. Spare yourself the time. Take your car to Volvo Falls Church or Fairfax where they actually value your business.

This was the first time deal with a volvo dealship and it was wonderful experience. The service assistant Shawn Hirsch assisted me with my problem and he put me at ease insuring me that my car was in good hands. I could not thank him enough for his professionalism and patience. Just like he said everything worked out.

This place the worst. If you love car. The owner is not very thoughtful of others. Keeps abandoned cars around for spare parts to fix your vehicles. Nice rite.
