I am very particular when it comes to where I have my car serviced. I found Magic Benz Services to be very knowledgeable when it comes to my car.They are trustworthy and their prices are fair and the customer service is excellent. They are great alternative to taking my older model Mercedes to the dealership with better prices.

Exceptional 5 star Service @Magic BenzWhere do I begin first off a friend of mine recommended Magic Benz to me when I started having car trouble. Mind you my Benz is newer and I was skeptical in the beginning but that was quickly put to rest when I took my vehicle to the shop. Angi, greeted me with such warmth and professionalism, instantly making me feel welcomed. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure all my queries were addressed. Their hands-on approach and commitment to customer satisfaction is a rare find in the auto repair industry. The owner personally checked in to ensure I was happy with the services rendered, which speaks volumes about their dedication to excellence.Every interaction with the staff at Magic Benz was a testament to their professionalism and expertise. I like the technical side of service but the customer service part needs work. My E350 came in for Service update. Two weeks later I receive an email with recommended list of work. One item that caught my eye was a low air pressure which I think should've been a given for just filling up the tire to recommended level. Why list? And if it was something more important, a better explanation might be in order.The power steering for my E320 was bad so I made an appt. I had to cancel a Tues appt and called Monday afternoon. I don't know who I spoke with but they rescheduled me for Fri. I called Fri am to let them know the car was being towed and they didn't have a record of an appt. I didn't get it looked at until Monday after I called several times to assess the status. In hindsight I recognize I should've checked Thurs to confirm. In my opinion, the customer service should've gotten a status of every auto in the shop and have a rolling status of each car with an estimated service complete date. It would help customer service and elevate the shop's reputation for service as well as to remove the customer stress of not knowing the status. Not every service event is a same-day complete project.

This company is a scam.. u took my car their and was given a list of things needed after waiting 4 hours. When I ask for an itemized print out so that I could make a decision on which one to do frist, I was told that this is not something they. What mercedes authorized mechanic shop doesn't offer this. Once I REQUESTED it THE .manager became rude. He that people like me ask for this information. When I asked him what that meant. HE SAID PEOPLE LIKE YOU WITH MO MONEY. IM A BLACK WOMAN WHO HAS Been driving a benz for over 20 years . I will never go there again. .

Magic Benz has been my preferred car service center since purchasing my car in 2018. They are always efficient, detailed, and friendly, while taking the best car of my vehicle!

Do not waste your time or money here. Customer service is unprofessional, rude and incompetent. They will keep you waiting all day and not call you back regarding your car. Concerns are met with disrespect. If ask for a quote in writing they will take down your email address and never call back. That is the first indication of a scam. Stay away from this manipulative foolishness.

I went to Magic Benz, at the recommendation of one of my coworkers. I needed a headlight replaced on my SL500. What I thought would be a fairly simple task, turned out to be more complicated because of the location and one of the components. I firstly appreciate the friendly and efficient assistant working me in..and secondly I appreciate the patience and thoroughness that Yared demonstrated while tackling the job. Mission was accomplished!! I will definitely be back!! Awesome customer and technical service Service: General repairs & maintenance

If I could give zero stars I would. Please take this review seriously and read until the end. Please DO NOT take your car to Magic Benz. I have concluded that they do not operate their business with integrity or honesty. A week ago, I took my new car in for a basic oil change and a few other services. I waited with my car until services were complete. A few days later, I noticed blue scratch marks on the bumper. The funny thing is, when you look at exterior pictures of the building, there are blue walls and blue polls everywhere. That's right BLUE. I suspected that the person who worked on my car may have accidentally damaged the bumper while working on it. Just to be sure, I called Magic Benz and asked the front desk receptionist Ariana to send me pictures of my car before they worked on it. Of course, when she sent the pictures to me, there were no blue scuffs or scratches on the bumper. I called back and Ariana told me to bring the car in so they could take a look AND she said we have cameras everywhere so we can just review the footage. I was relieved and I thought for sure the footage would reveal exactly what happened. When I brought the car back to Magic Benz, to my surprise they said the video footage only went back three days, and I had my car serviced 5 days ago. Mysteriously, there was NO VIDEO FOOTAGE of what happened that day! The manager was not helpful at all. He refused to take responsibility for the damage, and to make matters worse the owner wasn't there and refused to come in and speak with me about the situation. In conclusion, I left with no resolution and blue scuff marks remain on my bumper. I'm disappointed. I trusted this company to take care of my vehicle and they were negligent.

I should've just taken my car (E350) to the dealership when I had an accident rather than trusting these shady people. Long story short, if you can, please avoid them when it comes to major fixes except oil changes and maybe breaks. However, if you decide to at least give them a try, please secretly voice-record every conversation as some of their stories don't touch. You'll have recurring problems.I'm also not sure why communication is a problem for them but at this point, I'm almost certain that Angela at the front desk may be the manager's wife or she has something on them. No ordinary person with this nasty attitude will still have their job after multiple complaints of keeping customers in the loop during and after repairs. You'd have to always be the one calling and asking about the status of repairs.Oh yeah, she will smile and pretend but doesn't take her long to switch up when she's at fault.If you've been there before, you'll know what I'm talking about, and if you haven't, good luck if you decide to give them a try.Services: Auto body & trim repair, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I was passing through town yesterday and I noticed a grinding noise coming from the front right wheel. I called 7 places around my location, for an emergency repair. None of them wanted to even look at my Mercedes Sprinter to tell me what was wrong, except Magic...I was told to get there as soon as can, and they'll look at my van. Sure enough, I get there they were busy like hell, but as promised they took me in. The diagnostic was fast, the repair was done in about an hour, and I was on my way. An extremely friendly place, with competent mechanics and a wonderful attitude toward customers. Thank you, Magic Benz.

The customer service is outstanding and professional. I live in Virginia about a 45 minute drive with no traffic and with traffic about one hour and fifteen minutes. They are worth the also honest because they quoted me a price over the phone and once the work was completed I paid $200.00 less. They are the best and this is the only place that works on my car.i have a 2014 Mercedes Benz s63 and I'm very particularI highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a good price and outstanding servicesServices: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

I ve been going to this place since they was at the other location, and it s getting worse and worse getting your vehicle service there, it s the second time now the gave me a total price over the phone saying the vehicle is ready for pick up and when I went there to pick up my vehicle it s another price on the bill. And also the interior of the vehicle on the driver s side the mat was muddy and very dirty and I m totally not happy with the service, also when I lift up the hood there was coolant all over the engine. Would not be going there again I m really disappointed in the quality of service and the charge, $2200 for labor for a thermostat replacement is just too much, people stay away they are a ripoff

Will take my vehicle to the dealership from now on.Magic Benz attempted to charge me for services that I did not need. Example: A little over two years ago, they indicated that I needed a complete brake job ASAP and needed another part replaced.The young lady at the front desk said that I shouldn t wait need to get brakes now.Took the vehicle to a local Mercedes dealership and they said I did not need new brakes or the other part.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I m a past customer that decided to return to give the business another opportunity to do my work. I m disappointed to have to leave this review because I spoke with them directly about the lack of communication, and professionalism they lack in. Yet, I was in the same position again with the business. My truck was there for three days the time they told me to find out the issue, I was always reaching out, although I was told they would call to update me on the issue. Then I was told it was some other issues which I went , and purchased the parts which was still sitting in my backseat not touched, too add insult the part numbers was provided u the shop. I never had a return call from the shop, nor did I get an apology for the inconvenience by the owner. However, the receptionist are very friendly, and honest it s just disappointing to be in this position. I just removed my vehicle, and I will not be returning. I feel he is overwhelmed with vehicles, and takes on more than he can handle. I will not allow you as a business owner lie on me , or our I risk conversation regarding my truck. You had my truck for a week never contacted me back. I told you it had a issue with cross wiring which was causing the truck not keep the battery going. We never discussed other than you staying I needed a cramshaft which had nothing to do with the issue I brought it in for! You relayed a message to your receptionist to tell me I needed to buy a pulley, cramshaft part/etc. Be honest and professional!! I pride a business on their work ethic as well honesty and transparency. But you are lyingto save face for this honest review I m exposing. You left my truck out in the same space parked for a week not a day. My truck holds 2 batteries not 1! So please be careful when you respond with truthfulness.

Magic Benz serves is a first class automobile repair shop. I've had work performed on all of my vehicles, including Mercedes, Lexus and Nissan. Never had a problem with the work that was performed. Very honest and trustworthy. Highly recommend. Prices lower than dealer and other locations that I've researched.

My car has been with them for 4 weeks. They "repaired " two parts and my car is STILL not running, but want me to pay $1600 for the repair. I've had to call them, I never get any communication from them directly. For small things like brakes they are fine, but if you have major issues take your Mercedes to some other specialist.

I ve always had a great experience at Magic Benz since I found out about their company 2 years ago when I bought my first Mercedes, the GL 450. The reception staff are very pleasant, engaging and polite. Some of the cool things about MB is that they make sure to provide you a ride to the Metro after drop off or to pick up, they don t charge to fix your tire pressure, free thorough car wash sometimes, and above all, their parts are quite reasonable.

Got work done 378.00 to replace heater valve. However, upon getting my vehicle back I had 8 malfunction dealing with my lights on dash. I told Magic Benz that these lights where not present before repairs and they agreed. Once they checked things out i was in need of repairs costing 90.00 a piece totalling 180.00. Magic Benz called an unfortunate coincidence. I'm having a hard time grasping this because my vehicle had been in there care for the entire day. I don't believe in coincidence and I feel deep in my spirit foul play. Therefore, I won't be returning to Magic Benz.

This place is very professional and these guys know their stuff. Always putting customer needs first. I had a s550 which needed warranty repair. Gary (awesome mechanic & Owner) is highly recommended. Anyway, Gary allowed my vehicle to stay until we got the warranty mess cleared. Gary repaired car and gave me great price on repairs the warranty company refuse to pay. FYI never use Direct Buy Warranty. 100% scam extended warranty service.

This by far is the best mechanic shop I've ever patronized. Mr.Yared and his staff are sent from God literally. You will not find a more genuine soul when it comes to mechanics . The staff is very professional and personable . Also , you will not find a better price in the area. If you drive a foreign car, you expect to spend more for repairs.However , I always feel as if Ive gotten dealership service for a more than fare price.If repairs are what you need, then Magic Benz is your place!!Tell them Bobby sent ya !

If I could give MAGIC BENZ 100 STARS I would without ANY hesitation!!! THIS IS MY TESTIMONY LADIES & GENTLEMAN: I own an "S" Class Mercedes. For years I've been taking it to the dealership for maintenance & minor concerns. We ALL know dealerships are NOT customer friendly, regardless of their "false advertisement". I've spent thousands of dollars at the dealership for services that I KNOW was NOT justifiable!!! MAGIC BENZ was heaven sent when i needed them the most. This place is by far unlike ANY service shop you will EVER encounter!! TRUST & BELIEVE ME; this place is PROFESSIONAL & HONEST. YOU will thank me for this review...reviews can be VERY misleading & VERY bias; so i know you're reading this with doubts & skepticism. I've saved thousands by this shop!! I've also gained many new found friends from their customers. I WISH other shops had the sincerity & honesty like MAGIC BENZ. GOOD customer service is a dying breed; it's all about quantity instead of quality for these dealerships!! We ALL work hard for our money so why donate it to the dealership. This company is close to my office so I try to use them but I've found that they aren't good at communicating with the customer. I took my car in for a schedule A service and it wasn't until I went to get the car that I was told additional work needed to be performed. This was a complete waste of time because I could have given authorization over the phone to have the additional work done.Also, it took too long for the service to be complete. I called a number of times for a up date only to be told they would call me back, which never happened.

Extremely pleased with the body work done on my 10 year old car! Looks like new. Also the services completed on my radiator and alternator were done in a timely manner and at a competitive cost! Love the extended hours too!

Its local , the prices are okay, ive shopped around and founf cheaper, however I like to support local black owned small businesses. They could work on their communication and customer service a tad bit. I usually have to call to check the status, I really feel as though thats unprofessional. Over all, they take good care of my car, I love that they ONLY specialise in Mercedes, and I will always be a loyal customer.

Excellent service and thorough. Walked me out to my vehicle and showed me what the problem was instead of just telling me, and me having blind faith. Would definitely go back again. Absolutely the best Benz repair shop in MD/DC area !!! I have been going here for over 5 solid years and own 2 cars which I would never, ever, ever take anywhere else to be fixed. Great service, great prices, great work. Magic Benz is the best !

I recently had work done on my 2009 mercedes sl550 convertible and just had to share my amaizing experience. I thought with the cold weather, my convertible top on an older car might have just been frozen. I really had no clue wgat was going on. The mechanics were able to quickly look at my car, identify the problem, and give me an estimate on the cost to fix the problem (i needed a new convertible top motor). The lady in the front assured me she would be able to find me the part quickly and at a good price. She delivered exactly what she said would (and was very polite and bubbly). All in all, the staff seems caring and stick to their word, while still offering a fair price. I was recommended here by a friend and I'm recommending here to anyone else in need of mercedes repairs.

I rarely give reviews but this place is probably as good as it gets when it comes to auto mechanics. Their prices almost can't be beat when it comes to Benz, and their customer service is exceptional. Went there for something pretty expensive and they fixed my cigarette burner fuse thingy for FREE. Their rates beat other places. Won't ever go anywhere else to fix my benz!

Now i will say this, Be young & having a benz can be costly if your money is not in the right place however, magic benz somehow makes the cost of maintaining your benz very seamless. I think it s the receptionist, she never has a rude attitude, she always makes me feel at home and she always makes me feel like swiping my card is like eating a slice of cake. I respect this business, and their workers and if we re being honest, i rather spend my money here than At Mercedes-benz p.s im african and this business is not owned by an African so i have no emotional ties to this business so when i say I really like it here, i mean it!!!

Have been getting both of my mercedes vehicles serviced at the mercedes dealership for quite some time and i must say I literally was paying for the name, started taking my vehicle to magic benz same quality work half the price. Just recently had a side view mirror replaced Ariana helped me find the best price possible to get my unexpected repair taken care of and in a timely manner which was most appreciated, i called her literally a million times lol and she remained courteous professional and extremely helpful. Also conveniently located might i add.
