Nadeem helped me so much!!! Honesty was key! He did not rip me off. I forgot when my oil was due to be changed and he told me I didn t need an oil change because I was not due. He was honest with me when he could have lied and told me I needed an oil change when I didn t. I will come back to this jiffy lube because they are honest with us! Excellent service!!!!

I have been going to Jiffy lube but I had never experienced the quality of great customer service that I received at Jiffy lube multi care. I personally feel that ALL Jiffy lube whether company or franchise should provide this level of customer service.

I had an oil change and tire rotation here in May. The service is great. Until today, however, I didn't notice one tire was not installed properly, as shown in the attached photo. Also, the sensors were not re-learnt after the tire rotation. For example, the air pressure of the right front tire is shown as the left rear on the panel.

The service was fast. The price was too much. Just for an oil change, $48 is too much. At the Jiffy Lube where I live, it s $35. The population there is 10x that of where I m from, so it s no reason for such a high price, especially since I had my own oil and filter and declined all their other services.

Took my diesel truck there.for a oil change today.very nice crew. Clean work area. Price was great..lounge smelt Clean and looked great. CrewNolegible. And nice.manger was very nice.

Very bad experience and this is my 2nd time at this location. They did the oil change no doubt but they are also good touching and leaning black oil all over the car. My car is white and Tan interior, there are black oil almost every where they touch in the car and also the outside ( door handle, front trunk..) that s bad, they should at least try to leave the car the way it was.

I am very satisfied with the outstanding customer service I got from Mr Nadim on my recent visit to Jiffy Lube. I found him to be very attentive to all my questions regarding to my automobile service needs, and also he is very knowledgeable in the field and willing to share his knowledge with his customers. I will definitely return to this JL location for my next auto service needs.

I was quite disappointed that my 20% discount turned out to be $7.00 on my invoice that was $168.00 plus. Did I miss something in my math or the email? An explanation would be welcomed.

Although the service I received for my oil change was great. I went in for a oil changed on 11/26/23 and one of their employee stole money from inside my car along with a couple of receipts from previous transactions that I had did for work( everything was in a bank envelope). Once I noticed what happened I called the store and spoke with the General manager who was more than helpful. He allowed me to come in person and view the cameras. Since the incident happened out of camera view I was unable to press charges or place the blame on any one. I have been to several different jiffy lubes locations and no one has ever stolen from my car. I will not be returning to this location.

Not the best service. I received a signature oil change that included; vacuuming the interior of my vehicle, air in tires to standard psi level, and cleaning of windows. The interior of the front-half of my vehicle was vacuumed, only 1 tire was pumped with air to the standard psi level, and they left water streaks on my windshield and windows. The fact that I had to go to Wawa to put air in my tires, right after they said they did, is crazy. Naturally I went back, they reiterated that they put air in all my tires, and I most likely had a leak. There is no way a leak would drop the psi in three of the four tires from 35 to 16 in a matter of 10 minutes. I was skeptical if they did the oil change because the sensors were still on. They forgot to reset one of the sensors and that did not do anything. They were kind enough to diagnose my car to see why a warning light was still on; and it s another issue. I don t think I d go back.

You didn't pump one of my tires (22 psi) yesternight (12/11/2023)when I came for oil change. It's unbelievable! I would have turned back immediately to your workshop when I found out yesternight but I was in a hurry to catch another appointment. Very disappointed!!!

Staff was friendly, went above and beyond. Took care of my oil change and helped with my loose skid plate. Got me in and out in less than 30 mins, will definitely come back to this location. Staff here is friendly and informative, however, I ended up being charged over $200 for my oil change and less than 20 miles later, the oil drain plug dropped out of my car, and I bled all of that oil into the street. Said I was too far and couldn t tow me. Had to pay for an entire new round of oil. If they don t know how to tighten a bolt, what else are they missing? Will not be returning.

Next time I never want to use Jiffy for oil change and maintenance, charge 5 time more then other places and recommend many unnecessary things, guy recommend me to service break for 500 USD, I told no, then I went to break service they told break is ok no need for service.

Don t go here change my transmission oil they didn t know how to do it and end up not getting all the oil out and act like they did and then just top it off with transmission oil avoid this place at all cost not professional at all

I am always greeted by the team with a friendly smile. I took my car in for an oil change 6 months after I retired. Since I had not driven my car much in that time, the manager said he could not in good faith charge me for an oil change. Therefore, the team just topped off my fluids and sent me on my way. It is a pleasure knowing that there are still some businesses that are not in the habit of placing earnings over repeat customers! That is why this is my 3rd vehicle that I have entrusted to the team at Jiffy Lube on route 1 in Beltsville, MD.Service: Oil change

Mind blowing professionalism. From how clean and in order their uniforms are to the mind blowing hospitality. This group is on one pulse. Everyone exudes the same helpful, courteous and personable hospitality. Let's not forget their sense or urgency. I had to look around to see if I was at the Ritz Carlton hotel getting an oil change. I will now travel from DC to this location to get my oil changes, that should tell you the service level I received. Very rare

Had oil filter, oil changed. They found out my brake lights were out and replaced those as well. Walter, Daon, Francisco, Timothy and Jose did a great job helping me fix these issues and explaining to me the problem with the rear brake bulbs. I would highly recommend this shop!
