Great experience buying an awesome truck here We worked with Steve on the sale, wasn t pushy at all and understood what we were looking for. He got us where we needed to be without having to play the game . Once the deal was done the process was quick and efficient and Nathan in finance was fantastic to work with. Once everything was set I think we were done in under an hour. Definitely recommend!

Had an incredible car buying experience! I have had great experience with their Quick Lane service in the past so I was interested in going through them for a new vehicle. Interacting with Charlie felt easy and I did not feel pressured at all which is important to me. I am very pleased with every interaction I had with Charlie, Nate and the other showroom employees. Many laughs were had and interactions felt like family. I felt the buying experience was fair and that they really did look out for my best interests from start to finish. Thank you Plaza Ford team! Our new baby on the way will be happy with the roomy vehicle! :)

Had extended warranty work done on my 2020 Ford Ranger at Plaza Ford. Cory the mechanic was excellent. He explained all the steps of filing for the warranty and kept me informed during the process. The work that was done is outstanding and the experience was a lot less stressful than I thought it would be. Would definitely recommend Cory and Plaza Ford.

The best service and the best people. Craig called us when they got the car in we wanted and the team stuck to their prices without markup or any hassle. I will only buy from them in the future! The best dealer I have purchased a Ford from in the past 15 years. Recommend 100%.

I had an amazing experience working with Mark Mansfield at Ford Plaza. I wanted to surprise my husband with a new Ford Bronco for Christmas. He was very communicative and helpful through all of the steps prior to making the purchase. He even put extra effort into the presentation of the vehicle by adding a red bow. Nathan Hall made the paperwork process extremely simple, quick and pleasant. I highly recommend this dealership.

Rick is great. Professional service with quality work. Just passed 200k and everything is running great because of Rick. Plus a very we will take care of you attitude. Especially since our daughter is driving the 200k expedition, Rick makes sure her vehicle is safe and ready for the road.There is always cheaper. But Rick provides experience and attention to detail. Much appreciated. Been buying from Plaza and no other since 1999.

From beginning to end.. this dealership truly did an awesome job. Craig and the entire team worked with me, and was very comforting. When I walked in there it was almost like I was walking into a huge family, everyone s working together, and proper communication was very much utilized. They will all be sure to see me again. I brought my car in for service this week at Plaza Ford for the first time, and "Wow" I was blown away by the customer service I received. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by Brittany with a smile. She was extremely pleasant and professional to deal with. She introduced me to the shop foreman, Brant. Brant asked for my keys and spent 10 minutes with me, explaining in detail the services that would be provided. Brant was super knowledgeable and did an amazing job making me, as a new customer, feel comfortable with his dealerships service department. He directed me to the waiting room and told me he would stop back when the services were completed. During my wait I visited the parts department to inquire about floor mats for my car. Mike the part manager, and Ron and Gary on the retail counter couldn't have been more accommodating. They were super friendly and they quickly got me pricing and availability on the mats. I headed back to the waiting area and shortly after Brant was back to hand me the keys, my vehicle was complete. He spent additional time with me to explain the use of the Ford Pass Points, and the options I had to receive a tire promotion that Ford was offering at the time. Not only did they have great pricing on the tires but I also was able to get additional Ford Pass points for the services I received. He walked me over to the cashier to have them process process my bill. The two ladies working at the desk were extremely informative on the Ford Pass program, and very pleasant to deal with. It is no surprise that Plaza Ford is a successful Ford dealership. As a business owner, I can appreciate great help and Plaza Ford has a great team. If you're looking for a no hassle vehicle shopping experience, stop and see Craig. I've bought 2 vehicles off of him and the guys at Plaza Ford and both experiences were quick and painless as vehicle shopping could be. No doubt that I'll be returning for all my future purchases.

Terrible experience.Plaza Ford Inc would not complete / could not complete warranty work for a brand new Ford F-150 (Black Ops ed.). Generally bad attitude from the service department. The team does not know their own product. Unwilling to cooperate, assist, or be in any way helpful. The attitude there is that they are the dealership and are all knowing and you're just a dumb customer. If you ask questions they angrily hand off the phone to someone else without so much as a "hold on." Just a basic lack of customer service or willingness to be useful. I will never return. At least there is Ford Dealership in Aberdeen that will work on Ford trucks.

I have never had a complaint with Plaza Ford, service department or anyone working there. Some people aren't happy with anything. I'm 78 years old and have dealt with many many service departments, Plaza Ford has one of the best.

We got our 2017 Ford escape from Plaza Ford they have excellent service fantastic people and it makes you feel like you're welcome there not just because you're buying a vehicle but it's like your family there and I go back from a oil changes and to have my vehicle serviced because I trust their loyalty and their honesty and their opinion

Walked in and immediately was treated like family. Joe had the vehicle out front and ready to test drive before I got there. Once it came down to business, Elliot and Nate introduced themselves to me and went through EVERYTHING about my trade in, financing, and the different types of service packages they offer. Between all three people that helped me through the car buying process, I can't say a single bad thing. Everyone was honest and really just wanted to make me comfortable the entire time.Thank you plaza ford, I cant be any happier with my purchase and the experience you guys offered!

Stay clear away from the SERVICE department!The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my LIFE and absolutely terrible to the military community!A few months back I visited and the head service guy (Rick, I think?) that handles the phone calls is incredibly narcissistic. Very rude. Miserable and mean man. Listening to his voice gave me instant anxiety. He talks as though he hates his life, hates people and hates doing buisness. He's rather unhelpful and doesn't seem to have any empathy, sympathy or a humble bone in his body. He caused additional stress in an already stressful situation. He doesn't care to understand, help or make things right when someone's been wronged and certainly doesn't take any ownership and blames customer for everything. He could use therapy. There's a way to speak to people, but to talk down to them is terrible.Also, when I arrived there was absolutely no parking, the parking lot is over crowded. Every spot was taken up and certain areas apparently you can't park in, and as I drove around to look for a spot to park, I seen this man get visibly upset I was looking for parking and throwing his hands up and complaining about me. I had my windows down. Just awful experience.I brought a military service member there to pickup his truck and it was such a terrible experience for the both of us, that he'll never return nor recommend this company to any of the soldiers in the largest unit on APG.I have no experience in their sales department, so I cannot share my thoughts there.Go to RAMSEY FORD in Rising Sun! The service department is amazing and they are super friendly and caring. They love their service members and do all they can to help them. Best customer service.The drive is quiet and worth it, and there's plenty of parking there too.I feel sorry that I had to write a negative review.

I was so extreamly pleased with the service I received that Plaza Ford is my new Ford dealer. From Amanda West on up, it could not have been better except for one small point. An extra $500 + was tacked on the retail price of the transmission, (with the tough timesfor Ford and 10R80 transmission, I guess a little padding of the parts markup is the norm). All in all, I'll be back to Plaza Ford for all my service needs

This is the 2nd Bronco purchase for our family from Plaza Ford Craig Fitchwell and his team is amazing! No fuss, no haggling, did not pay over sticker while other dealerships are charging over due to the new car shortage. Amazing people to work with, Would highly recommend!

Mario Romeo has been great. He is knowledgeable, patient with old folks, and explains the car's computer system with compentence. He also is responsive to email answering questions. He is a keeper.My wife and I are unhappy that the new car has an AWD problem, although we realize this is most likely a manufacturing problem not attributable to Plaza. Your speedy resolution would be appreciated.

Both the service center and body shop were amazing. They kept me up to date on my service recalls and when a deer t-boned my driver side door. My Maverick looks great and is handling perfectly. Thank you Erica and Brittany.

We broke down on route 95 with our 24,000 lb camper and limped into their lot.They were nothing short of amazing with us from the girl that set us up, to the fellow who diagnosed the issue with ten seconds.They allowed us to disconnect the camper in their lot and took the truck right in. Within an hour they had us fixed and on the road. Just as we left the owner came out and he was great to us as well and wished us safe travels.

2 tow truck bills in 3 days, day of work lost, overheating/coolant issues, 2000$ in repairs +3000$ more for repairs all because of incompetence and a "Manufacturer recommended" coolant flush. After spending 2000 they only fixed half the issue. Took 4 trips to this place to figure out the real problem was the water pump. Told me everything was fine multiple times then 10 minutes after leaving overheating again and again. Plus no heat too.

This was the best expirence buying a car i have ever had. The Team at Plaza Ford are extremely professional, kind, respectful, honest, and stand behind their word. I live in Georgia and after this expirence with Plaza Ford I will purchase my next vehicle through them. You wont go wrong with Plaza Ford.

Arrived 6:45 Saturday morning at QuickLane. There were several people already there waiting.When they opened everyone got checked in quickly and efficiently.Staff kept everything moving as quickly as possible.Gave recommendations for additional service without hard sell or fear tactics.Very professional staff.

I dropped my truck off to the dealer to get service spend $400 for an oil change I asked him to go over the vehicle and make sure anything else isn't wrong I pick up my vehicle tonight and they can't even put air in the tire that leaves the sensor on the windshield wipers are falling apart but meanwhile they charge you $400 for a service what else don't they

I had the best car buying experience with Josh at Plaza Ford. They really exceeded my expectations. No games, no mark-ups, and a very smooth process. They had me on my way in a hour. Very honorable dealership. I really can t recommend them enough.
