This place and their employees are a big joke especially the front desk lady. She is so rude and won t let you talk. I mistakenly backed up into this car and just the plate number fell as you can see no damages. Then I turned and went into the office to talk to her( anyone else could have ran away cos she doesn t have any of my details yet). She made a big deal out of it. Took my drivers license, called the police and said she has to make an insurance claim because something could have been damaged on the inside which was ridiculous. I even offered to pay for the damages but she declined and was hell bent on going through insurance.

New employee (Mike S.) damaged my vehicle earlier this month during a routine oil change. He stripped the oil pan and claimed it was already like that when it was brought in. However, when he rushed out this response, he was unaware that Mr. Tire(same location) had also completed my previous oil change as well. I asked why I wasn't informed by their previous tech of any damage at my last visit (if that really was when it happened) and they responded "I don't know". I asked if I could get copies of the paperwork from my last visit . Surely, any damage would have been noted on the yellow courtesy inspection sheet they provide each time. I sat there for at least 30 minutes while they looked and found no record of it. Fortunately, I'm a receipt hoarder and was able to locate my copies from September. There are no replacements/repairs suggested or required. There were no notes whatsoever indicating any issues, with the oil pan or otherwise.I also asked for a copy of my most recent courtesy inspection paper for the day I was informed of the damage and Brie said "He didn't do one" To my knowledge, this is standard procedure. There is no reason for this paperwork to be neglected. I tried my best to respectfully reach a solution and was told "You cant prove it". I have since been in contact with Monro, still trying to sort this out over a week later.I would avoid this location until they can retain a proper management team and have time to train/evaluate employee performance. I've gone to this Mr. Tire for the last 2 years and have seen first hand the rotating door of employees. The only long term employee I've seen is their assistant manager(current temp manager) Brie and she is in way in over her head.I know mistakes are part of the learning process but their lack of accountability is shameful.

After a long day of work the last thing you want is a flat tire, especially with a toddler in tow. Mr. Tire was great! The workers were quick and did not try to upsell me. They had a pleasant waiting area that kept us comfortable. Great job Mr. Tire!

I was looking for a quick oil change and they said they'd take me right away and it would be about 30 mins or so. After that, everything came apart. I came back in 30 minutes, car was not ready, asked for update. No update forthcoming. Patiently i waited another 30 mins or so and asked for another update. Again, no update. Lady at the counter was loud, obnoxious and vocally critical of the other employees there, completely unprofessional. Finally, when i got the bill and the report, they said they had reviewed all the safety checkpoints, they hadn't because i knew my headlight was out, but they said those were good.In the end, my $39.99 oil change cost me $55. This place overpromises and underdelivers while providing an uncomfortable environment.I will not return. At this point, i have doubts whether they even performed the work they claimed. I should have marked my oil filter like that other fella so i could check. Lesson learned. Will not return. Do not recommend. 0/10

Fast service. Front desk woman is the best! She understood I had an urgent appointment and had me in and out in less than an hour. She is the sweetest and most pleasant person.

Sitting in their waiting room now.... my tire was pretty much flat I jumped in my car panicked called them 10 minutes before they closed and thank God made it there without any trouble. They had to replace it but they were soo nice! Thank u so much for making a terrifying situation okay. Life savers for this gal!!

Crooked business practices. First they claimed all my tires needed to be replaced over the phone. After showing up in person, they of course backpedaled. The new tire they put on the car went flat and now these swindlers claim that the tire is not the one they installed. As if I went and switched tires. They refused to fix their own mistakes. I will be contacting corporate for their unethical conduct. Stay the hell away from these people. They think they can take advantage of you.

Terrible experience. I went for brakes and they held my car hostage and insisted that other repairs were made instead of what I asked for. Kept my car for three days for a service I never asked for to begin with and $1000+ and five minutes later the front driver side lower control arm went through the rim and the wheel came off. We towed the car back to Mr. Tire in the festival of bel air and contacted the store in the morning. The mechanic I spoke to initially refused to accept responsibility for the end result of the work that was done to the car. After nearly 30 minutes of back and forth he agreed to pay for a rental so that I could get to work while my car was again left for service. The repairs took 10 days, and 2 weeks later the car is touching the ground again. The mechanic had no regard for the safety of myself or my family. I m just grateful I wasn t on the highway going 60 mph when this happened.

Despite their own admitted ups and downs, this store has clearly hit its stride with John and Brie. They re down to earth, honest, and always kind with a dollar. After 20+ years, I recommend this Mr. Tire.

I was in the area for an appointment and my low tire pressure light came on. I was worried about driving on the highway with this, so I stopped here. They checked all my tires for leaks and corrected the pressure in my tires and they didn't charge me anything. Wonderful place ! Thank you.

This past weekend I was in town from Philadelphia was basically stranded because my home dealership completed an oil change incorrectly, and my car was leaking oil rapidly. Other local mechanics I called weren t able or willing to help, but this location really got me out of a pinch, by not only making the time to look at my vehicle, but also fixing my drain plug and replacing the oil that had been lost. They saved me (what likely would ve been) thousands of dollars in engine damage, and a lot of undue stress. The service advisor that helped me was also super kind, understanding, and answered every single question I had, despite how frantic I was during this stressful time. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and assistance I received and would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

I noticed my tire was getting flat and had my father inspect it. He found that air was leaking out of the tire. I originally got all of my tires from Mr. Tire for about $500 in March 2021. I came in Mr. Tire to get the tire inspected because my father said that it might be dry rot. First, the store manager told me that the problem was from salt, but then changed his story saying that it could be from a puncture or hitting a curb even though it doesn t have any puncture holes ! I went to the back to see the tire myself and there was no puncture hole. I m in the military and only drive my car to my unit and back home. Moreover, I m not a reckless or careless driver and there s no way that the cause was from hitting a curb. After all of this hassle, Mr. Tire wanted to charge me $150 for a new tire. Don t go here if you want to get ripped off and deal with integrity issues

Amazing place! Highly recommend. The front desk assistant named JT is absolutely fantastic. We had an appointment for a state inspection in Aberdeen, but their inspector got sick and my appointment was canceled, but the place forgot inform me about that. Turned out I drove 1.5 hrs to see a closed door. Locals recommended we go to Mr.Tire and we were happy we learned about this place. People at Mr Tire were able to help us even though we didn t have an appointment and they were very professional. Special Thank You to JT yet again.

Driving home from Myrtle Beach we bent an axle and needed two new tires on our camper to get home. We found Mr. Tire on Bel Air South Parkway on a Saturday morning a little before 8:00, and they had the tires changed right in the parking lot and us on our way by 9:00. The people couldn't have been nicer, I think everyone who was working that morning came out to wish us a safe trip and say hi to us and our dog. Couldn't have been a better experience.

I had the pleasure of working with Brianne and John when I urgently needed tires for my AWD Nissan Rogue. Brianne quickly found me tires that beyond suited my needs for a price much lower than I anticipated; and John and the rest of the techs quickly got everything installed. The reviews here deserve how good they are.

I had a service related issue from a previous manager months ago that I had not gotten around to resolving and I dropped in on a busy Sunday when they were short staffed. It would have been very easy for them to turn me away but instead they had a great attitude and worked me in; there were forced to work an hour after closing to finish up my service, all with a smile on their face. Hands down some of the friendliest, most responsive service of any kind I've gotten in the Bel Air area since I moved here 4 months ago.

Had to take my car here to get my tires replaced amongst other things. Took well over a month to fix plus two other visits after they had failed to fix my car properly and kept needing new parts. The manager John was always completely rude and condescending anytime I called asking why my car was taking so long to get fixed. He made up excuses numerous times and an hour before they closed the day my was was due to be done he called and said the part they had was wrong and needed to order a new one- they knew they needed that part for over a week and they waited until the last minute to figure out it was wrong. Got my car back, alignment was off, brought back and they said the axel is broken and needed a new part, tire rod bent. Why none of that was discovered the entire month it was there is beyond me. Anytime I ask why my car took so long they blamed my insurance company and made up more excuses. Waited five hours while they did the new repairs. Bri was the only nice person working here and actually explained things to me.I am never coming here again.
