Mr. Doug is a stand up and reliable mechanic. He s very trustworthy and passionate about his work. My husband and I had our Camry and Nissan serviced. After a brief miscommunication, Mr. Doug was very fair and immediately made things right. I made an appointment with Metal Mechanics (Doug) as they were highly recommended. I needed breaks and an oil change and Doug got me in next day. He is a very kind and honest man and took great care of my truck. Honesty is hard to come by these days but Doug and Metal Mechanics are certainly the exception. This is an amazing place! I just moved from PA and needed an inspection. I needed to leave the car overnight but didn t have a way to get home. The owner, Doug, actually drove me home himself and picked me up the next day. Who does that? In these days of poor customer service, it s so awesome to meet someone who will go the extra mile. My car was ready on time and passed with no additional add-ons. Great clean garage, great people. I for sure will be a lifetime customer! A 3 generation family owned & operated business that moved from its previous location across the community college too a beautiful brand new building with tons of space & state of the art mechanical equipment. Anything your vehicle needs they can accommodate. They are keeping my 20+ year old civic alive with more than fair pricing and excellent service. All 3 of the Epperley men have helped me along the way. I won't go anywhere else!

New to the area and needed an oil change. They were quite friendly. They went above and beyond by letting me know of other issues that my previous mechanic had done to my car. Showed me pictures and everything. Certainly going back.
