The last two times I have dealt with this service center have been awful. This time I went through the Jones kia website to purchase tires for my car and schedule an appointment, I then called the day before to confirm my appointment and no one could find an appointment even though I was staring at my order confirmation. Not only that but I was transferred back and forth between scheduling and the service center. Poor organization and customer service. I will take my current business and all future business elsewhere.

Great experience as usual. The staff is super friendly and not pushy. The pricing is also very reasonable for a dealership.

So not only are they gouging right now, because of "chip shortage" the sales people can't be bothered to come out on the lot to greet a person.

They only change my oil. So far this is the third time.And the only time they put a sticker on the window and reset my fuel.If they don't reset your fuel gauge. We tried to reset it. It would not let us. We called asked how to do it. They told us we had to make an appointment and bring it back in because they had to do it. I live at least 45 minutes away. Do they know how much gas cost. And they were the one forgot. Incompetent. I only return because it's under the factory warranty. They have to change the oil. Or it voids the warranty.
