Rich was a fantastic salesman helped us from start to finish. We needed up going there 3 separate times, the first we let Rich know that we weren t looking to buy just wanted to test drive a few of the grand Cherokees and find which one we liked. We needed up loving a particular one and called Rich back. They didn t have it in stock, so Rich had to order it in. We thought it would take at least a week and he managed to get it in the same day! Definitely recommend him to anyone.

My husband brought my 2014 Dodge Dart in for a recall service today. I was going to bring it in but he offered so I could stay home with our 3.5 year old and 7 month old.Since someone already commented on his review I would like to add that it's under my maiden name, Gibbs, for when they look it up in their system.I am absolutely appalled with how he was treated today. Our appointment was at 1pm. I called at 10am to let them know my husband was going to bring it in since his name isn't on the vehicle. Keith told me that was not a problem at all and that it would be about 2 hours. The recall paperwork also said it would only be about 2 hours of work. At 330pm he asked Bruce/Bryce Martin, not sure the exact name, for an update on the vehicle. He was not rude or causing a scene, just simply asked for an update. Instead he was told that he was in the way and that he needs to wait outside. I called at 430pm to get a status update and find out why my husband was literally kicked out for asking a question just to be told that the guy was going to apologize, he was mistaken, and that they are working on our vehicle now. Not sure if they were running behind but we were told it was only going to take 2 hours to complete and they were already 3 hours in. I mentioned that to Mike on the phone and he just kept saying that it's a big job.They did not complete the recall service until 20 minutes before closing. I honestly feel like they were being vindictive. It should not have taken 6.5 hours to complete. If they were running behind then they should have been transparent about that.I have been a customer with Jones Junction for over 10 years. My family has purchased 6 cars from them in that time. We used to recommend them to everyone. They have a military discount and a great loyalty program but after how they treated my husband today, I don't think we will be back. I can honestly say I am extremely disappointed in their lack of customer service. This is not the same company I purchased my vehicle from 10 years ago.

I recently purchased a new Wrangler from Jones Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient throughout the entire process. I felt well taken care of and valued as a customer. I will definitely be returning to Jones for any future car purchases. Highly recommend!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Sales and Leasing Consultant, John Ferraiuolo. He helped up get into the right truck for us. The entire Jones team worked as one, each with a pleasant smile. We got a FANTASTIC deal on our new 2023 Ram 2500 Hemi. From start to finish I say this was by far the smoothest, calmest and fastest transaction of a new vehicle I have ever experienced. Mr. Ken Johnson made my New Jeep Experience Phenomenal! His expertise and dedication to customer service is beyond words. A consummate professional! I never felt more confident and valued when purchasing my very first Jeep SuV. They were amazing to a 20 year Veteran! I didn t feel rushed nor pushed Ken was patient and supportive. If you are looking to buy a vehicle at Jeep ask for Ken! Just an all around amazing experience. The financial department was just as great. Chris took care of everything swiftly and efficiently. I can t not say enough of how grateful I am for the Jones Junction Jeep team. Steve Mandel and the team at Jones helped me like a customer should be helped! They listened, gave options, and let me choose where we would go with the experience. I came looking for a small truck, but the best deal was with a different one, which I LOVE! I wouldn t have considered it had they not let me test drive one. I bought it happily after driving several different trucks with no pressure and the knowledge this team was working hard to fight for me on the best rates! Just go there.

I lost a vehicle to a full TOTAL claim and the team at Jone's Junction Genesis were there for my rescue. The professional team of Nick, River and Danielle were all super stares. I been using Jones for many years now. I've never had a bad experience from any department here. From sales, repairs, collision, they all do a great job. I have quite a few jeep and Dodge vehicles and I always use Jones for my repairs. The lead guy Ernie is always helpful and informative whenever we come to the service area. I love how he's able to remember our cars and previous repairs without even looking in the computer.

Experience was HANDS DOWN the best being that I purchased my vehicle on my own and by myself! Steve Mandel and Jeff Webber took excellent care of me and was very honest! Steve guided me in the right path with finding my Jeep Wrangler! I would recommend Jones to anyone for their car needs!

Routine oil change and tire rotation completed yesterday at Dodge. Gary in service was extremely helpful and I was in and out within an hour. Appointment was easily made online. I recently worked at Ourisman in Edgewood, and do not recommend them for service or the purchase of a new or used vehicle. Last time I left there with my oil changed my car started smoking out the exhaust and it took them over an hour to diagnose why. Time to give Jones another shot with my next purchase!

I had an issue with my GAP refund after I traded my vehicle. I reached out to my sales person for the correct person to reach out to that could help with the cancel. When I felt I kept getting the run around about this I reached back out to my sales person asking if he could point me in the direction of another person at the dealership to contact. During these talks he felt the need to point out all that he has done for me and how they took a lose on my trade vehicle and became very unprofessional. When he was taking my money buying the new car is was great but Josh was took it to another level when communicating about this as there was no reason to mention the sale or my trade when I'm trying to get my gap handled. Super Rude!

10/10 would NOT recommend Jones for absolutely anything. Bought my Grand Cherokee 4xe in upstate New York from an amazing dealer, unfortunately I live in Maryland. Got my first oil change and service from Jones for three weeks since then my vehicle has electric mode unavailable messages. Talked to Sean (who was great) on the phone, brought my vehicle in and Sean was busy so the Service Manager (name unknown) talked to me who had no clue what was wrong even after I explained it and showed him the message, and basically patted me on the head and said he d look at it. He came back two minutes later and told me there was nothing wrong and nothing they could do. There s also a recall out for the defrost system that he knows nothing about . So either Jeep has unserviceable vehicles or incompetent service managers. The service manager was arrogant and an idiot all at the same time. That must be difficult. They also overprice their vehicles adding fees because someone will pay it according to one of their sales people. Good luck if you bring your vehicle here, you ll need it.

Had an awesome experience buying a car at Jones. The facility had a ton of options, was clean, someone helped me immediately, and everyone was super attentive. I worked with Scott Burgess and he was candid, honest, and straightforward. It didn t feel slimy and sales-y - it felt like I was buying a car from a friend. Dave in finance was super helpful too and made sure I understood the agreement. 10/10 service. Absolutely recommend checking them out if you re in the market for a new vehicle.

I wasn't impressed. It seemed to me that you have to buy the Jones love package. I asked for my two week old vehicle to be washed after being serviced and it was not done so apparently you must have to buy a package and it would have been a nice treat to pick up a clean unit since the distance getting there is a drive.. But maybe next time

My husband and I were looking to purchase a mini van. We decided to checkout the Chrysler Pacifica s first. As we walked through the doors, we were greeted by a smiling Rich Shinnick (one of the sales people). We told him what we were looking for in our new mini van and he found the perfect one for us. He was nice, knowledgeable, patient, detailed, and best of all no pressure to buy right then. Honestly everyone at Jones was nice and honest about the vehicle we were looking to purchase. They were up front about the pricing, competitive with other dealers, and provided a great offer on our trade-in. As for the actually buying part- they explained to us all our options and didn t pressure us to purchase add-ons. So, if you re looking for a new car, go see Rich Shinnick and the awesome people at Jones!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent service I received at your Dodge dealership. I brought my car in for repairs, expecting professional and reliable service, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.Firstly, upon receiving my car back, I immediately noticed that the repairs were not done to the expected standard. The scratches that were meant to be fixed were still visible, and it is evident that the work was incomplete. This lack of attention to detail is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the quality of service provided by your dealership.Furthermore, I was appalled to find an oily substance smeared all over the interior of my car. Not only is this extremely unprofessional, but it also caused damage and required additional time and effort on my part to clean up the mess. This negligence is simply unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of respect for customers and their vehicles.To make matters worse, I discovered that my car had been taken for an unauthorized joy ride, as evidenced by the mileage discrepancy. I entrusted my vehicle to your dealership's care, expecting it to be handled responsibly and with the utmost professionalism. This breach of trust is completely unacceptable and has left me feeling violated and disrespected as a customer.I am deeply disappointed by the overall lack of professionalism and attention to detail displayed by your service department. It is clear that the level of service provided does not align with the reputation that Dodge has built over the years.I request a thorough investigation into the unauthorized use of my vehicle and appropriate actions taken to prevent such incidents from happening in the future.I sincerely hope that Dodge takes this matter seriously and implements measures to ensure that other customers do not have to endure such a subpar service experience. This dealership is a joke, they have ads up everywhere for a payoff/upside down sales event where they offer what you owe virtually guaranteed and that they will pay over blue book for your car. I went in they offered absolutely none of this and they didn t even try to help me get into a new car just told me they would Only offer blue book and sent me on my way very unprofessional and seems like a scam to me. Why have a sales event and not offer anything you advertised?

I visited your dealership this morning. to look into a new Gladiator Rubicon, Possibly too Trade my Dodge Laramie 2017, miles 126000 miles There's nothing on a truck nowadays, This truck is paid off. I was offer pennies on the dollar, My truck is immaculate no accidents in the history. Maintain very well. Left the dealer with no sale. That's okay. I don't need a truck payment anyway.

I ordered a new vehicle with this dealership and had no issues whatsoever throughout the process. Wasn t the happiest with my trade-in offer when it finally became time to pick up my new vehicle, but it s a dealership so very expected lol. Got them up to an acceptable number and then after that it was smooth sailing! Definitely recommend them, especially our sales rep Greg who was awesome

I had an extremely bad experience here as I came for a scheduled appointment to get my jeep inspected. I was told by the service rep I needed an alignment to pass inspection. My husband wanted further explanation regarding the need for an alignment, which was refused to be provided. I requested the alignment not be done, but since I was told it was already completed, the service rep stated I ll talk to my service manager about knocking it out of alignment. The service rep went on to discuss how the integrity of the shop is now in question and that that is unacceptable. After almost 3 hours, I finally received my vehicle back. My vehicle (somehow) is now pulling to the right and actually needs an alignment. I have attempted to reach the manager on multiple occasions to resolve this issue yet each time someone states, the manager is not available you ll get a call back. I will never be returning here for any type of service and HIGHLY HIGHLY advise anyone going here.

Jones Dodge is the best Dodge dealer I have ever been to. I live in White Plains Maryland and I had a 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 Limited and I wanted to trade for a 2024 Ram 1500 limited. I called 3 dealers, one in Waldorf Maryland , one in Fairfax VA and Jones Dodge in Bel Air Maryland, which is 1.45 hours drive from me. John Ferraiuolo at Jones Dodge looked at my quotes from the Fairfax dealer. The Waldorf dealer took too long to call me back and in the end they were selling a truck without the elite package for the same price of the Ram from Jones Dodge that John told me about. John made it clear that the truck at Jones Dodge actually cost 5 thousand dollars more than the one in Fairfax but there was something not right about the guys in Fairfax and John was professional and I could tell he is a man with integrity so I decided to ride all the way out there even though I was gonna pay more for the truck. It was an awesome experience! He was there to greet me, saw me from a distance and directed me to a parking spot right in front the main doors. My daughter, an electrical engineer came with me. John treated us like royalty. He was perfect. And he was there for me way past midnight several days later to answer my questions. The financial person was also awesome and so were the whole team on the floor. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I highly recommend Jones Dodge in Bel Air Maryland to everyone looking to buy a car or truck and please ask for John Ferraiuolo!!Dr Peter Merai

Before reading, please know I was offered a tank of gas by managament to delete the original review. How many others do you think have taken the deal?Original:They kicked me out of the building because I asked if my car was ready yet. No scene, no snideness, just a simple question. What's these guys problem?Edit: They sent the guy who kicked me out to apologize to me. He then condescendingly informed me this isn't not a big deal because "it's not that cold out." I was "in the way" and when I stood up he then tried to say none of it happened.I'm now on hour 6 of my 2 hour recal replacement. Are they being purposely vindictive? Only they know.

My grandson has taken his 2017 Dodge Charger to Jones Dodge service for a few age related maintenance issues and has received excellent care. Kudos to Casey Collins who treated us like family and made sure all issues were completed correctly and timely. I recommend this service department to anyone with a Mopar.

Been going to a different place to have my car serviced but they couldn't get me in, so I tried Jones. The service I received was top notch. Ernie Smelser took care of everything and made me feel comfortable letting them take care of my car. I would definitely recommend going here.
